The location is superb. I’m really surprised that it’s 2 star as it should be at least 3. Really enjoyable stay and I would definitely book when I’m in Leipzig again.

Very good throughout. Location next to tram stop for short ride to Centre, main train station and Red Bull arena etc. Restaurants and a couple of bars very near. Shops also. Comfortable and clean.

Easy check-in (though Everything is in german), Great rooms and wonderful view. Ideal for a family with two kids (1 and 5 years) for a short pitstop in Leipzig. However, we weekend stuck in the parking area for more than an our - the parking cashier/service is closed on Sundays. McDreams own parking-machine could not handle our credit card nor other peoples debet/credit card. Finally one from the staff found an Old ticket we could use in order to get out. Beyond that a Great stay.

This chain relies on technology so its more about providing rooms to stay rather than services. There is no staff to talk about. You are forced to use either the machine in the small lobby on the third floor or use their website. The person at the reception was very helpful with check in, so she did her job very well, its just that the hotel design is not meant for any services at all. The room key is a code, every door has a code panel for you to enter to open the door, The rooms are small and clean. The location is further from the center, but there is a nice neighborhood with good dinning options nearby. Overall its low frill, tech dependent option that provides rooms and nothing else. BIG NOTE is that the parking that you can use when staying at the hotel is highly problematic. We had to leave early to go to the airport, but you can't leave the parking without paying. Because of the hour the machine at the nearby mall was unavailable and the parking machine at the hotel lobby only accepts EC cards. No credit cards, no cash only EC cards. I did not have an EC card and could not leave the parking garage. Half an hour later I found a friendly Samaritan outside on the street who agreed to come with me to the third floor in what appeared to be an empty building to pay for my parking with promise of payment from me. Fortunately he agreed and we were able to leave the parking garage only 30 minutes late. This was not made clear so keep this in mind if you visit it.

The check in was strange - no front office, no entry before 3 . The room was small with a very low ceiling that I whacked my head on the middle of the night. No air conditioning. No refrigerator. Nowhere to put clothes as there was no cupboard. Room very tiny.

Big, clean and fairly comfortable room, although it's an attic room, therefore tall people have to pay attention if they don't want to bang their head. Very quiet (it was facing the inside of the building) and soundproof, you didn't hear any noise from other guests. Properly heated for the cold Leipzig weather. Plugs and night table on both sides of the bed. No closets, just hangers (not really a problem for us, but for a longer stay it might be). The bathroom is a bit small and the towel hangers don't really work (the towel is likely to fall down). No checkout required, you have to pay at check-in. It would be nice if the checkout was later than 10 AM, especially taking into account that you can only check-in after 2 PM. Not really in the city center (about 15 mins. by tram) but just opposite a Tram stop, very well connected. Wi-fi was working well, but didn't require a password.

A BIG advantage was that an indoor parking area is directly connected to the hotel - so You do not have to struggle with parking in a crowded city. A disadvantage was that the room had no closet for Your wardrobe - so your stuff had to be lying¨ around on a couch, your bed - or maybe the floor ? There was a very small piece of furniture - but it was tempting to use this for putting your auitace onto instead...

As we arrived late, I had called the hotel in the afternoon and got the room number and a password as sms to my mobile phone. This was very helpful as we could go into the house with no problem, take the lift upstairs to the 3rd floor. It took three tries to get into the room, but only because I was not patient enough to wait for the next step in the procedure. When I did it the 3rd time, everything went smoothly. We found our room perfectly clean and cozy, and the bed was very nice, just like the shower. If you only want to stay overnight for sleeping, this is a perfect way for travelers!

We had a 1 night stay, booked at the last minute. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The area is a bit away frpm the central city but there are nice cafes and the river to enjoy plus a pleasant walk through the park to get into the central city area. An excellent value hotel for the cost.

I would say in is an average hotel in an ok part of the city. Its easy to get downtown and the parking garage access was great and cheap. The room was ok, quite noisy in the morning with some sort of drilling and traffic. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for our two nights in Leipzig - a beautifully clean room with a lovely, comfortable bed + a great bathroom. While the hotel isn't in the heart of Leipzig, there is a tram stop literally right out the front, and there is a bakery across the road, with a supermarket and chemist 10 metres down the street too. Our room was very large, extremely clean and quiet, plus the bed was massive.

We were able to find the hotel with GPS easily, and the parking was very reasonable. Our room was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is somewhat transitional, but the close streetcar made it easy to get downtown.
