Beautiful hotel with attentive staff who organized our your activities.

It was our first time to Nicaragua and our stay was perfect thanks to Skarlet and her crew! The breakfast was fabulous! It is a lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and beds, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Skarlet and the crew helped make our stay very memorable! The restaurant staff were lovely and very attentive. We would love to return!

Everything about the hotel was perfect! The service, the food, and especially the location were all ideal.

Gorgeous colonial building with charming rooms that balance the colonial look with ultramodern bathrooms. Breakfasts were excellent. It was the nicest hotel in its price range I’ve stayed at in Central America.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in Granada. I had to extend my stay one more day. The service was great and it was close to everything

We liked all except the menu prices

The hotel itself is quite nice, with a lovely courtyard area. Rooms are modern and clean, though mine was a little musty. Excellent location. The real selling point is the kindness of the staff who went out of their way to help me when I fell ill during my visit. Would stay again.

What a great little hotel, right in the heart of the city. Skarlet and Christopher were a highlight and so helpful. Rooms are tastefully designed and breakfast was a great start to the day.

We enjoyed Hotel Estrada. The service was amazing, particularly Christopher who served us breakfast in their beautiful courtyard and arranged tours and transportation. It was a lovely hotel and was centrally located.

Overall wonderful experience staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt well taken care of and safe. Breakfast was delicious and a plus!

The Estrada Hotel was by far the BEST we stayed at in Nicaragua. Clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel and the staff was AMAZING! Every single one of them was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. We especially appreciated Skarlet. She was friendly and quick to help with directions, laundry, whatever we needed.
The restaurant serves very yummy food and again the staff went above and beyond.
The location is fabulous! Close to and walkable to everything.
We had to cut our trip to Ometepe short and came back to Granada unexpectedly we tried to book at the Estrada again, but it was full. We booked somewhere else and it definitely did not compare. The Estrada will be our go to for any future trips. Don't hesitate to book with them, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property in walking distance to all attractions in Granada. The included breakfast was delicious and the girls at the front were so sweet and accommodating. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Nicaragua this one was by far the nicest one

A block and a half off of the central park. Great location, far enough to be quiet and yet gives walking access to all the restaurants and attractions in the downtown area.

We stayed here between destinations and hadn’t intended to make it a destination itself but now we wish we had stayed longer. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The facility itself was a gorgeous and balanced update maintaining much of the original feel to this historic building while bringing a modern comfort.
Easy to walk to food or enjoy the food onsite. Near a walking street with nightlife, restraints and shopping.
Onsite breakfast was tasty and the atmosphere relaxing as we sat in the courtyard surrounded by tropical Plants.
Highly recommend this spot and specifically the “loft” room! Worked great for our family of 4.

This property exceeded our expectations. The property is tranquil and has the best Colonial Spanish vibe. The staff were kind, welcoming and so helpful and the bistro food was incredible. The airline lost my luggage which left me with the clothes on my back and without my medications. Staff arranged for a doctor to visit me, write a prescription which was then called into the Pharmacy and delivered 30 minutes later. We loved this hotel so much we didn’t want to leave. Truly, if considering a stay in Granada you should make this hotel your first consideration it is relaxed and beautiful and just 3-5 minutes walk to the center of Granada. If I return to Granada I will stay here. The rates are exceptional for room and included breakfast. Also this property deserves more than the rating of 3.5. For all it provided us both in experience and service it truly deserves a 5.

Wonderful hotel with great service and ideal location - the garden and restaurant is very romantic and my wife loved the bathroom with jacuzzi hot tub - we will definitely stay next time in Granada!

Oh wow! This place is amazing! We've travelled all over the world and I think this is the nicest place we've stayed so far. The room was ridiculous (in a good way), staff was wonderful, breakfast super tasty, and it's in the heart of Granada, making it easy and fun to discover the city. If you have the chance, we highly recommend you check this glorious hotel out.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a beautifully restored colonial home, located about 1-2 blocks away from the main plaza and the main street for nightlife in Granada...close enough for convenience, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Good service, and delicious food in the on-site bistro, and also within 1 block of other good restaurants. Beautiful interior courtyard for a very relaxing breakfast. The most comfortable beds in Granada. Highly recommended.

Not sure who is at fault, but my wife and I chose this hotel over other options because a kind sized bed was available. I reserved and paid for a king bed on Expedia. However, when we arrived we waited more than 2 hours to the official check-in time only to discover no room with king beds were available. We were assigned a room with two smaller beds that resulted in a less than comfortable night. Had I known that king beds were not available, I would have chosen a different hotel. In good faith, we could not recommend this hotel to others if guests expect to get what they request.

We arrived at the hotel and we're given a room that did not have any windows that opened, which included a patio door which was advertised in the listing. We started to notice a odour within the first hour or so, it smelled like paint or varnish. Furthermore, the bathroom had no door or drapes. We could also hear the occupants upstairs moving there chairs around and walking which was quite loud. Hotel staff tried to open the patio door but could not then we asked for another room as the smell was strong and we had no way of airing the room out. When I asked the staff if she could smell anything she said no. We we moved to a room next door which was nicer, it had a bathroom door, and was two levels, bedroom upstairs and living room downstairs. There was no smell in the room and we could access the patio. The first night was fine but on our second and third night we were woken up to the squeaking of a mouse. We complained the second night and staff said that it was due to us opening the patio door as they never had this issue before. Also, on the third night it rained and I had water leaking on me on the bed, thankfully the rain didn't last as I was so tired from not being able to sleep due to the mouse. Due to the mouse I was ver disappointed with this hotel as I felt that I was not taken seriously and that they could have done more. We stayed at three other hotels in Nicaragua and paid less money none of them had mice. One positive aspect of the hotel was there bistro.

Great place with big and comfortable rooms. Great staff too. It was a shame the WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived. Took s day to get the router reset but what can you expect in a third world country? We made do. I would recommend the hotel try to keep maintenance workers and construction updates to periods of time without guests or after 9am. The bathroom was also big with a great rain shower. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

It is an excellent safe place for tourist. The only thing I would improve is on the parking area which is five blocks away.

This is a nice hotel in the the centre of Granada. Unfortunately, in Granada they've torn up multiple streets at the same time for new sewer works and during our stay this meant a large dirt pile blocking the street just up from the hotel. Overall, the room was comfortable and attractively decorated. Only minus was the shower, which had a rain shower head that leaked and was mounted so high that it resulted in the bathroom floor getting wet every time we used it.. The included a la carte breakfasts were very good.

I really like Hotel Estrada. It was very nice. The rooms were amazing, specially the suit. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfasts and the restaurant were very good. The location was perfect. The hotel was near everything but at the same time, it was away from the noise and the crowds.the hotel was very well kept and it was very clean. I really liked this hotel.

The location is a bit off the central square and, therefore, quieter. The staff are delightful-friendly and helpful at all times without being obtrusive or obsequious. Breakfast is varied, plentiful and delicious and you can't beat the garden setting for a lovely, peaceful way to start the day. Our bed was spotless, firm, and comfortable. We enjoyed our dinners here as well-what a treat to step out of your room and enjoy well prepared, sophisticated cuisine. We especially enjoyed the red snapper and the lamb chops. This hotel is a real find!
