Well, it would have been nicer if they had free parking. Or at least let us no ahead of time there wasn’t. We didn’t even know how much it was for valet parking until I saw the charge this morning.
Also the pool was out of commission so we couldn’t use that.

There is not a restaurant in site as listed. Also, not actually a "water" view as listed you see a street. The water is not as close as you would think.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Mattresses are not the most comfortable but overall it is an excellent property. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bistro staff worked their backsides off to serve the crowds, always with smiles.

Staff were very friendly! Helpful and kind.
I liked the ease of the valet service even though the additional fee was unnecessary. Large common area which was great for our large family to spend time!

We didn't have a great stay. Our room was not cleaned and when asked if we could get it cleaned they sent a cleaner who claimed not to be a cleaner but just someone who brings towels. There was also mess in the hallways.

We were surprised to learn there is valet only parking at the hotel $35.
The location is good with restaurants nearby.

no restaurant only cafe, no dedicated bar.
Generous check in time and midday check out.
Altogether felt like not enough attention paid to details.
Pool was warm enough, no changing area , or sauna jacuzzi .overpriced.

We were able to stay after checkout, while e went to my daughter’s wedding dress appointment. We weee able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage until we were done. Great friendly staff.

Not my first time staying at this property, the staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Great location for local food spots and shopping.
I love the 12 PM check out and a convenient transportation to the airport.

Excellent location. No room service. Cleaning every other day. Harsh review focussing on the negatives only because the price per night is so expensive. If $100 - $200 less per night, this would be 5/5 star review.

Terrific stay. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly, welcoming and polite. They were amazing! I rarely find such friendly staff at hotels. The room was huge and comfortable and clean. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops.

Location near the waterfront - not the greatest views (industrial, w/ water in the distance - at least from our room on the third floor). Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Blackout curtains did the job, and I think we had a white noise machine in our room (it was either that or an air purifier due to the recent Canadian fires/smoke), which was a great touch. The staff was super friendly! When our request for additional pillows wasn't fulfilled the first night and we asked again the next morning, they were extremely apologetic and not only ran pillows up to our room immediately, but offered us free drinks from the snack shop. Each morning the restaurant/coffee bar was bustling, and the lovely young lady running it was the epitome of grace under fire. I wish I remembered her name! All in all a great 2-night stay, and we'd surely return if we're ever in Portland again.

Great property… we had to return day early due to an emergency at home.. Staff did not charge us for the second night..so very appreciative for that…would recommend hotel to everyone…
