Quedamos durante semana y solo eramos dos o tres familias durante nuestra estancia. Muy amable las personas de hotel. Tiene una vista hermosa del lago de Chapala.

The Villas are rustic and a bit dated, I should have checked before booking for stairs since I travelled with my 95 years younger Mom but she as always was awesome and we enjoyed our time together. Staff was friendly and helpful, I was able to switch to a more convenient apartment. We did no cook but used the stove to warm Mom’s coffee there is no microwave and the fridge wasn’t cooling to well but not used for soda and water so it was OK. Landscape is gorgeous and so is the view.

The property itself is beautiful the pooled the balconies the view of the lake what does spectacular which. Good is the staff is terrible the front desk guy is a kid who doesnt know anything there are no Services no restaurants no pool pool lifeguard service bartenders there are no type of amenities whatsoever the staff is unknowledgeable that doesnt speak a lick of English and even be speaking Spanish the front desk guy look like I was a crazy he gave me a room that was stuffed away behind some bushes with no views whatsoever at all and dirty I told him I wasnt staying here I need another room who said no problem 500 more so I figured okay 25 bucks but that didnt even put me. I thought it was $700 that put me poolside so I got the perfect room I gave the seven hundred and extra $35 I bought a backing he sent somebody over to say he needed another eight thats what I do how this place was operated when you show up to give you this shity room way in the corner away from everybody of course you going to be more cuz thats not what youre on vacation for so you do it then they try to build you for whatever they think they can at that point I got so upset with the guy that I left I told you check me out I barely got any money back and theyre still holding $65 that they refuse to refund they couldnt speak English provide a car for me or tell me where any restaurants are or even have the phone number of a taxi the service is unbelievably shity but the place is beautiful it sh

What I loved the most about this place is the service. Everyone is very friendly and assuring that every client is having a great time. The rooms are cleaned very well. The morning breakfast was delicious. Will be going back next summer.

This is NOT 4 star but a 2 Star at bestThis place is old and outdated.Stains on the bed cover, metal seats with no cushions, locks that would not operate for sucurity from the inside.Pool dirty and spa cloudy. The 2 rooms we had were along way apart with high steps and no railings for my mother-in-law law of 83 so we changed to a 2 bedroom suite and charged us 200 pesos more. The shower was really poor with a drizzle of hot water. The property looks nice when you enter but the rooms are behind basicThat charged $ 140 US and was worth $ 50 US maximum

Place is great for family getaways. My only negative comment is that the pools need to be maintenanced regularly especially during high peak season....water was not clean and jacuzzi was not functioning.

The hotel doesn't really cater to international visitors but for local families on weekends. I was the only foreigner the 4 nights. You get a two-room apartment with kitchen facilities but no local shopping. Almost no staff with English facility.

The hotel is nice and clean, however the restaurant was closed most of the time. At the reception we were told breakfast starts at 9, but when we show up at the restaurant we were told they open at 9:30.

The front desk service was terrible and very poor cleanliness overall. The pool was dirty and in poor condition (loose tiles throughout). I would not stay in this Hotel again nor I would recommended.

I reserved a room after looking into the pictures and the room allotted looked to be like a newly constructed/under-construction room. Was not looking like a hotel room at all. Too cold at night and no air-conditioner/heater was available.
