Location good, staff was nice, bed was prettt comfortable- dipping a little. Overall room was spacious and high ceilings. What i didnt like their cleaning products are VERY strong. I had to open the windows. My clothes still smell like it. Its that same smell u smell in some bars like clorox. Glad its clean but that is not healthy to breathe. Even once i complained to please not have my room cleaned with it it doesnt matter all over the house. Also i suggest a top floor. Its an old house With hardwoods , so of course , I heard them cleaning first thing in the morning , including vacuuming on hardwoods , was not good. I say all of that to say. I would stay there again except for the cleaning smell. It gave me a migraine and was making me super nauseous after coming in from a day of drinkiagain

What a lovely spot, very clean and a close walk to everything. Foster was a real help in giving us ideas of where to go and was so exuberant that he made you feel like you knew him forever.

Great stay! Walkable to most of the sites. Staff accomodating and friendly. Jonathan was very helpful. Our dlight arrived early in the day so we were able to drop off our luggage and begin sightseeing. He even provided a helpful map with some recommendations for lunch. Our room was spacious located in the back. It was quiet amd very safe. I would have no hesitation about staying here again. Foster was also helpful at checkout when we had some time before heading to the airport to return home, allowing us to storage our luggage before our afternoon flight home.

A great clean place with friendly staff, nice quick breakfast options for on the go and the perfect location to walk to all of the area fun.

The only complaint I have about the property is that I was told it was an adult only property but yet there were children and babies stay. I specifically wanted a property adult only so disappointed.

You felt you were a special guest in someone home

This property is in a prime location for old town Key West. It is less than a block from Duval Street and at the half way point up Duval. Our room was spacious and super clean. There are several sitting areas, a big front porch, a second floor covered porch and a first floor back area. The breakfast is adequate. There are no tables. You have to sit on the porches or take to your room. The air conditioners are very quiet. Anyone who stays in Key west knows what I mean.

Very nice hotel in a great location near many attractions. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Parking is a challenge (probably true for most places) and walls are thin, so often noisy late at night when other guests were coming in. Coffee and pastries were good in the morning. Overall pretty good stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house located in old town Key West. Cozy room, well equipped with a delicious breakfast.

Hotel manager was very friendly and the location was perfect.

Perfect location right off duval. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very large for the room which was nice. The selection for breakfast was great. Very clean but the smell of fabulouso was intense- overpowering to the point I felt like everything I was wearing or drinking smelled and tasted like it.

It is the perfect little guest house. Large rooms, king bed, clean, perfect location!!! We will stay again and highly recommend!

Had the king room with patio towards back of house. Really nice area to hang out after a day of walking Duvall Street. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked wonderfully. Assorted filled croissants, cereals, yogurts, cheese sticks,and fresh fruit and coffee served everyday. House is close to everything, we walked everywhere, only using Uber or cab service to and from the airport. Staff here is super accommodating, friendly, communication is wonderful. Would love to stay here again.

What a great property !!! We requested early check-in and the Staff reaponded quickly that they would try to accommodate us. Great reception - Shout out to Foster who made us feel welcome and got us into our incredible room. Coffee & croissants in the reception area and we have yet to extract ourselves from our very comfortable bed to have a bit of continental breakfast. This is Key West - you have many choices for lodging, but L'Habitation should bubble to the top of your choices. A charming touch of old Key West and just a block off Duval Street.

Cute place to stay for the night. Our priority is cleanliness and it was clean. Many shops, fast food in walking distance. We stayed on the first floor 2 doors away from entry to the building so we heard a bit of a loud door bang each time people came in or out. Woke me up once. The bed was squeaky as well but comfortable otherwise. staff was nice

First time staying at this place. Arrival was exceptional, actually seemed glad to have us as their guests. Room was very clean and ready in all aspects for us. We will definately return next visit to Key West.

Beautiful stay

The service desk is friendly. He is a wonderful communication. An A/C climate continues cold everywhere inside. Breakfast is good. It is one block away from business Duval street.

Great weekend at key west

We were pleasantly surprised at the room and location for the price! Room was very clean and air co diction if was great! Only complaint is the shower didn’t drain and there was really nobody on site to tell. I would 100% stay here again!
