I had such a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location is perfect as it is very close to the historical centre. The best part by far is the incredible staff. Every single person who works at this hotel is so kind and goes above and beyond to help everyone. I am so impressed and will definitely stay here next time I am in Mexico City.

I highly recommend this hotel! It is clean, comfortable and close to everything in the centro historico. The staff are extremely helpful and I am so grateful for everything they did for me. I lost my phone during my stay and every single staff member worked so hard to try to help me: arranging transportation, helping me get to the police station and my embassy, doing various searches on the internet for me and just helping me with the many things that I could no longer do without my phone. Perhaps even more importantly, they provided so much kindness and support during a very difficult experience. They reassured me, comforted me and made me feel as though everything would be OK. I cannot express just how grateful I am for this gift. I will never forget them.

This is great location, close to the metro and the park. There are plenty of restaurants, attractions, and bars nearby.
The wifi is intermittent and doesn't work at all except at reception. Although it's on a quiet street, there's a bent manhole cover in front. Every car hits it at night causing quite a noise.

A basic Hotel well situated near sowntown. There's an awesome shower with lots of hot water. A great view of La Torre and a market across the street. Fantastic for a very low price!! Will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness was ok. The walls were dirty, abd the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The comforter/bed spread was ripped/torn.

TRAVELERS: PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.
I’m a New Yorker. I’ve travelled throughout Mexico. I visit Mexico City most winters. I expected a decent, low-cost hotel in a semi-sketchy neighborhood.
Instead, this is a VERY run-down hotel (I asked for a room change because I couldn’t stomach walking barefoot on the filthy carpets; but my next room was smaller, and worse) — in a rough area — so rough that my taxi drivers were fearful for me. Just say NO.

You get what you get for the price, it was enough for my 2-night stay. The pillows were a little firm for my taste, but otherwise the room was fine.

Carpet and matress super dirty

For the price OK but a bit noisy from other families kids in the mornings and evenings.
Location near Zócalo and street food places for eating.

Great location. The single room is s very small. The doubles are better. No WiFi in upper rooms. Very charming. No one speaks English

English speaking staff, near to shopping etc and lot of bars where you get the days meal for USD 2-3 . poor wifi, but ok.

The bed was okay, it didn’t have any stains & I wasn’t afraid of sleeping on it. It has a closet that’s bigger than the bathroom which should be the other way around. The bathroom was super tiny & if I wasn’t careful I could’ve bumped into the toilet which personally grossed me out. The towels seemed old & the name of the hotel was on them & worn out. The first time I stepped into the bathroom I immediately smelled pee, I looked into the toilet & the water looked 95% clear. The mirror seemed like it was going to fall off the counter any minute as I kept bumping into it because it was so close to the bed. Also the door to the bathroom bumps into the side bed table which was REALLY frustrating for me personally. The door to the bathroom only opened halfway!! The bathroom was semi clean, definitely not clean enough for my comfort. The top of the side bed tables were torn & looked really old, time for a remodel at this place.

The room was dirty when I checked in. I had to ask to give me another one. And the front desk had to have someone check to see if I was telling the truth. And security of the room door was terrible and not safe.

Very good experience. If the idea is to use the hotel just to have some rest and enjoy Downtown which is only 5 minutes walking. And metro (subway) station Bellas Artes is just 3 minutes. Great!

nice hotel with clean and safe rooms, the zocalo us just 10 min walking away. Rooms they dont have that many services but they are comfortables. Good choose if you want a regular service and a cheap one.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff very attentive. The main reason for staying there, however, is the price and the fact that it is situated in the center. However, before you get to nice areas of town you will have to walk through a couple very dirty streets with homeless people sleeping around. In my opinion, the area right next to the hotel is very dangerous, and I would be very careful walking there, even though it takes only 5 minutes to reach nice, clean streets.

Is a cheap hotel, but is dirty, carpet nasty, sheets dirty with hair of last customer, on bathroom cigarettes butts. Hotel Located 3rate. If you have $7usd. more stay on other hotel.
