Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Majority of communal areas were clean although toilets near the pool needed more regular maintenance. Busy hotel, quiet relax pool a peaceful haven.

I loved the food- really tasty and loads of it. The different spaces meant although there were loads of people there were lots of quiet places

The rooms need some updating now and the constant daytime entertainment is boring, repetitive and not aligned to the type of guests staying at the hotel (not 18-30). This aside the hotel is immaculately clean, the staff helpful and the swimming pools are more than adequate. The rooms are spacious and the food is lovely - definitely something for everyone!

The staff absolutely made the place - they could not do enough for me during my stay. The hotel is well located with great facilities.I would recommend it to any one.

For me in November perfect. Staff lovely. Room more than adequate and clean. The attached restaurant was good value and quality very good. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

Spa facilities staff and masseuse are amazing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Very welcoming and accommodating. Had a fabulous weekend for great value.

unfortunately not helpful staff at all, the food wasn't tasty, room service horrible, they get the payment before we check in to the hotel - I choosed to pay at the hotel , but they charge me immediately when I finish the booking process there are many other good hotel STAY AWAY

Turkish star rating for hotels seems to be different from USA - this hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. It might have the facilities required for this rating but actual presentation of the services are a little lacking. It was definitely a comfortable hotel for my family. The food was ok. A lot of variety, good sample of Turkish food. Quality was ok - quantity seems to be the focus for all-inclusive hotels in the region. Here is a little breakdown of what we saw: - Rooms have good AC but rest of the hotel was warm for us. Although there is no smoking allowed indoors, smell was everywhere. There were a lot of European tourists at the hotel and smoking still seems to be popular. - Parking is a little tricky. You either park on the street on your own or leave your key with the security and they park it for you somewhere. But it is not really a valet system. Your key sits in a large bowl with bunch of other keys and anyone can pick it up - no tracking of keys or owners. - Facilities need a make over. - Food was ok. Good sample of Turkish foods (doner, pide etc.). We didn't stay long enough to get bored. Breakfast could be improved. - Pools were clean. Hotel is not directly on the beach but a short walk. We enjoyed both. Checking out towels seems to be complicated, we had our own.

We were on our honeymoon holidays, but we got a room with twin beds. After complaint we got an upgrade to a suite for free, but the air conditioning was not working. The attitude of the lady in the guest relation was not very friendly. Otherwise the hotel was all in all very good.

Great location! Amazing food! The only thing i would like them to fix is the wifi! No wifi in rooms! Apart from that spot on! Entertainment team is amazing!!

Arrived in advance of a very early flight the next day. Very nice hotel and restaurant. Not much to do but hang in the lobby that is very comfortable.

Hotel is perfect however thé beach cours be niciest for a 5 * hotel

It was a very modern somewhat trendy hotel.Many of the guests were young and lively.It made for a fun stay.Also, being all inclusive made it very convenient. The foodwas very nice.

Hotel is very new and modern - nice and clean - Evening staff do not seem to know as much Food is NOT 5*, I have been to 4* and had much better food. They have same menu every night and the food is poorly labelled. If you are particular about knowing what your food contains then you will be disappointed - nothing is labelled - if you have allergies such as nuts etc... then you will struggle. They don't serve hot chocolate - which you may want sometimes to relax

The blue bay platinum is a clean and modern hotel there is food and drinks available for all inclusive guests from 7am till 11.30pm. Its about 45 min walk to the marina. Theres plenty of shops bars and resurants right at the frount door.

Rooms cleaned irregular. Wi-Fi is only free in lobby area otherwise chargeable. Food was good. Nice and modern close to beach few minutes walk.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always going out of there way to make your stay comfortable. Great family room, open and spacious. Amazing selection of high quality food for all tastes.
