Room not as advertised. We paid for a mountain.view with balcony as per booking. The room was right in front of the road. Noisy and my kids couldn't sleep, no balcony. Reception useless, no communication. This property is not at all appropriate for children due to the busy road and some dodgy characters hanging about at night. Still waiting on a complaint and no response from Expedia. Dire

Misleading photos with balcony and view as we had neither, bed was uncomfortable. Was clean and staff helpful though. All in all ok.

We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear.
Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel.

Check in was terrible at Hotel Austria up the road. Nobody spoke English, which was surprising for a hotel. Bad communication issues especially regarding parking. Never did find the car park, parked on the road.
Apartment was clean and spacious.
Beds were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Felt the springs in the mattress.
Bath had a spa bath, no plug and didn't work, so that was disappointing.
It was an ok stay. It did the job for 2 nights.

They don’t have a check in lobby. Check in is operated at Hotel Austria. There after, we need to find our own way to the room, which is not an easy thing to do

The flat was very noisy and bed totally dead and the picture of the web site is a fake

Great location, right on the slopes. However, be aware there will be a coffee machine, but no coffee and you will be expected to take off sheets and bedding and put them all in the bathroom…making you feel more like you’re spending the night at your friend’s cabin than paying for a room!

Good sized apartments with plenty of room for a family of 4. Near to the slopes so could walk down in the morning to the lifts. Parking is limited if you are not on the main road

Positive: The apartment is very cozy and super useful if you are staying for a few days - great kitchen and lots of space. They were also recently renovated and were very clean.
It is very close to Grandvalira / Port d'Envalira. We did not have any problems with parking.
The views are amazing.
Negative: It is a little far from markets / larger cities, so you probably should prepare in advance if you want to make food in the apartment. Our bed was also not that confortable.

Perfect apartment and friendly service but the early checkout (and inability to pay extra for a late one) is a big disappointment.

Quality of service was poor as access at 7:15pm took 2 hours:-
1. Out of hours helpline was unsatisfacory after 3 calls.
2. Other residents found the keys for me with no help from the management
3. Initial Access road was blocked by snow.
4. It was necessary to walk with luguage a km down a busy road with mo footpath.
Poor management:-
5. Complaints were not communicated to local management.
6. Reception apologised for the above issues and excempted me from a full cleandown of the apartment as compensation. I received a note on the last day threatening charges of up to 70€ if not cleaned top to bottom.
Property isolated:-
7. The complex is approx. 2km out of Soldeu centre and bus service is unreliable.
8. Taxis are rare.

The rooms are small but comfortable and there’s a large sunny terrace with stunning views. This location is fantastic, nestled a few minutes drive from Grau Roig on one side and Soldeu on the other. The apartments sit above a sophisticated ski/ snowboard terrain park which our boys enjoyed in the evenings (open 5-10pm). There’s a delicious + very charming restaurant (for dinner) across the street. The apartments are not luxury, but they are clean, comfortable + offer good value.

Amazing apartment with great views over the ski park which is open for night sessions. Very spacious and clean. Modern fittings and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Good wifi. Easy check in process - the keys are stores in a keysafe with a code. We parked on the road which was fine, although parking is available. Short drive into village for restaurants and uphill to good ski areas.

The worst point was a lack of soundproofing... I could hear people going up and down stairways all night long. Both bedrooms were close to the apartment entrance, the apartment door lacks any sound isolation. There are simply 1 cm gap between the door and its frame..
The apartment was clean and new. The kitchen was fully equipped.
The bedrooms are really small.

They are good apartments however due to location you will need a car. There is amazing restaurant across the road.
We had apartment 23 block B the only down side of it was that we heard lift noises all evening but they didn't wake us up, apart from that it was great.
Apartment over 2 floor with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms living room with sofa bed (perfect for 2) and kitchen annex. Free parking outside of the apartment but it gets busy. There is underground parking but 15 Euro per day. You can buy fresh baguettes in the petrol station next to it. Nearest super market is few kilometres away.
Great skiing at El Tarter. Check the prices and book in advance skis and ski passes. I suggest to buy your own after 2-3 season hey will pay for them self's. At the bottom of the slopes you can buy a half day ticket which starts at 1 Pm, which gives you 4h skiing which was just enough for us with kids.
