Great location. The property is tired - so it is great to hear that they will be embarking on a reno next year. Excellent service and fantastic onsite restaurant Queen Chow. Will try again after reno.

The hot water took an extremely long time to become hot. There was a mechanical sound & vibration that seemed to resonate between the rooms. View was great. The bed had to be moved to use the power points, there was dust & debris behind the bed & side tables.

Very nice friendly staff. Great location. Nice view of Narooma. Big room . Comfy bed. The only negative points are the noise made by the kitchen/ restaurant staff downstair when they are closing the restaurant. Would be nice to have some milk in the fridge for my coffee in the morning. Overall great experience of the hotel. I would stay there again. Such a convenient hotel

The room was damp, musty smell and furnishings old. We were not told there was no service/cleaning each day - had to ask for new towels, soap.

Great spot in town, we had a kitchenette room was clean but very outdated and old furnishings. The room Smelt musty and the slide door out to pool and outdoor area was okd needed replacement, no flyscreen to keep door open. Apparently upgrading rooms one by one so see how it turns out. Reception eas efficient and friendly.

Beautiful upstairs room with a stunning view. Once the restaurant reopens after renovation, I'd give this place five stars all round.

Executive room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Treat yourself to dinner in the restaurant. The nearby Sorriso is also worth a visit for Italian dishes. Ample parking at the hotel. Also appreciated the email with directions etc that arrived before our arrival.

Terrible storms. Wonderful hotel staff made our extra night bearable. The restaurant was top quality and the rooms beautifully appointed and clean!Our friend who never stays in motels and nothing less than 5 star would stay again. Lovely Narooma despite the storms!!

Suite was outdated and the sofa had a musty smell that made it not very comfortable to sit on. Bathroom and bed were very clean and comfortable. Wifi was completely unusable in both speed and connectivity. Food at the restaurant was good. Over-all not good value for the total experience.
