Was a little disappointed in our stay. The lady was friendly on arrival😄, The hut we stayed in looked much bigger in the photos I’m sure the one I selected when booking wasn’t the one we got, so I’m not sure what happened there. Sleeping was so uncomfortable the bed was hard as a Rock and when you turned over you almost rolled out 😢 being a family room with a toddler (which was stated in the booking) i thought there would have been water and a microwave available to heat bottles up but had to walk up to the camp kitchen luckily wasn’t far. A little fan heater if it got cold. Also had to make the beds with linen provided after a long drive to get there certainly didn’t feel like doing that. For the price we forked out it wasn’t worth It at all unfortunately.

Fantastic location, nice small sized park, quiet and felt safe. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Would recommend. We stayed in a Beach Hut, opens out to beach reserve so it is a nice spot to sit outside on the balcony.

WiFi is terrible and unusable most of the time. You could solve the parks problem with less than 5 grand so I was disappointed. Had nothing to do at night during the cold winter.
Everything else is fine. Our building however feels like a repurposed backpackers apartment because each light in each room has its own switch and there are weird towel hooks everywhere.
Very clean. Air conditioning filter was also cleaned recently so I was surprised with that.

Price too high, cabin had no facilities such as a sink and running water. Toilet and shower located 100 metres from cabin, Bed was very soft and I ended up with a very painful back! Inadequate heating for a cold night! I will not be staying their again

Excellent. Have now stayed on 4 occasions over past 3 years. Kids love the waterslides. Is the highlight for them. I like the peacefulness and more "remote" location compared to other parks that are busy and noisier.

3.5 out of 5 in wet season
Due to mid etc outside and shared bathrooms/ toilets

Great accommodation, plenty of fun for the kids and right on the beach

The bathing box is basic accomodation, but it is was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. The hosts were happy to accomodate our late arrival. The park is in great condition. The shower/toilet block was very clean. There is an indoor games room. Would highly recommend a stay here. Ours was a short term stay but we wish it was longer.

Did not like the attitude of staff and the accommodation was tiny. Not even a chair inside.

We booked and expected a holiday park. Ended up being a retirement village. There are some cabins there that look good. Great atmosphere and great for families close to facilities etc. However, be careful what you book. Some cabins are in the permanent resident section. A huge hike away from any family activities or atmosphere you would expect from a holiday park. Within an hour of arrival my whole family wanted to leave. Withe the price we paid, we felt cheated. I couldn’t get any other accommodation and was too tired to drive any further. I think I aged 10 years in 2 nights we stayed here. Also, a bit random… there was an open sewer waste pipe in the pantry. Luckily it was loosely covered with Cling Wrap!!!The good news was that when I approached management they understood that it wasn’t acceptable and offered me a 20% discount on our next stay!! Can’t wait!!!Do not stay here!!!!

We had to go to a funeral which was held at the Nambucca Surf Club. This place was very clean, neat and comfortable and close to where we had to go. We would all stay there again.

My son loved the water slides and the bunk beds. Would have loved to access the slides in the morning pre-checkout but dont start until 10am. Only there for a night as a stop over.

I loved the fire pit which bought everyone together.

The cabin was very old and smelled funny. Dishes were dirty, had to be washed before we could use them. Furniture was old and uncomfortable and chairs had wobbly legs. Even the pool was dirty.Horrible place to stay, deffinately not worth the money.

We loved theclose proximity to the beach. The pools and waterslides were perfect for our two boys! The only downside was the terrible phone and internet signal

From the second we arrived the service was excellent. I don’t say this often but above and beyond ! The facilities were awesome also, stayed in the family hut, right next to the killer water slides. Well done Big4

Whilst cabin and park were lovely, there is no way I will ever be back. At 10.15pm we wear Unfortunate enough to have 5 very inconsiderate Asian motor homes ser up camp right under our bedroom window. An hour later they were still slamming doors and disturbing everyone in the vicinity. Whilst not the parks fault, maybe they should limit their. check-in times.
