Entire staff is wonderful! Hot tub, sauna, & pool is saltwater refreshing After trying 2 separate rooms…. They are attractive, yet filthy. Bed & pillows after 3 nights left us stiff by end of trip. Facility needs a deep clean as it made us feel icky after noticing

This hotel is a destination for us. We met family members and got two rooms and a wonderful MEA break. everybody is so friendly and helpful there. I can’t find a better place to sit in the hot tub and watch a ball game.

The most miserable night’s sleep in our collective memory. Thermostat settings appeared to have no impact on temperature control so we were alternately throwing blankets off or throwing them back on. The comforter was so heavy and bulky we couldn’t get comfortable under it. And something in the alarm system associated with the accessible room we were given, much to our chagrine, provided an electrical discharge noise that was on and off all night.

Traveled with my dad and 2 daughters and the family suite worked perfect for us. Were able to cook a few meals in the room and store cold foods/drinks in fridge. Perfect space for family of 4.

This place was amazing! We loved the warm saltwater pool. The outside area looks so nice. Everyone was very nice. Everything was so clean. Our room was handicapped accessible and very nice for my daughter. The gentleman at the front desk explained the light switch and everything. They even had allergy friendly (packaged) options at breakfast! The other breakfast options were good too, breakfast tacos made fresh and they were delicious.

We love the cleanliness and design of this hotel as well as the breakfast, courtyard and pool area. The pool temperature was too warm for summer - we appreciate that is part of the design with the embedded hot tub, but it was a bit prohibitive to giving the kids a long swim. Otherwise there is potential for a restaurant or grub-hub type partnership given the location of the hotel having only a pub within walking distance (good food at the pub but not for dine in with kids).

Gorgeous, eco-friendly hotel! There are a lot of Charge Point chargers around the parking lot. We were pumped to be able to charge our hybrid-electric vehicle.

Very nice hotel - clean and quiet. Was not impressed with breakfast - we went down to eat at 9:40... they were out of bacon and eggs and didn't bring anymore out. There were several other guests their also. I realize breakfast is done atv10am, however it was Saturday morning and several guests coming down to eat.

My son crawled into bed around 10:30 (a few hrs after we arrived) and said his bed was wet. I said it can’t be. I went over to it. Sure enough it was wet and yellow. I went downstairs and asked for a new room. The front desk clerk (who was very nice) said they were sold out and asked if I was sure it was urine. I ended up changing the bedding myself and sleeping over the urine spot. While the rest of the hotel was fine this aspect of the hotel was disgusting and makes it hard to go back to again.

Modern and wonderful with all manner of amenities. Staff is genuinely helpful and happy. Located within a few minutes of many great restaurants and locales. Rooms also have excellent features, such as filtered water taps and spacious showers.

We were happy with our stay, and would give 5 stars… except that we were silent-billed a $50 pet fee despite not having a pet with us. Had I not checked the emailed receipt, I would not have noticed. I called the front desk and this charge was reversed without any issue, but as a closing experience to staying here, it left a bad taste.
