unforgettable stay in this hotel which has a wonderful restaurent and bar . but only inconvenience is a little bite noisy in the mid-night up to 3 even 4 o'clock from the bar.

Kind of an unusual set up. This hotel is above a restaurant and you actually walk through a kitchen section to get to the elevator. That being said, the room (also unusual) was well appointed and comfortable and directly in the heart of The Hague. The man that checked us in and carried my very heavy suitcase up the stairs was great and quite helpful. The only real issue we had is the parking which is public and off site.

Great location and perfect hotel for business trip.

The hotel doesn't feel like being in a hotel. The lift to the bedrooms was right next to the kitchen door which when you passed it flew open. At one point when the kitchen door opened we seen a member doing a personal act which was quite offputting. Also there is no bar service after 12 midnight, usually there is a night porter on duty and you can have a couple of drinks in the comfort of a bar. The staff did not know that we were actually staying in the hotel, lost count of the number of times staff asked us where we were going or are you staying here!! Didn't like the open shower/bath area and a very small toilet with a wonky toilet seat.

First impressions are good since the building is nice and the room was great. Well designed and appointed. Very Clean with lots of space. bed is comfortable. The bad is how loud the room is. You can hear everything from the street below, which included trams, scooters and horns, and even suitcases being wheeled on the pavement and hard-soled shoes hitting the cobble stones. At night, the music from the Hotel's club plays loudly until 3 AM, and then, if you're lucky enough to get to sleep, then you're awakened at 8 to 8:30 by the street noise. Additionally, we were not informed about the construction right outside our room, which began at 8 AM and added drilling and pounding to the rest of the street noise. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were charged, and worse, we were charged for the 'premium breakfast' which was supposed to include mimosas and salmon, which we never received. That added an extra 28 euros per day, on top of an already high room rate. Lastly, you cannot reach the hotel by car, which is not made clear in the property description, so beware. The nearest parking is 600 meters away, so be prepared. All in all, nice to look at, but one to avoid if you like to be able to sleep.
