Küche ist super top ausgestattet

die Kaffeemachine ist mit Caps und es läuft immer weiter wenn man nicht auf stop drückt :-)

Super Skiurlaub für Familien.

Super Lage, mit guten Skikeller mit Ausgang direkt zur Piste. Großer Parkplatz. Skigeschäft mit Verleih direkt im Haus. Gutes Restaurant, mit leckerer Pizza auch zum Take a away auf Zimmer.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit Abstrichen beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis insbesondere zum Saisonende

Das Haus ist einfach komplikationslos toll!

Der Preis des Skipasses! Uns ist bewusst, dass die Anlagen teuer sind und gewartet werden müssen. Trotzdem sollte man am Ende der Saison, wenn nicht mehr alles geöffnet ist, den Preis überdenken. Die Unterkunft war super. Wobei dort auch im Gegensatz zum Vorjahr der Preis gewaltig gestiegen war. Wir waren 2 Jahre hintereinander. Es ist aufgrund des Preises zu überdenken, ob sich das fürs nächste Jahr lohnt.

Hotel& Zimmer super, Restaurant nicht gut

War perfekt. Die Lage, das Apartment und das Hotel war super. Auch das Spielezimmer für die Kinder war toll.

Einzig das Restaurant im Hotel war absolut nicht gut. Alle der 4 Speisen, die wir bestellt, hatten, waren vermutlich Fertigprodukte und echt nicht gut. Wir haben dann die anliegenden Restaurants besucht, die waren super.

Excellent place with small things to improve

Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, have washing possibilities as well, very clean and well equipped wellness area.

Just small comments: -TV was an old style, no internet connection, so basically useless (who's watching TV programme in 2023?). -Bed was moderately squeaking, -Sauna opening hours were pretty short, didn't fit to active people (shutting down at 20.00).

Beautiful pet-friendly property for families, groups, or solo travelers to the Katschberg area.

We got the one bedroom apartment with a private sauna. It was a very nice hotel, spacious apartment, nicely decorated, & it had great amenities. My daughter loved the kids playroom & playground and of course the pool. During our trip we had bad weather on-and-off but because there were so many things to keep her happy at the hotel she never missed out on any fun. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There were several things to do within walking distance if you time your visit properly. Beautiful views from the balconies and pet-friendly! If we were ever to visit the area again or know someone going we would not hesitate to stay here or recommend this resort to anyone else. Our family had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave.

I wish they had offered a couple extra towels and pillows. Also when we went to use the extra blankets we realized they were never washed after the previous occupant (which was probably an oversight if the pervious person put them back away instead of leaving them out with the dirty bedding (but would be better if they had a fail-safe like a wrapper or ribbon or something to indicate it had been used). Also the fold-out single bed was broken but thankfully my child is short so she didn't notice but when I had to lay with her until she fell back to sleep it was definitely not comfortable for an adult due to having 2 different heights, lol). I didn't like that the pet fee was a daily fee instead of one-time fee because the cleaning wasn't any different if I stayed 1 night vs 10 but I am happy they are pet friendly so it was still worth paying to us. I was surprised there were parking fees for a fairly rural property, but I couldn't have researched that better instead of just assuming.

Loved the hotel and all amenities. Lovely, friendly staff. Extremely clean and comfortable apartment. Warm, beds comfy, kitchen has all appliances one could need. Ski room is excellent. The location is perfect, right on the slope. Spa and pool wonderful. The view from the room is beautiful, huge balcony. Parking convenient.

When arriving ask for a room in the highest floor because the noise coming from neighbours above was terrible. Or maybe we just had bad luck with them. But every single day from 19:00 to 23:00 it was almost unbearable to stay in our apartment. It felt like they were moving furniture for fun and discovering all possible ways to annoy everyone below. It is true that after our complaints staff offered us to change the room but we were already fully un-packed and settled and did not feel like packing again and moving around. Which might have been an unfortunate decision if you ask us now. But still - something must be done regarding this issue.

Nice location

The hotel is really on the ski slope.

The restaurant is separate. Dear staff, but not part of the hotel (but inside a building). Breakfast I think is a bit expensive. We didn't have a good value for money, because of the kids who ate max 1-2 pancakes.

Perfect location, really nice and clean apartments, lots of things to do. Would recommend to anyone!

Location is the best, you ski from the ski room and come back from slopes to ski room. They have a children playroom and pool, lots of entertainment for small children. Spa is also nice. Rooms are extra clean, beds are comfy, even couches are comfy. Closets are big and functional. Kitchen is well equipped, refrigerators in apartmens are spacious. They even have a dishwasher. You get kitchen cloths, detergent and dishwasher tablets.

Everything is perfect.

Unbeatable location for skiers - literally ski-to-door; spacious, well-appointed rooms, decent facilities - pool, sauna, kids's room, very good restaurant... Value for money, I would say.

Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return in the winter

The room was amazing! The location was great!

The pool was pretty cold for being indoors and the saunas didn’t get turned on until 3, and I just wish the restaurant was open but I also get that it was off season

Dissappointing

The location is good for winter and skiing. But not for other activities in August /September.

Not a very welcoming house. First: for parking you pay 12 € /day. The total cost of the room included a third of its price( 165 € end cleaning). That is outrageous! The hotel is being greedy at little details that make the guests feel well (like no Shampoo or Shower, no hooks for the Towels in the bathroom, extra toilet paper costs extra etc.etc.) We bought our own toilet paper in the supermarket!!! There were no Towels or Bath Robes for the Spa available (only for a fee of 15 € / Person). In the kitchen the coffee mashine uses special caps - there were none available. The dish washer had only 3 tabs even though we stayed a week! We bought our own in the supermarket, otherwise the hotel asked for a fee!!!! When we vacation we do not wish to need struggle for every little comfort... We have a lot of travel experience especially in spa hotels and are okay with paying a bit more in order to get comfort and feel a bit spoiled. This experience was dissapointing in all ways.
