The hotel is by the beach and it's beautiful BUT you can't really swim there without shoes because there is a lot of stones and coral. But I think the situation is the same on the whole island. The room is nice. It's good that you get water for free as much as you need. Peaceful area with some restaurants on walking distance. Nice pool area, but the pool could be more clean. Good WiFi. Friendly staff :)

The hotel itself is nice and the garden looks good. The location is also good as its not busy in area, but no far away.
However the pool did not meet our expectations, the beach has a lot of rocks after 3-4 meters in the water.
During our stay there was an issue with water supply resulting in 20% salt water in the tap and shower. Our air-con made huge noise that got fixed 2nd day, but we could no longer change the temp. The room was freezing due to this. Sheets was not clean

The staff here are absolutely amazing, the nicest people that will help with anything and the location of this resort is perfect. Our room was beautiful and so clean. We would definitely stay here again. We had the most amazing trip.

This hotel left a very bad taste in my mouth for many different reasons. I will start off by saying the location SUCKS. It is very far from the main road where everything happens (restaurants, bars, tourism, etc). On the map it looks like a quick shoot around the island and you’re right there, well the road is not complete and half of the way to get here is sand so you can’t ride a bicycle. You have to go a back way that takes an extra 15 mins by bike. After a few trips it gets very annoying being so far from everything.
2. The other thing is.. the restaurant they have at the front is terrible. Food takes for every and is below average at that. Very small portion sizes as well.
3. The bicycles they have to rent are all worn down, no bells on them, nor a basket which comes in handy when you’re so FAR from everything and you have leftovers, or just anything you need to carry in a basket.
4. They say there’s room service where you can order food but there isn’t. That is a lie. I called the number about 15 times through out my stay and no one answers. Terrible service.
5. Don’t opt in for the $13 breakfast. It is terrible with a very small selection of food. Not worth $13 a day.
6. I work from my computer, it may be a small island thing but if you care about the wifi being fast, you will not get that here.
All of those things are meh, but my biggest thing that left a bad taste in my mouth and made my stay here suck the most was the way the staff HOUNDED us to pay in cash wi

Fundementally not a bad family property. But marred by the shambolic breakfast and grimy rooms. Breakfast was an adventure more suited to Bear Grylls bushcraft ingenuity than a laid back tropical island affair. Not once during a five day stay was the full complement of breakfasting equipment available all at once. Savagery quickly ensued and I witnessed one gent used a soup bowl to make coffe and another eat cereals from a spare bain marie. I myself resorted to washing my wife's cup in the sink for reuse and in one truly inspired momemnt, deploying my credit card as a yoghurt scoop. Some people were forced to eat standing! By day five I was a card carrying breakfast impriv officionado.
Oceano Jambulwuk used to be OK, I stayed their two years ago. Returning to a property is the highest form of flattery and a potential source of regret.
Who knows what the managment is up to here but they need to pull their finger out and empower their genuinely pleasant staff to to the job they are able to do! A good start would be to buy some more cups, glasses, plates, bowls...

Great place very friendly staff would recommend to anyone wanting to be away from the main hub of the island. Very quiet up that way. Lovely place to spend a few days.
I’d only say the shower could be better and maybe the head is a bit high if you not get tall. Getting fresh towels was a bit of a hassle as well.
Really that’s all i think could have been better.
Great place would stay again without a doubt

Absolutely a disaster.... rooms smelt, beds were rock hard we left a night early as we couldn’t sleep... and itchy sheets so must have bed bugs galore

Rooms are nice. Back pool is good but not many beds if the place is busy. Drinks in the pool bar are an absolute rip off!! Hotel is about 25 minute walk from the main area on the island.

Awful stay. Rude staff, dirty rooms (had to move rooms due to no water from taps), lack of breakfast for guests, hotel is too large for the facilities. Poor location. Poor WiFi.

Great place for families and great breakfast buffet. Located on sunset side. The only thing some of the stuff doesn’t understand English. All of them nodding their heads but understand nothing

Beautiful hotel, nice pools and restaurant.
As it’s at the north of the island the lighting at night wasn’t very good, and a little on the quiet side.

Very beautiful ocean in front. But recommend swim in the morning that you can see turtle. But don't expect service especially shower. Water pressure is very low and very few quantity. Price are not much with Value. Just you can enjoy in morning time only. They will ask you check out earlier than check out time with excuse because you can't get CIDOMO even you can get around 15min after you request.

Our room had a terrible smell. We got moved to another room which was an upgrade from the room we had initially booked. The hotel charged us £30 extra for each night. Housekeeping was poor, only our bed was made and our old towel was left behind in the room. We had room service the previous night and it was disappointing to come back to our room and find out that our plates were not collected.

I recommend getting a room at the back of the resort next to the pool. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was pretty good though you had to queue a fair while to get an omelette / eggs. Lunch food was good. Pizzas are very thin and crispy. The resort is north of the main strip and is in a quiet location. You can hire bikes for IDR 50,000 for 24hrs. It takes about 10-15 mins to cycle to the main strip. If you get a horse and cart it costs IDR 150,000. Great place if you want to truly relax. Sunset on the beach was superb.

Stayed for only one night but the hotel was really clean and beautiful. Great setting and well maintained communal areas. Both pool areas were fabulous - one more shaded, the other really open. Food at the hotel was also very good.

Great hotel right near great snorkelling and scuba sights. Easy to walk around island and access everything rooms need ceiling fans. Aircon units need new gas and filter cleans as struggled to cool at all :(

Checked in really quick and got some free drinks as we did it which was nice. Took a while for the guy showing us our rooms to find the room (lol). Once inside it was really spacious and well kept. The bathrooms were a bit of a let down, the towels weren't often changed and the water pressure for the showers was non existent in one, and just passable in the other. Food was slow to be made (like 90% of Gili T) but also of mediocre standard. Even for the breakfast I would recommend going elsewhere unless you're really hungover. The bikes they have for rent are okay, although you can easily find better ones to rent around the island. They also didn't have snorkeling gear for rent when we stayed there so we had to find a place along the Sentral strip. The pools were amazing and the staff were super friendly.

The hotel itself is well located and has all the heart desires: 2 pools, towel service, direct beach access, good restaurant, very helpful staff and all services eg bikes to rent. Our only problem was the room itself as unfortunately the bed sheets hadnt been changed upon our arrival, the air-con was broken, the sink leaked and the lights didnt work. This was a superior garden view room. Maybe our room simply was older than the others or we were just unlucky because in total the hotel is really to be recommended if you want a quiet stay on Gilli T.

staff were terrible and lie to your face. food was horrible. room was unsafe with the door lock taken apart in 5 minutes and the safe not bolted in.

Very nice room, had some issues with the electricity but the staff fixed the issue quickly. Enjoyed the stay here and would come back again.

This is a good value hotel to stay in if you want to be in a quiet part of Gili T with snorkelling straight off the beach. As on our last visit, staff were courteous and helpful. The first room we were given at the back had a problem with the drains which made the room smell bad so we were moved promptly to a room further forward in the property. The swimming pool is a real plus, although there is still no ladder to facilitate access in and out! The breakfast buffet is excellent, although if one comes in for breakfast at 9.30, 30 minutes before the end of the serving time, the food available is limited and the staff need cajoling to provide more of the items that have already run out. The fresh juice is great and I hope the expresso coffee machine which was absent on this visit reappears soon.
