I think my stay was amazing, but i had one unpleasant thing, me and my friend might be allergic to whatever you guys wash your sheets in. My friend had it worse, all bumps around her arms and always itchy. They looked like bug bites but they weren’t?? We checked the bed for anything and didn’t see anything. But, We had an amazing stay!!

We've stayed at the property a couple of times now. It is situated in a great location for walkable experiences in Cincinnati. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Bite is very nice. The lobby and elevators are very unique. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was nice too.

The staff at the hotel did an awesome job in accommodating the guest. The breakfast options were really good. The layout of the room was nice however, the mattress on the pull-out couch was very thin and uncomfortable and the fan in the bathroom did not work

Feel like they should provide free parking when staying in their hotel. The only parking they have is in an adjacent parking garage that cost about 50$ to park for 2 days!! Other than that it was excellent!

There was no extra toilet paper in our room. When we ran out, I called the front desk, and they said they would not bring any up to the room. For as much money as you pay to stay in a room, the front desk or housing should come up to the room and provide toiletries, especially toilet paper.

It was hard to find. It’s like hidden inside of a building and shares the floors with another hotel on the other side. Totally weird, my door was falling off the hinge so I had to life it and slam it to close. Room was dirty and smoky/musty smelling. Couch and bed were both uncomfortable and it just didn’t feel safe. For the price they were charging I was expecting something much better.

It was spotless and comfortable. The only issue was the coffee maker didn't have the pieces needed to make coffee. Tried to call the front desk and the phone rang for a couple of minutes and then stopped. I called back and it rang again for a minute or so and was answered and I was transferred to the housekeeper who also never responded to their phone. 8 a.m. and no coffee was served with no service or response. For what you charged. Somebody should have taken our concerns a little further. Who cares attitude won't help your reviews.

Our room was clean. Parking is kind of pain but we parked across the street and paid $23 for one night of parking. Attendant over there was rude. The entrance is beautiful but kind of confusing that the lobby is on the second floor. Check in was smooth and she was very smooth. We rented the 2 queen bed suite which was perfect for our family of 4. I was able tonlay the kids down and be able to still stay up and watch the tv in the living room. Having a working kitchen was great having kids as well. It was kind of expensive but it was worth it for how close we were to the stadium. Carpets were old in the hallways.

Impressed with the accommodations. Nice hotel with a unique feature being combined with the Hampton Inn next door. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and very convenient location donwtown

Came from a far drive and tried to check in at 5pm (2 hours after 3pm check-in time) and staff said they didn’t have my room ready?? Waited an extra 45 min in the lobby to be given my reserved room! Stained bed sheets, expensive parking was the cherry on top. Don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever, there are plenty of them in the area to choose from.

No closet; no iron, no ironing board, basically a bed and a bathroom hardly a suite by any stretch of the imagination.

Furniture, carpets, decor are old and dirty. Unlike any other Hilton affiliated establishments we have visited.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The location is excellent surrounded by areas of interest. The facilities are in urgent need of renovation. The hotel looks old and run down. I had to sleep on the sofa bed, I spent 3 terrible nights due to the poor condition of the mattress. Im not sure I would return to this hotel

All staff interactions here were excellent. From the front desk to the valet everyone was friendly, warm and helpful. The hotel is fine, however overall the rooms just seemed like they needed a little extra TLC. Many of the doors were brown with dirt, and door handles needed wiped down. Overall enjoyed our stay, but would have loved to see a little extra attention to detail on the cleanliness.

We were in town for a Reds game, and loved the location of the hotel. It was only about a 10-15 minute walk to Great American Ballpark.

Extremely slow check in due to rooms not being ready for guests, the ladies at the desk were nice and did the best the could

The air conditioner wasn't working, so it made the stay uncomfortable.

Suite was not properly cleaned or taken care of prior to check in. The suite had blood in several areas and lots of damage. We could not be moved due to hotels being sold out for the baseball games. After several failed calls down to get someone to come view the issues with the room, then going to the desk and speaking face to face with a manager and sending pictures to their cell phone I was promised a refund and my son was given free snacks. Kate Henderson the manager, instead closed my complaint case and all of this hotels management refuses to return any calls and staff has been instructed to not put me through to speak with anyone.

Hotel was fully booked and the hotel staff seemed unprepared for the large number of guests. Check in was choppy and even though it was 2 hours after the start of check in, many rooms were not ready including ours. Staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed.

Easy to find, extremely convenient location to just about everything you'd need.

Location to downtown was great! There with my sons for 2 nights - the suite was old and worn. Sleeper sofa was circa 2000. Mattress was incredibly old and wiry. We received (evidently) a handicapped bathroom which was dark and dingy. The old TV's had remotes with no guides and no channel guides so you could only switch up and down to change with no idea what was playing. Shower was warm, at best. Incredibly disappointed.

The valet service was great because every worker smiled and was will to do what you ever you needed.
The building was intriguing because of its historical significance.
Front desk could be more welcoming and happy to be working at the hotel. First impressions really make a difference.

Stopped on trip to Michigan for the Cincinnati reds game . Great location, but valet was a bit high at $42.00 a day.

I did not like how far away the self parking was for this property. It was a block and a half behind the front door with no other options and only 1 out of 3 elevators were working in the garage parking ramp.

Nice property and walking distance to fun places

The Air did not work in our room, so after a terribly hot day at the ballpark we had to Sleep in an 84 degree room because we were told there were no other rooms available and they were over booked.

This was a beautiful property, as an ex newspaper man, especially so, the staff was wonderfully , The employees were well above and beyond expectation, but it is a Hilton after all so we should’ve been great. The breakfast were wonderful. We have an upcoming stay in Cincinnati and we will be back there. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful property to stay in Cincinnati. Thank you so much.

Godd location- easy walk to OTR area, ballpark, Roebling Bridge, Riverwalk...

It was an old building that was made into a hotel. It was really nice. The o lot thing I can complain about it parking. No lot and was forced to pay valet or walk to a garage.

Room not ready at check in. Had to wait in lobby for 90 minutes with no updates. Only offered "free late checkout" which i had no need of to make up for wait.

Ac was put. It stayed over 80 in our room. Maintenance never came despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk.

Overall, it was clean It’s a little outdated furniture was a little outdated but other than that, the state was OK.

This was a rough stay. I booked a king suite a few months in advance, arrived to find all the king suites were occupied or had not yet been cleaned. They eventually dug us up a room after standing around for 15 minutes but the room was rough and not the vibe and price of a "suite". To top it off, the shower head was corroded to the point where it barely spit water out. The breakfast was pretty much gone by the time we got down there around 9am. They tried bringing food out to the hungry patrons but couldn't keep up. At the end of the day, we were able to safely sleep but was hoping for a bit more for the price we paid.
