Hotel is under renovation. Our room’s bathroom shower had broken fixtures on top of it being a handicap room. Shower was mildewed pretty bad and leaked unless you closed off the tap with all your strength. I called the front desk and was offered a different room but not a suite or only queen beds. I would pick a newer property if possible until they get this one fixed

This hotel says it has "Swimming pool with a lazy river, a waterslide, and a lifeguard on site" It DOES NOT! There is a water park connected to the hotel but it is an additional cost of $24/person/day! The hotel writeup is very misleading. Beware!

Upon arrival we found a pile of wet dirty towels hanging behind our bedroom door. The following morning we were unable to get any hot water for a shower. At best, it was room temperature when turned all the way up.

We stayed over the 4th of July. Despite being very busy, our room was very quiet and comfortable. It's a great place to stay!

The hotel was the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with upon check in. They had us in wrong rooms even though we had called and confirmed the day before. Also had us paying 500 dollars more then what we were supposed to pay and when we asked them about it they just basically acted like they didn’t care! We got our money back and went to La Quinta right around the corner. Much much better customer service and much cheaper!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The staff was rude. Breakfast was only adequate. Room was nice and spacious but had issues (no usb ports, floors sticky/dirty, electric breakers tripped, no pool when 2 pools were advertised) Great central location. Disappointed and would NOT stay here again.

The stay here was great. The employees were very nice, happy to help with everything and was able to answer questions when I had some. The room was very clean and comfortable for the three days that I was there. It was nice to have the hotel in that location and travel to Mt. Rushmore and even the Devils Tower was easy.

The noise from the interstate was horrible, had to use noise canceling headphones to sleep. Ask to be moved to another room since I had another 5 night at this hotel. They would not change my room unless I stayed at the hotel until 12 noon or I returned at 12 to change rooms. I was outraged by they thought is was ok for them to tell I had to waste a half day of my vacation to change rooms! I had two rooms so I could have moved all of my stuff to the other room and then been able to come back that evening to get my new room keys. Also my mother has a medical condition that makes it hard for her to stay warm. The air unit is one of the motion sensors and doesn’t work at night when you are asleep so she would get cold at night. Didn’t think the heat worked cause after 3 hours the room temperature didn’t rise but a couple degrees. The maintenance guy came by and told us it was working but since the motion sensor didn’t sense anyone it turned off. Said he would bring a portable heater in the room after another 3 hours he didn’t return. He apparently had to get permission before he could do that and left to go to another hotel to work. At 11pm I went to the office to find out what the hell was going on and they said they were still waiting permission. The next morning went down stairs and the still had heard nothing from the manager! Just a completely useless stay and didn’t seem to at all about helping their customers!

Property itself was nice and convienent for access to the Waterpark. Our tv didn’t work, but I’m sure staff would have been accommodating had we brought it up as an issue. Staff was friendly and always accessible. Utensils are in kitchen area for use, but my first experience ever having sharp kitchen utensils stored at toddler level. May be a suggestion to keep in the top drawer or even cabinet.

Loved the upgrade we received. Staff was great. Was convenient to everything. However, a couple of things on the downside. Orange slime in the corners in the shower, and under the wire shelves in the shower. Also, the hand towels/ washcloths hung in the front of the bathroom sink, kept falling on the floor each time i washed my hands. Cobwebs in the corners. All in all good stay, but all needs updating. Thank you

There is no pool at this hotel, only a expensive water park next door. That is deceptive advertising. I know management does not act on these reviews, because the breakfast was lacking in choices and quantity. No pastry, apple's only for fruit, two juices with no waffle or pancake offerings. If you search the reviews you will see the same breakfast complaints from two years ago. Room was comfortable, bed was good.

Positives: Arrived late night ( 10 pm) a very nice young man at front desk greeted us and was fantastic. He was able to accommodate a last minute request for another room quite quickly with a pretty booked hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Great value. The reason for less stars…. And this will be the first “negative “ review I’ve ever posted but I think this can be a learning lesson hopefully. -breakfast only served until 9:30, and they PROMPTLY LOCK DOORS to all food (our bad we overslept and arrived at 9:36 due to long travel and time zone differences). I fully accept that I was 6 minutes late, however still a bit shocked that we were not allowed to grab ANYTHING not a bagel, muffin, piece of fruit, anything. Please keep in mind they had just started clearing the hot foods on the other side of kitchen so I would not have been in their way or disrupting a schedule. When I asked the staff if I could at least get a coffee, I was rudely pointed to the direction of the last pots out. Told if there is any left and that if there wasn’t cream there then they do not have any. There wasn’t, but they did have milk on the counter locked up. I knocked on the door and asked the gal if I could please have a little of that for my coffee if it wasn’t too much trouble- evidently it was. She reluctantly gave me some in a cup. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but it’s something to work on. The first time I have ever experienced anything like this at an hotel brea and I travel enough.
