Nice place to use as a base for exploring. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, towels soft.

Cute hotel, near restaurants. On busy street, but that was fine.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet. The price was reasonable.

Kim welcomed me and we fell into an easy conversation. The place is CHARMING! Everything was clean and even being next to the street, it wasn’t too noisy. I will definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed and made to feel our stay was important. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and efficient, as was check-out. We were close to shopping and eating establishments. We would stay again next time in Heber City.

I love that it was a smaller motel with personal service. You could drive right up to your door. At my age of 76 that is a plus. I had left my sunglasses in the office when checking in and sometime later the manager knocked on our door asking if they were mine. She totally didnt have to do that but I was grateful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything in working order. I am not a coffee drinker and it was nice to see some packets of hot chocolate along with the coffee packets. They were very accommodating.

I liked that there was a pool and hot tub, plus food places within walking distance.

Our room was 2nd from the pool and it was so quaint and safe feeling. We played basketball, slid down the park slides and swam in the pool just feet from our door. The room door didn't feel secure but the area was great and the riom was so clean. It was a great stay!

Quaint and kitschy hotel in great location on main drag of Heber City. Many dining options nearby, Dairy Keen right next door is pretty awesome. Will definitely be back.

I like the hotel and the location. I have stayed here several times. My only complaint is when staying in the room closest to Main Street, the traffic noise is horrible. Perhaps if the front window was upgraded to double pane it .ight help with that? Other than that, Heber City??? A bypass is desperately needed to cut down on the trucking traffic thru town. Please!!

Very short stay for surgical procedure. Perfect for our needs. Pool and hot tub looked inviting tho we didn’t have time to enjoy them.

Had a great time. Quaint little place and dairy keen is the best right next door!

This appears to be a family run business, and it appears they are trying their best

We like to stay here as an overnight getaway destination away from Salt Lake City. Great motel, wonderful pool. The owners also operate the iconic Dairy Keen next door. Heber valley has lots to do and is a burgeoning "scene" with great restaurants and fun things to do (Heber Valley Railroad, great thrift stores, thriving art scene, outdoor fun--fishing, hiking, etc.)

i liked getting tio park right in front of my room and the convenience of pulling my luggage into the room in a short distance.

Fantastic people, great service and people skills. Clean sheets, new towels, comfy beds - we liked the throwback feel. Would stay again, easy....
Older facility, quaint and attractive but room #31 is in need of some upgrades. A) a/c unit is from the 1970s, vents aim at the ceiling in the bathroom and very little gets out into the bedroom area. A new wall unit would be much more energy efficient and better for cooling the room; B) shower curtain was holey, worn and tattered; C) the shower head and faucet spout are both detached from the wall, which will lead to rot and mold as water gets into the walls.
For what we paid, this room should be in better shape. Easy fixes.

"Swiss Alps" conjures up a nice mountain location, but that's not what this is. This is an in-town or in-city motel that was inexpensively built decades ago. Our main window (to the parking lot between this motel and the next building) faced west, with a minimal overhang to protect us from the sun and heat. The adapted window air conditioner struggled to keep the room comfortable, and was located in a recessed space at the back so room cooling was more difficult; it dripped water onto the vanity counter. As a place to stay for a night, it was OK, but there are a number of other choices in this city.

No air conditioning super old school everything! Would not stay again

The first room that they gave us smelt so bad we couldn't even stay in it. They gave us a new room and it had an air freshener so it smelled okay. But sometimes you could still smell that horrible smell over the Air freshener. They told us that all of their rooms were accessible because they were on the ground floor. When we got there there was a step up to the room and we were unable to get my son's Power wheelchair into the room. We had to carry him in and leave the chair in the car.

Very Pleasant stay. It is in Main Street so you hear all the traffic. Cute rooms.

A very, quaint mom and pop type motel. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and charming. We enjoyed the pool, too. I loved how they had a small play set, swings and a b-ball hoop and ball. Right next door to the Dairy Keen and across from the city park.

The air conditioner worked very poorly and was so loud sleep was not possible.

Quick spot to stop on the way home. Friendly and helpful staff. It is an older motel so that’s the feel. It was clean and comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It had everything we expected. Room was clean. Free microwave popcorn and hot chocolate. The front desk clerk was really nice. Dog friendly. Near restaurants and a bar on main street.

This place is a nostalgic place and that's about the best i can say about it. The rooms for the expence is over prices and it about the same value as a motel 6. The walls are papaer thin. The toad nosie was so intence that even ear plugs didnt help. The beds have an ok feel if your a back sleeper but could use some updating. The rooms also could use some renovations. Certainly the worse nights sleep i have ever had i any motel.

The Swiss Alps Inn is fabulous. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, I slept perfectly each night. The staff are wonderful. I would stay here again.

My stay here was an amazing surprise. We booked online the day of our arrival. Feared being so close to Main Street would be a problem, it wasn’t. We were put in a huge king room that also had a queen in the room. Clean fresh room. The place is lovely and well appointed. There was a large enough table to seat 4. They even provided a pkg of microwave popcorn. Small children’s play area wasn’t being used but is available. Season was not good for using the hot tub. Heber is small so there aren’t a lot of available dining choices. There is one top rated place The Back 40 Road House for sit down dining There is the beautiful City Park very close by. Coffee, hot chocolate, microwave and refrigerator in room. I would stay here again. Bed is pillow top but firm, lots of pillows to choose from. TV is rather small but Direct TV signal is good.

The manager was great and let us check in early. Great experience!

A great stay in a quaint, older motel with a Swiss theme that has been well maintained. Good bed, quiet. With your stay you get a 10% off coupon for food next door at the Dairy Keen restaurant!

Super friendly and professional staff, fast check in, very helpful. Large room, the bathroom and the sleeping area are very clean and quite large.
Downsides - while the sheets and towels were clean, there were some stains that i didn't care for. Bed was sagging a bit; I can handle that for one night but my back would be complaining if it were a longer stay. Still, I would stay there again for a one-nighter.

Easy place to find. A touch dated but clean room and very friendly staff. Grab a bit to eat next door too.

My stay was perfect. The facilities were clean, and the team was friendly. I hope I get to stay with you all again. My only issue was that I didn’t find candy in the “Candy & Ice room.” But, it really wasn't an issue because the milkshakes at Dairy Keens (try anything lemon, so good) were amazing, so I was good. The area is super safe, and I was able to explore many areas from here.

3rd time staying here. Not really up to date, but is clean and the little extras like popcorn and hot cocoa is lovely!
