This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely restaurant and bar with another delicious menu. There is a very nice spa but we did not have time to use it.

Overall was good. Comfy bed and comfy pillow. A/C works great, Shower works great and it was clean. We had breakfast included on our stay but we wanted to get pomegranate FRESH. When I asked for our bill for the 2 pomegranate FRESH (200 ML. each glass) The bill came at $36.50 for 2 glasses of fresh pomegranate. I have been in many places, but i have never paid $36.50 for 2 pomegranate fresh at breakfast. Honestly, I don't believe that's the HOTEL PRICE for a glass of pomegranate fresh. I think we were extra charge by the servers.

A wonderful boutique hotel within easy walking distance of the railway station and a large supermarket. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. The only downside is that the hotel is about 2 km from the city centre (30 minute) walk and although the hotel has a very nice Italian restaurant there are not many restaurants nearby.

The Mezzo restaurant is absolutely excellent, and the staff practices the perfect level of attentiveness - not in your face constantly but observant, respectful and helpful. in general, the staff of the hotel - reception, housekeeping, etc. - is capable and caring. The rooms were fine, great pillows, bed linen, towels, and the bathroom itself is well-designed (e.g. walk-in shower). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it without reservation to anyone.

Wonderful hotel in walking distance to the center of Chisinau. Berd's Design Hotel is amazing hotel with a really friendly and nice staff. One evening when I stayed there I needed a clean bedsheets because of accident with one glass of cola over my bed. I went down to reception and 3 minutes later I had everything I needed to change. Good service and without any troubles. The room was really beautiful, and above all my expectations. Art on walls, really nice bed and wonderful and soft bedsheets. The room and the bathroom was clean and not missing anything on the toilet, towels, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioners etc. even the slippers was waiting you ;-) Everything on the minibar, even more than You need ;-) The breakfast was really good and the staff on the resturant was there to serve you. Good menu and wonderful and calm atmosphere. Big livingroom on the first floor was really nice and good atmosphere there as well. I will be there again one day. Thanks for a lot of good memories from Chisinau and Berd's hotel. With a best regards from Iceland.

Great hotel in Chisinau. The rooms are large and very well equipped and designed. The staff is helpful and kind. The spa is not very big but with many different options in a fantastic atmosphere. Some restaurants and a shopping mall are nearby and compensate the fact that you are not located in the middle of the city. If you get a good deal (as I had), it is recommended to stay there. On the negative side, I would say that breakfast is a bit simple for this category of hotel but they have some good options a la carte and they serve quick.

Amazing hotel, with amazing service. Stayed there for over a week, and when I wanted to extend my stay I was given their most expensive room for a lower rate then what I paid for my suite. That was really awesome of them to do. I had just gotten married, and the staff knew that, I was surprised with complimentary champagne and various desserts when I walked in. Truly an amazing experience, and will definitely be back when I visit Moldova again.

A very nice hotel in spite of its odd exterior architecture. Staff attentive and efficient. Rooms nicely kitted out. Wonderful breakfast with fresh everything and creative juices. The only negative was that the TV kept cutting out after 5 minutes of play.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful modern interior! The room is perfectly clean with a comfortable bed and three types of pillows to choose from. Pleasantly surprised compliments from the hotel manager, expensive cosmetics and bathroom accessories in the bathroom. So, as my girlfriend and I did not have time for breakfast, we were offered brunch in the restaurant instead of breakfast. The kitchen is very tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and diplomatic. The restaurant really meets five stars and is worthy of all praise. There is a spa on site. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is perfectly clean! In the lobby of the hotel you can see the works of art of local masters. Impressions were unforgettable and I want to return there again.

Good points - friendly and efficient staff who organised early check-in and late check-out, nice room and great bathroom design, nice restaurant. Negatives - location a little out of the centre although walkable, expensive restaurant, expensive hotel cost compared to competitors.

Very moden boutique hotel with interior design. Very clean. Service isnot quick and professional but friendly. For occasions all restaurant area can be reserved so check whether u need to go out to find a place to eat. Room was super clean and tidy but complementary coffee and tea bags were not refilled by mistake and previously torn tea bag pack was staying there (it was not an early check in!).

I completely fell in love with this hotel and everything about it! So many beautiful little details, such elegant design, such an AMAZING spa, such incredible breakfast, such helpful service . . . it's a little bit away from the center, but stay here. It's worth it.
