Beautiful view! Would definitely return for this reason alone. Great staff. Room was clean but needed some updating. Double bed could have been more comfortable.

The ocean front location was great - the ocean is the only thing you can see from your room window. The hotel needs a serious makeover. Everything needs to be updated. The bathroom did not have a single surface to put toiletries.

Loved the proximity to the ocean and the grounds. I wish they offered decaf coffee, and something other than frozen muffins/breads. Staff was kind & helpful!

Awesome view! Best location on the beach! The room was a little rough and had a faint musty odor. Beds were quite comfortable and nice little chairs and table by the windows. A microwave might have been a nice touch but no biggie. Oh and wash the windows! I mean it's really all about the view, right?

We have been coming to York Beach for years and have stayed at many places From now on it will always be the Cutty Sark for us. What a great hotel. It was clean and inviting, the owners were fabulous, the ocean views were spectacular from the room and yard. Even the morning coffee and treats were delicious!!

Access to beach was only 50 yards away, view of ocean from room, quiet environment except for sound of waves breaking on beach.

The room was clean, but after paying $300 per night there was not any maid service. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. I probably will not use the Cutty Sark again unless there is better service. I have stayed there many times.
