Check in was very good, great staff, the room was clean and tidy, facilities were just what we wanted and a comfortable bed, so good to relax after a long journey.

Very nice modern hotel. Staff was very helpful. No amenities such as a bar or restaurant but there are some good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is fairly industrial. Not right next to the airport but very convenient. We stayed there before a flight out the next morning and I will use this hotel for the same purpose again.

Usual stopping off point for me on long drive. Goods value accommodation. Room C!!!, the aircon was not working and I found the mattress a little frim , but will return.

Perfect stay for one night stop over on way to Portugal. Rooms were nice, bed comfy.One thing to recommend is to put pillow protectors on the pillow as pillows had hair inside and you could see them through the pillow case (which made me look) wasn’t very nice to see. Clean a little more.

Excellent location for touring Bordeaux. The place is clean and modern. Breakfast is very good value for money and of high quality. Julie at reception is very helpful and professional. We have recommended this to others and will stay here again.

This hotel is a great bargain for suburban Bordeaux.Room was clean and large with a kitchenette if you are thus inclined. There is a large supermarket easily walkable and a reasonable number of places to eat nearby, not fancy but acceptable.Room is a bit spartan just a bed and desk but that is all that you need.Has an exercise room although universal gym was broken.Breakfast excellent and open quite late in the AM. For about 60 euros a night truly a great bargain.

A really good, and very clean apartment. We will certainly stay here again. Has a brasserie attached, a Chinese buffet opposite, and several other eating places within a very short walk.

I recommend this hotel if you need to be in the Pessac area of Bordeaux. The staff are v.helpful and our room was spacious and clean. We stayed in this area because we needed to be near the Pessac hospital. If you have a car this spot could also work for trips into Bordeaux which is roughly 10k away. Good value if you can book in advance.

Great location between the airport and downtown Bordeaux. Modern hotel with good amenities (exercise/spa, ample parking, WiFi, etc.). Continental breakfast was an additional charge, but had good variety and quality. Room was clean and well maintained each day. The only “issue” I had was that I pre-paid for the room online and the city tax and breakfast were not billed automatically to the credit card I provided at check in. The day of checkout I departed the hotel at 4am for an early flight, and with no one in the lobby I could not confirm the final bill was paid. The credit card information was not kept (good for security), but now I had to pay the bill remotely: with credit card via email (I would not for security reasons), or via bank transfer. Since my checkout and payment situation are unique, I give the overall stay an excellent rating.
