This place is cheap & cheerful. It is not a 5 star hotel, so don't expect it to be! Yes the property needs upgrading, but the rooms are big, clean & comfortable.

The room was a wreck!
It had really torn/shredded drapes, missing light bulb, broken light switch on bedside lamp which is dangerous, all furniture was beat/scratched/marred, floors were a mess, light switch didn't work,

This place was very friendly, very clean, and most of all very quite. I really enjoyed staying there.

The nice thing was that we didnt have any bed bugs, but i think the only reason was because the roaches ate them. Another couple that was staying at the hotel checked out after one night and we should have done the same. Very dated and in disrepair. The pool needed attention as the bottom was all chipped away. Wasnt able to load pictures through Hotel.com app.?? Poctures speak a thousand words.

To say this property was awful would be an understatement. Roaches in our room and also in friends room which was a few rooms away. It's like my grandma used to say, "You get what you pay for.", so don't let the low price persuade you. The draps had holes in them, the pool wasn't fit to swim in, the furniture was chipped and very dated. No place to place your shamppo, conditioner and soap on in the shower other than the floor of the shower. Our friends in the other room checked out after one night due to conditions, however, we braved it through another night.

Stayed for four days in a mountain view king room. The good - comfortable bed (foam mattress), clean inside and out, friendly staff, everything in the room worked, updated finishes, nice towels, sheets and pillows, no bugs, located in a seemingly safe area and near downtown shopping and dining. The not so good - no dresser or place to put anything away except two nightstands, wifi signal varied almost constantly, tiny shower with no soap holder, outdoor "spa" was not heated, photos look better than actual condition of property. So overall it was moderately comfortable and a fair value for the rate paid. Just know that unless you book a suite, it's probably going to be a basic room with bare bones accessories.

Great stay. All the employees are very friendly and obliging. Met other travelers there who were super nice. Great price and clean.

Sliding door out to the pool didn’t lock. Hotel looks better in pictures.

remodeled room was comfortable and centrally located with parking

This place looked great in the photos but in reality it’s tired and dirty. You have to close the curtains as everyone on the ground floor can see in your room. We had a foam mattress which was warm and uncomfortable, and they wouldn’t move us for the next night as it was too difficult for them! The courtyard was a dustbowl and not the nicest place to sit out.
I would have left when we booked in but my husband said we’d already paid!

This place is barely a hotel and pretty ghetto. Room was fine and clean, but definitely not a destination. The price reflects the quality; we definitely got what we paid for, but next time we’ll spend a few extra dollars and get a nicer place. If I was traveling with my spouse we’d probably take one look at the place and go elsewhere. Pretty sketchy overall, and apart from the pool area, which was nice, everything else was pretty slapped together to just barely make a motel. Our full length mirror in the room was 1/2 of a sliding glass mirror door, screwed to the wall. Internet WiFi, and TV streaming was pretty much non-existent. Spend a bit more elsewhere. Yikes.

This is a comfortable hotel close to town that is great for the price paid . Great bed and shower, coffee maker , microwave, and daily servicing. Old , but in good repair and maintenance is good. Always my choice in PS, I’ve stayed three times
The only downside this trip was the spa pool was not heated

An older property but our room was newly renovated. Great price and no road noise.

Manager Steve was cool. My toilet had plumbing issues. The lighting was super dim and hard to see in my room. I couldn't find a way to control the light about the desk.

The jacuzzi didn’t heat up the beds were uncomfortable and it was ghetto

I wasn't sure what to expect with the great price and mostly good reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quaint, quiet overnight stay. The pool was in excellent condition. The room was clean. I used to stay in Fontana between AZ/CA trips, but this economical place in Palm Springs will be my new stopover!

The room was okay, it definitely needed some updating. The pool is peeling and things are growing in the water, the carpet In the hallways has come up to the point where it is now a hazard, reception is a bit of a mess, and there were a number of characters out late

room was nice but the hot tub is why we pucked was broke

The staff is always very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice now. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. It is an old hotel. We love hanging out at the pool. Plenty of chairs and loungers. The pool needs to be resurfaced, but that is a minor issue.

Room was kinda dirty and there were cockroaches, I had to kill a big one and left shortly after. Uncomfortable bed. Paper thin walls, you can hear every sound of the people next door and the room above me they were stomping around all night. The people working was nice but definitely will not stay again.

It's a good place for what I was using it for. Clean and comfortable, albeit a bit 'dated.' The price was excellent...if I'm in Palm Springs I'll stay there again.

I love this hotel, I’ll continue booking with Delos Reyes. All the staff are welcoming, very helpful, and it’s all around laid back. Steve is super rad and accommodating of my late arrival time, thank you!
Also, there’s a cute furry meatball that will surely make your day.

Everything was cool except the floor in my room hadn’t been swept good. I stepped on a piece of glass and had to leave early to get it pulled out.

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and Olivia the greeter is SO CUTE! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner needs to put some love into it and refresh fixtures and the property. The bedspread looked like it had seen some things. The refrigerator lacked shelves and the freezer part. The water pressure in the shower was really good!
The pool was clean and in good condition, but only one gate is unlocked so I thought it was closed in the evening.

Affordable. Location is perfect, close to family. I was worried with the ceiling above the shower head. I showered quickly because the ceiling looked as if it was going to collapse.

This is actually my second time staying at this place, but this time the bed was very uncomfortable and my back is very sore. Other than that I really did have a very nice experience and I would stay again, but I would ask to make sure that I’m on a decent mattress. I absolutely love how Olivia greeted me as I checked in.

Cold “hot tub” never got to “hot tub” status. Shower ceiling is collapsing and caving in. Old shower head. Shower tub would fill with water even when showering due to not closing right from water spout. Pool has cracked flooring

The check in was great. The front desk was super nice and friendly.
The first room was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. Except for the bugs (Looked like a Roach) i found 2 of them in the room
The second room was nice too BUT the beds weren't so comfortable. They were older and hard and were able to feel the springs. The AC worked but not so great as the room wouldn't get cold even with it at the lowest temperature.
The bathroom was a little warm also but they were nice and up to date.
The pool area was awesome. Loved our little patio attached to the pool area. We met some great neighbors and had a fun time all weekend in the pool.
