Cheap, clean with personal room. The only problem was that you can hear the whole floor in your room.

Basically this is a higher standard version of a hostel. You get a bedroom instead of a capsule. I stay in a room where I make my own bed from the Japanese style mattress. After the bed is out, there is limited space which is only suitable for a carry-on suitcase.
The hotel is clean, the bathroom is quite clean, beyond my expectations, but the hot bath is actually not hot, and maybe because many people use it, so compare to the bathroom, I would say it is not dirty but a bit dark.
It is good that it has cooking facilities, and it is clean as well. A simple coffee and tea machine in the common area for quick meal. Some people seem ‘living here’. So I guess it is good for backpacking or looking for a short stay and mostly out in town.
Last thing is the noise, the wall is so thin. Not many people will be loud, but occasionally there will be like that for a min. I can still get some sleep. For it’s price and location and convenience, I would say worth the money a short alone trip.

Nice lobby with free drinks.

Tiny room, no bathroom. A/C stopped working at night, smelled like smoke, nowhere near worth the price. Unfortunate that I had to spend any time here at all. I am sorry to the employees and people who take care of this place but to be honest the stay was abysmal. If it wasn’t literally my last option I would not stay here.

Very close to common transportation making it easy to access activities. The personnel was very helpful and nice as well.

A nice place for rhe most part. Bring tour own towel or theyll sell you one. The towel thong was my main gripe.

It was a comfortable stay except for the noise of passing trains early in the morning until late at night. However, I was able to sleep well and used the sound of trains as an alarm clock. No batteries required.

It is fairly new and very clean. Very small room as we expected but comfortable enough to sleep. The door is metal so it can be noisy and not well sound-proof. We were too tired to be bothered and slept like a baby. This place is good for those who are on a budget and plan to look around Osaka all day and come to the hotel to sleep.

Everything about the hotelnis a lie. The indoor spa is ONLY for men, not women. I was charged $51 to book and when I asked for my money back I only got $46. The front desk staff does not speak English and are not willing to help.

Situated near a JR station (Shin-Imamiya) and subway (Midosuji line doubutsuen-mae). This hotel is pleasant and comfortable although rooms could be cleaner and the pillows provided may not be comfortable for people used to western style ones as it is literally a bean bag

I arrived at hotel before check-in time but staff had prepare my room already. The bathroom and toilet 're clean although they're shared bathroom. The hotel is near from shinimamiya Stn. for use Osaka Loop line and near Dobutsuen-Mae Stn. foe use midosuji line. I love this place ^_^

Newer hotel, so it's pretty clean, WiFi was decent on the floor I stayed in and in the lobby. Use of laundry machines was nice, but the hotel could use a few more shower rooms for the guests. Would stay again, very similarly priced to other hotels in the area, but it's newer than most.

Great Hotel and good price for accomodation.
The whole place is nice clean, neat and close to the train loop so you can move anywhere in Osaka easily. The rooms are small but just enough. They have free coffee and tea and a soft drinks and beer machine. The staff is very nice and helpful, specially Pepper the robot.

Limited bathroom available. As it use share bathroom, after 10pm, only 1 bathroom for male and 2 for female. Have to q more than 30 mins to use. Check in and out counter close early and open late. Seeing people having difficulty to check in and out.

At first, I want to say most of the comments are not true, they have renewed the hotel. The Hotel is quite near to the JR and Subway, convenience from airport to the Hotel. Because of that it's quite noisy at night, and I'm Ok with that. There are not many bathrooms, 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor for female; 2 bathrooms on 8th floor and 2 bathrooms on 1st floor for both male and female. I didn't need to wait for longtime to take shower. All the bathrooms are clean, and they do supply shampoos and body wash. They supply only 1 piece of towel per person.

To begin, I must say that this hotel was very clean and that the lobby and restrooms were modern. But this room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, or even seen. The room had a small fridge, small tv and air conditioning and that is all. Only one single electric outlet in which the tv and the fridge are plugged in, so I recommend you bring an extension if you have multiple devices to charge, which was the case for us during our trip. The room and entire 5th floor smelled like food during our whole stay. The restrooms are shared and they are found on each floor, but they lack of soap and any sort of dryer/towel. Also, there isnt showers on each floor. In fact, there is basically only one shower on the 1st and the 8th floor as well as one women only shower on the 2nd floor and a public shower room for men only on the 1st floor. Also, from 9am-10:30pm, it is required that you request the shower key at the reception. This is very unpractical and unpleasant, having to go down to the reception to retrieve the shower key while guests are checking-in. Also, there is not enough showers for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Other than that, free tea and coffee was nice. Location is near train stations. And reception employees were very nice.

The door to the room was a metal door and it felt like you were opening a shed and the pillow felt like there was no pillow. Also, they didn't have soap in the bathroom to wash your hands and no towels for the shower.

Good value for a private room. Basic (and tiny), but newer facilities so quite clean. I was there on a chilly night, no heater but the futon kept me surprisingly warm. I did a traditional Japanese room, which meant traditional Japanese pillow, which was quite firm and unpleasant. I'm sure I could have requested a regular pillow at the desk, but meh, you live you learn. My room was in the corner of the building so the outside noise came in pretty loud. Died down about when the trains stopped running, but if you're an early sleeper maybe steer clean. Wifi was terrible in my room for the same reason. Bathroom facilities were clean, my only complaint is the lighting for the mirrors were terrible. Mood lighting should be for after I put on makeup, thank you. Free coffee in the lobby was nice, came from a machine so I don't know what it was, but less terrible than the "free coffee" powder you get at other hostels. Locations is convenient, right next to train station. decent overall.
