The check in process took way too long and I don’t know what the problem was. And the TV in our room didn’t work - all it said was network not available (!!!)

Super friendly staff. The beds were so comfy and the room was well maintained and clean. This will be a regular stop on our multi state visit to family from now on.

The stay was good. Needed a room with three beds. The two beds were fine but the pull out sofa was not. It was an old coil spring pull out bed and the coils were sticking out. The bathroom and shower were good. The room did not have USB port options for phone charging. This location offers an excellent breakfast in the morning. There were many options and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable, the refrigerator was noisy and the bathroom cabinet was broken. The breakfast was cold also. The eggs, and bury were cold and I s Alden my hand on a pot of pump coffe that was left empty and it spit hot coffee all over my hand.

Wonderful stay!!! Loved the king suite that also had a queen size bed!!! Lots of room to spread our!!! Granddaughter loved having her own big bed!!! Both grandkids loved the pool!!! Breakfast was incredible!!! Lots of choices and plenty of attendants cleaning the tables and keeping the food items well stocked!!! The yogurt machine was a first for us!!! Several waffle makers kept things moving along!!! Definitely will stay here again!!!

For context, we were traveling with three kids and a dog. Most hotels we stay at seem severely understaffed, but this one ensured that they had enough staff to meet the needs of the hotel. From the three girls at the front desk when we checked in, to the multiple staff overseeing the breakfast buffet, everyone was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the pool and fitness center looked very nice although we didn’t get a chance to use them. The wonderful experience we had in the single night we stayed made us want to extend our stay just to enjoy this hotel longer. Would definitely recommend!
