We had a wonderful stay. We were in town for the Lincoln City Invitational for 9 ball. Any thing we asked about was taken cared of right away. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Very nice owners and a great value. Will definitely stay there again

We got to motel early and Jamal sped us right through before 3PM check-in. My sister and I had a very nice stay at the motel. Thank you and we will be back.

Everything was fine except for the bed! The bed in #2 was horrible! The mattress kept me awake all night. It just seems that room could use a new mattress! Other than the mattress our stay was fine! You could also use a chair!
Thank you!

Only downside was that most Oregon hotels don't have ac. When is abnormally warn, it's a little tough.

Clean.
Not friendly, there was no one in the office at 6pm which I think of as prime check in time. After 15 min of ringing buzzer for help, I finally found the email for room code. I would have liked an alert as to the process, but not a same day email as I don't look at email very often. I did not encounter staff or owner the entire time I was there.
Very bare bones furnishings. not even a good reading light. bed was very comfortable.
really! take out my own garbage????
And this was not the cheapest motel in Lincoln City.

Really great staff. The furnishings were brand new with new finishes and newly painted. The only complaint I would have was the furniture was so cheaply made we were scared to sit on it due to we would more than likely brake it. Very cheap, but new. Great staff. Really good people.

We recently stayed at the Sea Eco Motel in Lincoln City, Oregon, and had an excellent experience. The motel has been renovated, and everything is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I highly recommend staying at the Sea Eco Motel in Lincoln City. It's a great place with a welcoming atmosphere!

The room was simple and spotless. It’s newly renovated so everything is in great shape. It has everything you might want for an overnight stay without extras- hot shower, TV, mini-fridge, easy door access (code). We were in and our without any waiting or hassles.

We didn't comment on service, because we received a door code for our room with instructions on how to work it. No human contact. The room was immaculate though spartan. It could use towel bars or hooks and perhaps nightstands that were a bit taller on both sides of the bed. But the place had been well maintained and was worth the price.

Everthing was great, older motel thats been fully renovated. There is no air conditioning in the room, but expected for an older building.

We had a few ants in the bathroom. It said it could sleep 3. Not really.

The beds were excellent. The water was hot and always available. Took some getting used to the highway noise. The floor was laminate that looked like wood - a bit uncomfortable for doing exercises. All in all good value.

The driveway was very steep to the parking spaces. It's not overlooking the beach - so be prepare for that, if that is what you are looking for.

It was a clean space to sleep. I did not stay in the room during the day.

Was nice and clean upon arrival, a bit disconcerning that the room instructions clearly state that no animals are allowed in the room and upon arrival there was a black and white cat perched in the window of the room next door. As someone who is extremely allergic to cats I hope that the rooms are deep cleaned thoroughally to remove any trace of dander or hair from animals who are "not allowed" in the rooms. Do not know if we will stay again specifically due to knowing animals are not allowed but were there anyways.

The stay was good. The room was clean and had exactly what we needed. The bed was on the firm side, but not bad. The noise from the road was a bit loud.

When I arrived the map program took me to a hippie store, so I wasn’t to sure about the situation so I called the hotels and there was a HUMAN at the end of the phone who was so helpful! The place was CLEAN comfortable, and in a great LOCATION!. The hotel address is in the location via map program and this is a great place to stay for a solo traveler. Felt very SAFE, affordable, and WELCOMING.

I think for the price it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms, while on the small size, were perfect for what we needed. They were clean, well lit (with light options). It was a little to 'matchy matchy' as in decor/flooring, but it looked nice enough. I sent a text and they responded quickly with wifi information (free wifi is nice and it was pretty quick speed). Located close to the Casino (we were there for a pool tournament) and nice that there was a Human Bean Coffee shop with a walk up window across the street, because there was no coffee maker in the room- I would advise at least this along with the at least coffee filters and maybe a beginning pack of ground coffee. Office was not open early enough/consistent enough to get coffee from. Owner/Manager was friendly and helpful after I informed him of a problem with the vending machine the night before. I would say maybe not have Trailers with flat tires setting up permanent 'residence' in the parking lot, and I would think it would be good if parking sports were assigned to the rooms (we did not have any problem getting a spot, but it would be better that way I believe). Overall it was a good experience and we will be back.

The room we had was smaller than expected. It smelled amazing when we walked in and was very clean. The room consisted of a very small table/2 chairs, one night stand, queen bed, mini fridge with microwave on top next to the other side of the bed, full sink and vanity with towels, 2 soaps and shampoo/conditioner and makeup remover (which I loved). The bathroom had the only other piece of furniture which appeared to be an entryway shoe/jacket rack, which also had the only hooks to hang anything off of, a small shower and toilet. The rules on the wall said not to rearrange the furniture, which I assume someone took that rack out of the bathroom to put clothes on, instead of having clothes steamed every time someone was in the shower. It was very quiet, the bed is on a basic metal frame, with no carpet in the small room, the whole bed shifted when we made movement on it and the mattress shifted on the frame when we moved as well, so there was constant fixing the bed, and the bed moving on the wood floor made more noise than we would care for. We could also hear the neighbors pretty clearly as well. Overall it was not a bad place to stay, the area was quiet and pleasant, walkable to many places and the few interactions with staff were wonderful. I very much appreciate the woman who helped us when we arrived and when we checked out, if anything I would just recommend either putting an area rug under the bed or mounting it to the floor or wall, and putting up hooks on the vanity.
