Filthy room, mopped the floor so my wife could walk to the bathroom, caulking mess and tools left on bathroom counter, barking dog in next room, no staff at front desk to address the problems. Staff in AM apologized and blamed a computer glitch, but didn’t do anything else to win my business again. Not serious about keeping customers. Overpriced for what it is. First and last stay. Moved to another hotel.

Mouse turd on sheet, floors not swept or mopped ,bathroom door and frame needs replaced, water in toilet runs constantly. Need I say more about my experience?

The reason I stay here is because of the options for parking a trailer. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I didn't book in advance and it was what was available. They don't provide breakfast which is unfortunate but I guess that is better than providing a disappointing breakfast. They do at least provide coffee in the morning. They could use a little remodel on some of the rooms. Ours was a bit rough in the bathroom.

Quiet lodging at end of town. It was cute and comfortable for my son I. The room and bathroom were spacious so we did not feel crowded which is nice after having been driving all day.

Location was good. Room had bad smell from the a/c unit. We had to by lysol. No ice machines in main motel. Bed were comfortable and the shower was hot.

Good price for it being a holiday weekend and a motorcycle rally. Only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable

If you’re a light sleeper this hotel and hostel isn’t for you! The walls are so thin you can hear conversation in the rooms above and next to you. “Quite hours” are from 10:30pm to 7am but I didn’t experience a single quite hour. Cigarette burns all over the room. Overall do not recommend.

Good for what we needed. Check in time was delayed an hour for us and over two hours for others. One building lost power during the night. We also paid for a king and only got a queen. The walk to a store for coffee was only 5 minutes. Overall i would stay here again. And we had lots of bikes to look at as we were here for the rally

This was a nice travelers stop! It was perfect for a quick one night stay and may be fine for others who wish to stay longer. It is very close to a park and walking path if you have dogs.

My biggest complaint was the springy beds and too small/large pillows - maybe try foam toppers or upgrade. Clean room though with the basics; no frills - couldn't even find the coffee, but I planned for breakfast downtown and the staff was friendly.

Terrible customer service. We had an appt, had driven hundreds of miles and just wanted our room. Desk person was on a personal call- when he finally spoke to me he informed me I couldn’t check in until 3 pm ( it was 2:40 pm)!! I explained our appt his response was it wasn’t his problem. By 3:15 he still wouldn’t give us our room, it was actually 3:30 before he allowed us to have a key!! Our appt was 4, barely time to put luggage down and make the appt! Breakfast left something to be desired as well- one man came in and left saying “NO Thank You”! I won’t be back!! Old building needs repairs!!!

My husband and I were just stopping through on our way from Utah to Houston. We got in late and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were on the hotel side of the place. I didn’t see the hostel side. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I chose this place because it was close to downtown without paying the downtown prices. I also really enjoyed the little creek that ran behind the hotel. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn’t the place for you. If you just want a place to lay your head down for the night, I have no complaints and would stay here again.

The walls and ceiling are paper thin. We could hear everything all the time. It sounded like the people upstairs were running with high heels on. Outside we could hear everyone talking when they would get there. We could hear other people’s alarms going off at all hours. Not relaxing at all, it was however clean. The maids were excellent. The check in process was easy and the lady up front was really polite and friendly. This is really just a problem of poorly built rooms.

Went I checked online at there web site were I booked the room the price was changed when I got to the motel this is not a hotel by any means it’s a hotel the photos were not the same.We were put on the second floor right across from house keeping who ran their carts into my room door setting off my dogs There were other dogs on my floor that barked there's kids running by screaming looking for your pool that was also misrepresented. My room door was kept locked because twice my door handle was shook setting off my dogs.Best part my husband and I went to get food to bring back cuz you can’t leave your dog in the room alone my son was there he stepped out to smoke a to smoke a cigarette only for me to get a call from a very nasty front desk worker who informed me my dogs were barking and people were complaining my son was there he had to walk three flights of stairs to go downstairs to smoke a cigarette Cuz we had no balcony to step outside to smoke they claim to be pet friendly laughable mind you my dogs are very small about 1 pound how much noise can they make the card I had on file she took my 150 dollar deposit with asking me then when I got to the office she said sign this but she already to my 150 and wouldn’t we were stuck there for one more day cuz she wouldn’t refund our deposit I ended up paying 500 dollars for a crap room and never got clean sheets or towels this Correction the motel did refund my 150 dollar deposit I believe the manager had everything to do with it
