No frills llacecto stay, location is excellent though . Good deal and would stay again.

Had a delightful stay here. Frank was very friendly and helpful; room was clean and comfortable; Manchester is an adorable little town.

Great place if you know what to expect. Sutton's Place is a classic New England bed and breakfast, only without the breakfast. You are renting a room in a historic house, not a hotel. The owners are very friendly, accommodating and gave great recommendations. They live in the house as well so they are easy to find if you need anything. Our room was clean and comfortable with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was shared with our adjacent room, and had a door into each room which could be locked for privacy. There is also a separate unattached bathroom down the hall, so we never had an issue of waiting for a bathroom. The location is great, within walking distance for the little downtown where there are some great restaurants and bars. We stayed here for a Stratton ski trip. The mountain is an easy 20 min drive (or 35 min in a blizzard) away. It is nice to stay in a real town instead of the very small villages closer to Stratton. You should expect an experience similar to a bed and breakfast or an Airbnb room in a private home. If you are expecting homey comforts and not a chain hotel, you will have a great time! Would definitely stay again.

Sutton’s Place was great. If you are just looking for a cozy place to stay and sleep then this is the place. Granted its no Upscale hotel or bed and breakfast. My girlfriend and I just wanted a place to sleep and shower, and this was the best place. It is walking distance to everything in Manchester. We had 24 hour access to the place. Our room was cozy and warm. Bathroom was clean and good hot water. You can brew coffee in the morning in the family room, where there are couches, books, and more. If you do not like coffee then you can get tea. For breakfast in the morning you can walk into town and get breakfast at Up For Breakfast which Mr. Sutton recommended to us and it was great. We would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The house he lives in is beautifully kept and welcoming. You are within walking distance from the center of town where there are lots of things to see and do. I cant say enough lovely things about Suttons place and Manchester. We had a lovely weekend!

Starting with the positive It was in a good location and the host was pleasant. The accommodation however; wallpaper peeling off the wall, it said it had air conditioning in the summer, it was 86 degrees the day we went and no air conditioning just a fan. No coffee available, or even water, the soap had been used by previous guests not a new individual bar and the towels were way beyond their best.

Athe place is old, run down, ratty. Room was dismal. Beds were covered with fraying bedspread....my wife did not even stop to unpack. We ran!!!!

Nice private guesthouse with very friendly owner. Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. At my stay AC wasn't set up, i.e. it was pretty hot in the room. The room door could not be locked and house was open without owner being around, but everything went OK.

The room was clean and well kept. The only issue I had was it was a little difficult to lock the room door and the bathroom door wouldn't shut completely.
