The food in the testurant and smack bar is not the best

Not bad feel like that hotel has so much potential

Really great weather, hotel facilities were good especially the pool bar, the pool is quite big and plenty of sun loungers. Only issue there was the fact that people put towels out at night so all the best ones were impossible to get in the morning. Evenings in the sports bar were fun with karaoke, bingo and a different act each night.
The biggest letdown was the food, I only had breakfast twice, no afternoon meal and one evening meal, the food was the same everyday and really wasn’t very good at all.

Food not really edible, we should have had 21 meals there but had 4, so spent a fortune on eating out. Wine machine in dining room never worked, staff were mainly rude.
Not enough sunbeds, towels left at stupid hours even though not used all day. Snacks exactly the same every single day. Twin rooms are absolutely tiny, cannot get passed each other. The all inclusive lager louts were like Brits abroad and so embarrassing, drunk at midday, male and female with young kids, absolutely disgusting behaviour. Never again to Bulgaria!!! Rude people

Everything about this was poor, all inclusive wasn’t worth it, we ate out every night. Rooms not serviced.

Got here last night booked for a week spent one night. Rooms had dirty sanitary towels in. No air con, food well dont know what it was, dirty all around and very rude people. I have never complained about a hotel but this was bad.

The hotel is a stones throw away from the beach, shops, salons, supermarkets etc.. youre on the main strip so you will find everything youll need. If youre facing the beach, you will get great views of the water. The food wasnt great as there wasnt a good variety (there are some continental foods and come Bulgarian delicacies which is ok), so I wouldnt recommend going all inclusive at all. The food on the street is far better and also cheap. I would rate cleanliness a 4, our room was cleaned every day and the common areas were very clean. There is NO air conditioning in the room so be sure to expect sweaty nights. unless you rent a fan out at reception. There is also a club right outside the hotel and a bungee jumping activity which play loud music up until 3 or 4 in the morning during peak times, so anyone with babies and light sleepers, probably not a good idea. The staff at check in was not really welcoming and took ages to get us checked in. All in all, if you want somewhere to just sleep, this is a great place. Decor needs updating but it doesnt bother me as we just used it as a space to sleep and shower.

Problems were the All Inclusive bar was badly stocked, the tasteless main meals, however the soups and sweets were good. The biggest problem was no Air Conditioning available anywhere in the hotel.

Wherry nice location , rooms are ok , cleaning every day , food not great but eatable , wherry good value for the amount we payed. Parking needs to be payed around 20 Eur for 7 days , at the beach umbrellas and lounge chair need to be payed extra around 10 eur / day , but there are areas where you can put towels if you want .Beach great , sand is wherry nice and also the sea is shallow and you can walk great distances till it gets deep , and it was not crawdad.

Friendlt staff, lovely pool area, and decent stay. The food is nuce but not much variety and would say great for couples and small/large groups however food variety is probably the only let down for families with young children.

Upon arrival, I was told that Expedia had not paid for accommodation, so I would have to pay again! Not a good start. Receptionist was unfriendly and dismissive. I was able to produce all paperwork confirming payment. After a wait of a couple of hours, it was confirmed that there was no problem with the payment, however, I received no apology. The hotel was big, the lobby/reception area was roomy but dark.Hotel users were allowed to walk in and out in beach wear, wet and without shoes. There was a lot of information for those who had travelled with holiday companies, but nothing for independent travellers like myself.Food was limited and repetitive. Something called Mish mash was provided one evening! There was a limited selection of alcohol provided, it appeared very weak and was provided in extremely small measures. As a wine drinker, I was unable to get a plastic cup of wine until the third day, in the lobby/main bar area. No gas, the given reason. The pool bar was not part of the all inclusive package, which surprised most. Obviously in the small print somewhere! The pool itself was very good and clean. In general no issue with getting beds, however you did need to get there early and had the inevitable persons who bagged beds but did not turn up until half way through/late in the day!The perimeter of the pool had a very low, broken fence, which meant that persons not of the hotel could gain access and use the facilities. No-one regularly checked who had bands on.

Good location near to beach. Room very clean but small. Went all inclusive which was only available in the main hotel, when in the pool bar and sports bar you had to pay for everything. Nice pools plenty of sun beds available. These are free to use on all inc.
