Room smelled musty and when I got up in the middle of the night I found a cockroach running around the bathroom sink. I did let the lady at the front desk know but I don’t believe she knew what I was talking about because she asked if she needed to send housekeeping to our room a few times. But I have to say they were the friendliest people! Very polite and accommodating. I would stay again they just need to exterminate the rooms.

When we opened the door, we thought the room hadn’t been cleaned yet or the sheets changed. We battled flies. Carpet needed to be vacuumed and shampooed. Dusty. We’d asked for a non-smoking room. Upon opening the door we smelled weed. The desk clerk’s explanation was that people smoke outside by the air conditioner and it comes on the vents … as it did that night when they smoked outside of our room. The breakfast was lacking. The coffee was weak. We had to ask for washcloths. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. There were a couple of restaurants close by.

I was so disappointed in our stay, my daughter & her Fiancé stayed there a year or 2 ago and it was wonderful. Nice clean big rooms really nice so I chose that Motel for that reason, but when we arrived at the motel, we came into a room that smelt moldy. It was not clean the bottom on bathtub was dirty. The coffee pot had a used coffee filter in it. So it had never been cleaned, the airconditioner/heater make a horrible squealing noise so loud you couldnt hear the tv then it just quit working all togather, there was no microwave in the room when we asked about it we was told to use the microwave in the lobby which closed at midnight & didnt reopen till 7am, so couldnt warm up any food we had between these hours. The website said a free continental breakfast. It had yogurt a pancake maker, some fruit, bagels, bread for toast, a container of cream cheese for anyone & everyone to share so who knows if people used a spoon that had already been placed it thier mouth to dip out some cream cheese. The man (owner i guess) at the counter was not friendly the websight is almost 100% bulls**t as to what it actually is & what they actually off!! What a disappointment wouldn't recommend to NOONE...will NEVER be a guest there again!!

Had reserved a smoking room, but when we got there we were informed that they're we're no smoking rooms. We did get upgraded to a Jacuzzi room. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very hit and miss which made watching TV a challenge.

At first i couldnt get into the room, because the jey didnt open it. He came n helped 3xs, so the key and lock needed changed out. Into the room finally and th eodor coming from the AC unit was a strong mold or musky smell. Normally i would have asked for another room, but i wanted the one with the jaccuzzi for sore muscles. Other than those teo things, it was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The little pool was nice and the staff was friendly. However, there was a domestic dispute in the room next to us in the middle of the night and we didn't get much sleep. We called the manager twice about it and then asked for a refund for that night's stay. The manager was supposed to call me later on about my request but never did. When I tried calling them a day later, twice they hung up on me.

Worst hotel ever since new management, our sheets and blankets were dirty requested new ones and they never brought them to us. There pool had nasty stuff in it. Our rooms shower was broke and our plug for our jacuzzi wasn’t working. Asked for a new room and they told us we had to pay for a whole new room no refunds…. So my birthday weekend stay was not what I expected. The room was filled with condensation and wet. There was mold on the celling. Called to speak to a manager and the employee said I am complaining for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend staying here it’s horrible.

The front desk staff was helpful due to our room being dirty, like actually dirty we had blood stained sheets and live bugs flying around the room, as well as the window pane filled with dead bugs, hair on the bed under the comforter. Even though the staff helped switch our room to a cleaner one but there was still cobwebs in the corners of the room and hair on the bed and old used soap left in the bathroom. Money wise it’s great for pricing. But cleanliness it’s not.

This was the absolute WORST hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. We drove 2 hours to stay, and after arriving 40 minutes AFTER check in, our room still was not ready. The front desk employee asked if we could come back after 4pm (check in is at 3). We agreed to come back. 4:15 now, our room is still NOT READY. Front desk employee says it will be another 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing was done about this, no compensation, no apology, absolutely nothing. The employee said you can cancel and go somewhere else. Completely unprofessional service and will absolutely not be back. Ended up going to the hotel next door and it was 10 times better.

BEDBUGS!!!! I was bit all over my body!!! Our TV didn’t work, the bedding was dirty and stained, there were toenail clippings all over the ground, our room didn’t have a garbage can, the coffee pot was not cleaned out, the whole hotel smelled like horrible food, and when we asked for more towels (after only getting two for a family suite) they asked for us to bring back the towels when we were done.

The room waa nice but i was there 5 nights only got towels once and didn't get bed changed 1x the pool was so cold couldn't get in. No coffee available in lobby the coffee pot in our room didn't work

The room was clean and quiet, but not updated. It seems the owners are trying to run it on a low budget. The room only had 2 towels and what i would call a sliver of soap for a room of 4 people. I had to ask for 2 extra towels, but they wanted me to give them the other 2 towels.

The original room was not clean at all! There was hair on the bedsheets tables and countertops had sticky stuff all over them. The bathroom had trash on the floor. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The sink was not cleaned. We called the management and they brought up a bottle of Windex and three paper towels to address this issue, the room they moved us to was a little better but the toilet seat was so disgusting. There was still like one blanket on the bed to cover with it just did not smell clean or look clean. I give this one rating.

The people running the place are very nice and hospitable and jump to help when there was an issue. This being said a few things. There was pretty much no WiFi in the rooms which was a big deal for us. They are working to get it fixed, but this is usually a dealbreaker for me. There were a few other small issues, but all in all, for the price it was a decent stay.

Our room did not look like the room I booked. I also did not get the room I booked. Our bathroom was dirty and our room had a very moldy smell. The Lobby was beautiful. Our friends room had a jacuzzi but the mirrors looked like someone had been standing and left handprints on it. I loved the place and where it was located. I would love to go back but would hope they would put effort to the rooms as they did the lobby

This was my first time staying at this property and I absolutely loved it! The room was very nice, comfortable bed, and the jetted tub was fantastic. The woman who checked me in was also great!! I want to make sure she gets the recognition she very much deserves. Thank you, Osage Village Inn!

The room was very basic. Clean, but no bedspreads or comforters, just sheet & scratchy blanket on bed and one had a big rip on the edge. Coffee pot, but no cups of any sort. No ice bucket. Refrigerator, but no microwave. Bathroom desperately needs updated.

The air conditioner failed the first night we were there, they worked until midnight to get us a working a/c unit again. I appreciate that they worked so hard to resolve the issue, as they had no additional room available to put us in, however it did put a damper on our ability to enjoy our time together.
