The location is good. It's not very new / clean hotel, though.

I had problems to check in and had to complain at Tourist office in Hamamatstu due to employees attitude and treat me as a criminal because i wanted to stay only two nights. Of course they doble the price of first nights and Made me pay!! I Will never use that hotel and complain about it

Staff at front desk is unprofessional and smile does not know her face , Room is very small and smells smoking even it’s not; Toilet is very small and not suitable for foreigners body size ; Rool is very old l; room window opens to another closed space with windows ( no meaning to open it; It’s like Jale !!!!

The room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke, the walls smelled. So the room itself was clean, since there is a smoking room located in a well traveled hallway, there is always a smell of smoke. Otherwise, the service was very good, everyone was very friendly and the location is very convenient.

The location is great. It's right next to the Shinkansen train station, many stores, restaurants, hotels, and walking distance from Hamamatsu castle. The rooms are a good size for a single guest. My room had a garden view. The breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from. I also used the coin laundry while I stayed there.

It was excellent! The hotel is close to the train station. It's casual but clean and comfortable, the price is reasonable.
