I attempted to walk to an adjacent property along the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The sprinkler system had wet an area that was visible and I attempted to step over that and the area surrounding it was covered in slime. I fell and had my daughter not been there to help break the fall I could have been seriously injured. I did fall and scrape my leg and arm, but luckily no bones were broken. I attempted to bring this to the attention of the front desk and I got no more than a shrug. That's the reason I am even responding to the questionnaire.

It was beautiful and extremely clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was smaller than we expected bill and plain but as shown in the pictures. The bistro menu was small and a tad over priced but the bistro burger and fries were very flavorful and tasted better than a restaurant. The shampoo conditioner and body wash was eucalyptus scented and made you very clean and females will love the conditioner. Definitely recommend staying here. It was 15 minutes away from omaha and traffic was at the minimum at all times! Perfect stay and place! Thank you!

Spacious rooms. In fact, there was some underutilized space in the room. There is enough room against the wall for another table/surface of some kind, because with two people, it could have used another small table. The microwave and fridge setup is unique. But, the tv is pretty small by today's standards. I would've appreciated a few sizes up. But, they did have lots of channels. The A/C was effective and did what we asked. The shower is a traditional tub/shower. I'm waiting for hotels to switch to a purely shower sutup and ditch the tub with an annoying shower curtain. The beds were good and the pillows were sufficient. The hotel is in a quiet part of the Omaha metro area. I liked it. Plenty of stores and dining options. There was a bit of a swampy smell in the vicinity of the hotel. But, not bad at the hotel itself. There are walking/biking paths directly behind the hotel. I was traveling with my dog, and there are plenty of areas to walk the dog.

Pleasantly surprised such a nice hotel!!

The Starbucks in the hotel was not really a full Starbucks coffee shop - the bar was part of the Star bucks ??? And the outside seating area did not have enough places to sit. The pool was super small for such a big hotel - I was not impressed and especially for the price I paid.

Love being downtown Omaha. The city is beautiful. The Hilton was a great choice for our Family and small child. Liz went above and beyond accommodating us and with our last minute needs.

The lobby was very loud. Kids were playing a soccer game right in front of the counter- made it hard to check in! Any time we came down to enjoy the Bistro or have a drink in the lobby, the lobby was full of kids yelling and running around playing football or soccer in the sitting area and area in front of counter.

They should offer continental breakfast for that price

Pool was down for maintenance one day. Overall very nice. Food available on site was a bit overpriced.

It was the end of our 3 week travels and was a nice place to stay before reaching home.

I reported that the coffee machine and microwave did not work. Two days later they stilled did not work and the same desk clerk acted like 'so what'. The price that Courtyard Marriot charges, you would think they would take complaints/repair requests more seriously. I am extremely disaapointed and will not book there agajn.

Stayed here more than once and loved it every time.

Our stay overall was great. Except Sunday morning my husband stood for 20 min at the Bistro to get breakfast repeatedly checking with the people in the kitchen for service and finally left, never being served or even given the chance to order.

Several guests had to wait in line at the front desk for 15 minutes or longer before someone showed up to check us in. Very strange that no one would be there at 4:00.

Restaurant and bar closed. No breakfast bar or even coffee. Spa broke. I paid extra to get these type of perks. No attempt to rectify or re-imburse. Attitude “oh well”!

Pool cold Hot tub empty Fire Pit broken

Booked a hotel to take our kids swimming and hot tubbing. We even said that during check in and the front seat attendant said the hot tub was under construction. No apologies or anything. Pool was freezing.

Perfect in all areas. Beautiful walk in glass shower. Beautiful room and comfortable bed
