We rented the Honeymoon Villa for our 43rd anniversary splurge. Right on the beach. Sand at my fingertips. I loved it. It was a dream come true. The villa itself tho, is dated and dark. It is a beautiful wooden interior, and that needs to be saved, but a few bright lamps would help. There is a loud, nighttime, beach side, bar in the evening. It's really fun!! 😀 The staff there are awesome. And always acknowledged us, thank you! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Nice buffet of Eastern and Western food. Good fresh veg and fruit.

Stayed at beach front bungalow No towels available for pool for first 3 days Kept getting told they were getting cleaned But none any mornings people kept taking a lot back to there rooms Was told to use room towel if needed Room needs to be refurbished Mouldy white plastic shower curtain

The hotel is well located in need of a deep clean and a bit of modernization.There are other hotels within Walking radius that offer better quality at more affordable rates.The shower didnt work properly.Restaurant didnt have Buffet Breakfast the one Morning.The reception staff are amazing thanks Wood, but the restaurant staff needs more training.The food is reasonably priced compared to the restaurants next door and a few meters away.

The staff were very friendly and made us really welcome, the occupancy was low due to the current situation but they still made our stay great.The rooms are a bit dated but had everything we needed, the hotel facilities are good and the location couldn't be better.

Location very good. On the beach Staff very friendly and very helpfull. Room nice and clean, housekeeping daily. Quiet surroundings and beautiful garden and swimming pool. Breakfast is good and have enough verity. Overal very nice hotel. Would highly recommend

This was a return visit to this hotel and the owners have decided to let standards slip so much that we shall not be returning to this hotel again. We complained on arrival and asked to see the manager only to be told he had left for the day. It transpired that the manager was the owner who lived in India and was actually living there at the time! Explains the current dip in standards.

We pay for 3 but get no extra bed.On the pictures there are bathtubs but there is nothing.Obviously not affordable hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Koh Change Resort. Pros: Check in was fast and efficient. The room said no window, but actually had a nice view. There was no hair dryer in the room but one was provided as soon as I requested it. Location was in the middle of the strip, so everything from spas to 7-elevens were within walking distance. Cons: The bed was rather firm. The shower was perfect for me, someone who is not very tall. All in all, it may not be a five star resort, but it fit the bill nicely as seaside accommodation.

The hotel was very easy to find. The AC ran cold like I like and the pool was very nice & clean. The bed was firmer than I'm used to in the USA.
