The house keeping workers can put a little bit more of an effort the floors and toilets can use a lift also mopping was a big issue but all around was very pleasant

The best of this hotel is that they treat you very nice, but I think this hotel is overpriced, it is more expensive than most, or all of the other hotels in its category. If they would change similar prices than the rest, I would stay here a lot more often.

Fui de negocios a Aguascalientes y me quede en este hotel. Esta bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento, el desayuno bastante bueno. La habitación estaba limpia y todo en general muy bien. Mi única queja seria que no salía mucha agua caliente de la regadera. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahi. De hecho tengo otra vuelta en septiembre y me volveré a queda ahi.

This is a hotel chain that's designed very specifically to do a good job of offering the bare minimum to travelers, to keep the price down. I think they did a great job of calculating what to include and what to leave out. The bed is firm and I thought it was comfortable. Staff are very polite. The floor of the rooms is ceramic tile (which is very easy to clean, and was very clean). There's no carpet, no closet (just a rod to hang your clothes and some nice modern looking shelves), no dresser drawers, no conditioner or lotion in the bathroom (bring your own). But you have your own air conditioner and a remote control to control it. There's TV but it only gets maybe 6 local channels. Breakfast 7-11 AM daily is pretty good and has probably been described by another reviewer. I chose the location because it's a short walk from my partner's mother's house, and I was visiting Aguascalientes to visit her, so your mileage will vary. It's very convenient - 10 minute walk to the city center (approx), Oxxo across the street (be careful! nobody in mexico pays attention to traffic lights! look both ways and look again!), and the rooms in front have a good view of the Benito Juarez sculpture and the mountains beyond the city. The area is a bit noisy but the room was pretty quiet. I'd stay here again and I'd choose this hotel chain again elsewhere in Mexico because I like a low price but clean, modern, simple, and well presented. That's what you get with City Express Junior.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Walking distance to almost everywhere and close to some good restaurants. Also within walking distance to bus station. Wifi was good. Free breakfast wasnt bad either.

The hotel is ten minutes away from the feria ground. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, all of them make us feel we were at home. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

First let me say that I stay in this area often for business. Due to the Feria it was difficult to use one of my usual hotels so I decided to try this place. When i arrived no one spoke English. We had to use Google translate to communicate. Then they wanted me to pay in cash because their credit card machine was not working. Due to the Feria all the hotels were charging anywhere from double to triple or even more for rooms. Absolute Robbery. Sorry, I do not carry 9,000 pesos in cash. So there i was stuck in the lobby, not sure what to do knowing there would not be another hotel room anywhere to be found. Very uncomfortable feeling at that point especially when they did seem concerned what so ever. It was a miracle they decided to try another card reader and it worked. I will never stay there again. I think I will pay the higher prices of the other hotels in order to avoid this place. Very suspicious circumstances if you ask me.

From the time we arrived to the hotel, people were very understanding and helpful. The room looked always very clean and anything we asked for, they didn't hesitate to fulfil our requests. In conclusion, we had a wonderful experience.
