Location is very good,a minute to the beach.The staff is not polite. Room service every 3 days. Hidden charges for parking and resort fees. Old building. Breakfast not worth it.

The room is clean , close to the beach, hidden fees for parking and motel fees.you need to read all the details and click on all links in the listing so you know what to pay for when you get there. The breakfast is a joke quality and quantity. Coffee machine in the room but you have to get your own coffee and cups. Kitchen with zero cookware. This company ownes about 2 dozen properties in this area with one management office for all and one outdoor breakfast for all. The 2 ladies in the evening were both not polite. Room service every 3 days.They give you the impression that you are not welcome, never again!

Check in : a literal Junkie with open sores was requesting a key card to her room they gave her one without asking for ID. The Room: recurring black outs, wifi signal too weak to work. Furniture out dated sticky and dirty stained i refused to sit the entire time. Hidden fees for parking and stay. Room description read King size bed but were given a queen. I would not recommend this hotel. It is clear why they have a NO REFUND POLICY. I wanted to leave as soon as I walked in.

The biggest issue for us was the AC. It works really noisy. At the first night we had our earplugs, next night we were out of the earplugs and we couldn’t fall asleep till 4am, trying to cover the ears with the pillows. Turn off the AC wasn’t the option because of the climate in FL Also The floor had the sand so it wasn’t that clean. Though, the rate isn’t that high considering the fact that you have less than a minute to the ocean.

When I checked in, the sheets were dirty, I had to ask several times for them to be changed, it was impossible to get through to them, I had to go to the reception desk, and this is another building, which is a 5-minute walk in one direction. The room is dirty, a terrible door that did not close normally, I lived for three nights, my room was never cleaned. The refrigerator was broken, on the second night I woke up and the whole floor was in water, no one came to my request to wipe the floor. The staff is not interested in guests. I constantly had to ask for everything several times. No one cares at all. Anyone could enter the hotel, the door was constantly open, and was not guarded in any way.Breakfast was included in the price, but, the breakfast time they only made an hour during this time, all the people who live in all their apartments should eat. You can't call it breakfast either, there was just bread, and they just opened cream cheese in a jar, as it is sold, and all people took spoons from there. I was also not warned about the additional payment of $ 59. It was terrible. I'm sure homeless people live better

It’s literally walking distance to the beach so pretty . I would advise to only park in the spots that say HBO I believe it is because I got I parked on the public parking on the sidewalk outside not knowing and I got a $65 ticket so just be careful with that. You cannot park in the public parking you have to park in the spots that are for the hotel.

Close to the beach ⛱️ Broadwalk, the pavilions outside sit and relax the grill to barbecue, the pool, the rooms were so clean and spacious, the staff caring and friendly,the price was fantastic, and yes we will definitely be going back for years to come. I will recommend to family and friends 💕

The room price that Expedia shows is far from the real price. The parking is not free, they charge you additionally for services. If you book for more than a day and you change idea to check out. You'll lost your all refund. Bad experience.

Check in is an hour so if you have kids be ready to wait outside- no lobby space, shower knobs are broken - caution very hot showers- bad electric problems- parking is 40 a night (2blocks away) and by the way the internet pics are totally outdated - all kitchen supplies have to be requested as well- crack motel central

The check in took over an hour and a half. There was no direction on which building to check in. If you are not familiar with the streets and area, it can be quite challenging. Only a few workers spoke English. Rooms average. Widow shakers for AC. Not being picky, but not a cheap rental either.

The front desk guy was extremely rude upon check in charged us extra fees there is a parking fee as well there are no cups or anything more than towels in the room there is a big sign in the lobby that said 5 star reviews get a free gift which is the only way anyone would rate this place 5 stars beware bought reviews

There is only one word to explain this hotel facility. TERRIBLE!!!!! From top to bottom with respect to the hotel as a whole, they offer NOTHING and when you book, they DO NOT honor the free parking. What they mean by free parking is, you can park for free on the street if you can find a spot. Otherwise they charge $39 for parki g and accomadation. Its an all around one time stay to never return. But they dont care bc the next vacationer who doesnt know the fees thst come with it will I be. Stay away!!

Property's super busy and staff don’t have time to communicate. All they do is check you in. The floor is dirty make sure to bring sandals. Don’t park in the street but parking is super tight. Surrounding is very nice closed to beach and boardwalk shopping and restaurants
