Stayed two nights. Parking lot was shared with an events center, so parking was a challenge. Location too close to highway traffic noise.

AC didn’t work properly. Toilet wouldn’t flush normally. Broken baseboards in bathroom. Broken tile ar shower. Couch in lobby had stuffing coming out.
Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was good no problems at all

The AC unit buzzed and wined which made it difficult to sleep. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and lifted when you stepped on them. I went to the front desk and all she said was "sorry." The bed was comfortable and the cleaning ladies were friendly. So was the breakfast lady.

The beds were clean and comfortable enough but the room air conditioner made a sound like a rocket was getting ready for takeoff. Had to shut the air conditioner off and the room was humid and stuffy thereafter. The hall on the third floor where we stayed had a weird odor. The shower was not clean and there was what appeared to be water damage on the bathroom walls. The breakfast area was clean and the attendant was very nice. Altogether would sleep there in a pinch but otherwise I will look elsewhere when returning to college station.

Our stay was pretty good overall. Beds were a little firm for my liking. Enjoyed breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. I would stay again, but would maybe get a mattress topper.

Nice room, clean (toilet had a bit of a ring but probably stained- not a big deal), comfortable bed, pretty good breakfast, staff very friendly.

There was hair in the shower. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t do anything about it and housekeeping was gone for the day. I told her that wasn’t going to work and I wanted it clean. She said she would clean it after 8 pm because she was checking in people. I checked in a 3:00. She came up at 8 after I came to get her. She removed the hair only. I told her I wanted it cleaned with cleaner. She finally did after she was asked to. I won’t be staying here again. The room was dirty as well. There were stains on the curtains and furniture. The wooden furniture had pieces missing.

One of the worst hotels that I've ever encountered. Couldn't stay here for longer than 30 minutes. The A/C unit in my room was extremely loud which is the least of the concern. Immediately upon walking in, the room was infested with bugs!! Bed bugs, bugs within the fixtures, a dead cockroach on the side of the bed... topping it off with mold all over the bathroom. DISGUSTING. When bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they told me there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked. They did not care about the infestation and just kept asking if I would check out. There was no apology nor did they try to do anything to resolve the issue. I highly do not recommend anyone stay here. Including photos

Got there 1:30pm and asked if the room was ready. They said it was. It if I wanted to check a hour and a half early there would be a $30 extra charge. Never had that happen before. I questioned it and nobody seemed to care. So left for an hour and a half had drinks at a local bar and came back. Had to hurry because we needed to leave by 4pm for thing we had planned. We know that 3pm is normal check in but never had a problem anywhere els if the room was ready and just sitting there like they said it was. I call this bad service with no remorse.

Clean & quiet facility; however the floor of the shower was cracked and slippery; it did not have anti slip floor. The door latch to the room was broken but still felt safe. Kind staff.

The room smelled like smoke and an area of carpet was wet.
Bathroom needed attention with maintenance.

Room I was assigned to was damp upon walking in. You FELT that it was off. Had a strong smell which was mixed with the air freshener (Glade plug-in) to hide the true cause of scent. Mildew/mold. I had a late check-in around 11pm due to flying all day and was really tired and wanted to sleep. In the morning, I discovered there was mold everywhere. On the desk chair that I sat in, not knowing cause the room was dark and not well lit. And around the headboards. Requested another room and was assigned the room next door. It didn't have the same smell or dampness but the chair still had a bit of mold on it as well, which I had the housekeeper clean. The headboards didn't have mold as well so I thought everything was okay. Until I went to bed late that night after being out all day. There was huge mold spots on the ceiling above the bed. The stone ledge at the window was not attached and nearly fell on my foot when I sat on the bed and put my foot on it to apply lotion to my legs and feet. This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and repaired. Stayed for two nights and totally wasn't worth the price even though it was about $140. Guess it's that whole saying, you get what you pay for. Never will try to budget again when it comes to a room.

The staff were very nice. The hotel building exterior is in need of repair. The facade is starting to fall off. Maintenance seems to be behind on taking care of basic wear and tear on the interior.
The cleanliness was not up to par (all minor) of previous visits to this hotel.

The staff is excellent. Our room was clean and appealing. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the shower did not get hot. Also, the air conditioner squeaked even though it cooled nicely. I think room 209 needs maintenance then it would be perfectly fine.

Nice spacious room. Bathroom could use some work but we liked the way the king room was setup.

Not bad at all

We left a day early because of the conditions had to stay two days due to no other hotels available and they wouldn’t give us our money back. Dirty towels, toilet leaked the whole time and made loud noises, dirty sheets and smelt like weed and body odor every where.

Shower door had mold on it and there was hair in it possibly pubic hair and long black strings. Other than that breakfast was good and service was good

It was definitely quiet which is always a plus. The air conditioner wasnt working properly & was very loud like it was broken.

The bathroom toilet was not operable so we had to use the bathroom offsite of the hotel which was very inconvenient. Other than that it is a nice hotel for what price.

We had a problem with the air conditioning it was hot in our room and we complained about it and the second night we sweated so bad we checked out day early

Super nice and helpful front desk staff. Hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained (e.g., trash bins overflowing in and outside, carpets not sweep, mold on shower door, coffee machine at "free breakfast" was out of order). This place needs a complete redo, but I guess that's why the rate was good at $72/nt). Live and learn.

AC was loud, they didn’t clean rooms between nights, there was leftover food in fridge, bathroom was dripping water and making noise.

A/C did not work properly. Woke up at 2am sweating. Shower was awful. Will never stay again

Very nice except my shower door would not close at all so I had no choice but to get the floor wet.
There was also no soap-Only shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

We were staying for 3 nights.
It's pretty clean property in fairly good new condition.
What was wrong: we could not sleep first noise due the noise from our neighbors. The walls are very thin.
Our room was not cleaned for our entire stay.
And breakfast was very limited, breakfast hours were only until 9am (we were late)

Friendly service and great breakfast. I will be staying at thus hotel again.

This was an expensive stay given the room and amenities, but that was probably because it was graduation weekend at A&M. Otherwise the stay was pleasant, beds comfortable, towels generous and staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, but they cleaned before I had a chance to check out. Also, I had two meals in the fridge I wascgoing to take with me to eat after I checked out, and the housekeeper took them. This was after I told the front desk, I had a doctor's appointment and would be back to check out. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location! Poor maintenance of property! Sinks in two rooms were stopped up and when we told staff about it, I’ll see if I have some Drano. If not, I’ll just have to move you after we’ve already unpacked. Spent two nights here for a graduation and sink still stopped up when we checked out coffee pot was broken in the toilet paper fixture fell off the wall.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door doesn’t locks, stains on carpet, there's no place on the shower to put shampoo/conditioner bottles, found a dead bug in bathroom.
2.0 / 5.0
Totally too expensive, serious case of price gauging due to graduation.

Found bed bugs underneath the mattress pad of the bed. Some were crawling on me as well. Such a public health hazard.
