Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money.

AVOID!!!!! The actual rental is fine, however they only offer street parking. What they don’t tell you is the area is known for break ins!! My car was broken into and my things were stolen. I notified the police and he asked where I was staying, I showed him the walk up. His first question was why didn’t the owner just give you access to the gated parking in the back, especially with this area having so many break ins? SMH if you know the area isn’t safe why wouldn’t you allow renters to park in the parking structure for your building?!? And when I notified them about the car their response was “ I really hope the police will be able to help you out with that”, empathy training must be next week! Like I said AVOID!!!

Once we arrived to the property the instructions we were given did not work. We called the host twice and was told to go into the apartment complex which we were given a key fob for the parking gate. When asking The apartment complex security about how to get in, she said I have no idea. She said I hope y’all didn’t get scammed that happens a lot around here. Once in the property after many attempts. We realize the pictures didn’t match the actual place. We took the trip to be together as a family and it was two separate living rooms and areas. Many of the outlets did not work so could either charge you phone or have a lamp on you must pick one. The dryer did not work and of course no warning of that we washed clothes and then figured out real quick when we went home with wet clothes. AND all this is not the worst part!! The worse part is although you are even a key fob to the gate parking where you might actually feel some wheat safe parking in, YOU CAN NOT PARK THERE! Our cars were towed!!! To some VERY dangerous location in New Orleans. We of course had no car we were forced to Uber there where we are dropped of in the middle of no where it’s raining and cold and very dangerous area. The clerk of Green arced towing made us stand outside in those conditions and purposely made the process as lengthy as possible. Where we were charged $287 per car ( we had 2) and the cars where no even in the tow yard for 2 hrs before we noticed and immediately went to get them. We call host

When you first walk into the property it seems like a very nice place. Once you start to try the lights the lights were not working, the stove is not working, Among another amount of amenities.The heating does not work and half of the stay and was not fixed during our whole entire trip after notifying the company. The maintenance came to fix the amenities while guests were not present. after requesting to come while guests were present. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty. They consisted of foot prints, black stains, brown stains, and yellow stains. I was extremely disappointed that this was the condition it was left and knowing that they had a group staying here. Not all pull out couches had beds in them and the mattresses that were in the pull out couches were disgusting. Guest had to sleep on top of couch padding in order to utilize the pull out bed. Me and all of my guests became sick after the trip due to lack of heating system working. After alerting this location of all the issues faced we were given a slap in the face refund that barely covered the extra money that came out of our pocket to replace things that were not clean or given to us by the stay. Their communication was poor but then they sent the young women to clean two hours early before I check out time. I am a palled that the woman that came to clean was on time for her duties but the other things that need to be taken care of during our stay we’re not timely & more things. Never again.

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced anywhere. Do NOT stay at this property!. First off it looks nothing like the pictures. When We got to the property the first thing we noticed was in the bedrooms the TVs were on the floor. The air did not work it was burning up hot!. We figured out that the AC unit was frozen & it was left to UNTHAW OVER THE STAIR IN THE HOUSE!. The owner was made aware of these issues and he kept saying maintenance would be out to fix the problems & that never happened. There was supposed to be parking decals left in the house for our cars & there wasn't, which led to our cars being towed! We had to pay almost $300 apiece to get them back. The owner was supposed to reimburse us for the cars and he never did. He eventually stopped answering our calls and texts. Overall the stay here was terrible and I advise everybody to find another property to stay at. I would hate for others to go through what we had to go through.

We showed up 15 min early could not get in. Code didnt work we where another 30 min calling for a new code. They said couldnr check in early because housekeeping. The floors were still dirty. We found a couple of coxk roaches. It looked nice in photos but not a luxury place. To many little things that should be done. Black mold on the ceiling and in one of the bathrooms. Call it in to Hosteeva they asked i dont review if i am not giving a 5 star. How do they correct the issues if they dont know. I even sent them puctures.

This house was practical perfect for the amount of people I had and the things we wanted to do. Here are some pros and cons:Pros:BIGEnough towels for everyoneFits 16 comfortably Easy to check-inLike that there’s codes vs. keysWas able to check-in early and check out late (VERY NICE)InexpensiveDeckIpod Speakers that play throughout the houseOne street over from St Charles street which has some amazing restaurantsOnly 20 mins from the airport and 10 mins from Bourbon (Ubers were only about $8 to downtown)Way better than getting several hotel rooms for the amount of people I hadCons:Lots of little improvements could make this place a 10/10Wouldn’t have more than 16 people (not 19)Couple more blanketsNo vents in the bathroomsFireplace leaked when it rainedTiles on kitchen floor were looseKnob in the upstairs bathroom kept falling off in showerCold in the front of the house but hot at the end of the houseOverall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room and space was great. However, you must read the fine print before purchasing. I can’t emphasize enough READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I was here for business and I needed to stay for an additional night and I was looking for a nice inexpensive room. This was advertised as 87 dollars a night. However what the fine print didn’t say is that there is a $125 dollar a night CLEANING FEE!!!! Outrageous!!!! So therefore, read the fine print before purchasing. It is a great space especially if your going to be in New Orleans for a while and you need people to have separate spaces but don’t be deceived by the costs like I was

Perfect location, the rooms where awesome. The one thing that I didnt like was the loud people upstairs. everything is 10/15 minutes away, on the Main Street theres a bunch of places to eat, from fast food to actual restaurants. It was an awesome experience, I cant wait to plan my next trip.

Not a hotel as listed its a condominium the beds were extremely hard the cleaning fee waa more than the one night stay which isnt disclosed. Too many rules take out trash leave all areas as when you arrived big hassle trying to retrieve key from lock box. Horribnle horrible neighbors in other condos extremely loud.

Great location just a block off st. Charles street car line to downtown. Not a shady feeling area but hotel offered a gated parking option which allowed that extra layer of comfort. Incredibly nice quarters with a full kitchen minus oven. Very modern and clean. Family enjoyed the room and the holiday overall. Easy check in with very clear email instructions. This is a condo with no lobby so communication was done via email and my wife was also texting briefly too

Only one window which was in the hallway. Lighting was poor. Floors were dirty and needed to be moped. We could hear everything from the condo upstairs, EVERYTHING. Two front entries to condo and no other way out in emergency. Good contact with owner on first day, no response back when asked about additional parking pass. Both nights risked having second car towed.

Although the condo was very clean and comfortable, I did not get the deal that they had listed on Expedia. Instead I paid the listed price + an $85 cleaning fee that was not in the price disclosure at all, and when I wanted my refund so I could book another hotel the hotel staff refused and when my girlfriend started getting verbally aggresive toward them because the staff could barely understand english I told her to hang up the phone and that well just stay at the hotel for the price as charged

The pictures advertised are not of the condo we stayed in.. Check in was the hardest part. The property manager texted me in the afternoon asking what time we would get it. After that he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. After we arrived we sat around in our car for about 45mins before someone finally showed up to let us in.

There wasnt anywhere to park. You have park on the street, which is littered with trash. I dont knowhow this condo wound up on Expedias s sight. I will be more thorough in my screening for hotel reservationsfrom now on. I guess its time to visit the other websites. Disappointed!
