Extremely roomy and well-appointed, very comfortable stay in a great location, just a few minutes from the ferry so great for walkers. Bus stop on the block, great transportation around the island. Enjoyed the view, excellent kitchen facilities, Marks & Spencer just a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend for value for money.

Huge apartment with incredible views over the bay, the kitchen was well equipped. Owner met us even though we arrived really late, and was very welcoming. Bedrooms didn’t quite match up to the standard of the living space but were clean and bright.

The apartments are located centrally along the seafront at Douglas, and the views from the apartment are good.
The lounge / dining area is of a good size and comfortable, with a dining table and chairs, settees and a large TV.
Free Wifi is also available, but not as fast as was expected.
The kitchen area is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The kitchen and lounge are in good condition.
However the 2 bedrooms were a little disappointing. Bedroom No 1 was a standard double bed with en-suite shower room and toilet. The mattress was lumpy with springs being felt through.
Bedroom No 2 featured a double bed with a single bunk bed above. For a family room this may be acceptable, but in our case we felt it was not what we expected. The door jammed a little, and the door closer was noisy (a problem in the middle of the night)
The bedroom furniture was a bit shabby, and the bedrooms were in need of a serious upgrade. There was also a separate bathroom for use by bedroom No 2.
The apartment is set on 2 levels with stairs between, which is not a problem.
We had sympathy for the owners of the property as there is road works along the whole of the Douglas sea front, which has been going on for 2 years, and still not finished. This created a problem for us with parking a car, as all the parking in the area has been taken away. We eventually ended up parking in the sea ferry terminal a 10 minute walk away, and the charges for 24 hours was reasonable.

I was dreading having to stay inside a cramped room during lockdown, however, it was the opposite. I had Apartment 3, a two bedroom very spacious apartment with everything that I needed including a smart TV, it's own router and a playstation, with a cracking view of Refuge Tower. I'd definitley recommend.

It is a lovely location, but the roadways repair didn’t help.I feel that was not the owner fault.

The property is badly in need of decorating and the overall cleanliness was very poor and very disappointing , was well equipped, good position but the overall standard was very low and would not recommend this place until they get their act together, it was a shame.

Best apartment we have had to date. Location is wonderful. Everything provided. No lift so if you are elderly or infirm not for you for the rest of us good exercise! Location really central and walked distance from port. Fabulous holiday.

The apartment was great, really spacious, warm and had a great view. I would definitely go back for a few more nights. But...
The office was extremely slow and uninformative. They use magnetic cards for access, the cheapest version that could be magnetised by phones. We stayed for three nights and had to rewrite our cards at least three times, not because of our phones. They simply expired every morning after 10:30 (checkout time). They were unable to program the cards for more than a day and we were accused that we kept them too close to our phones, which is ridiculous since I have a Faraday cage wallet, which I carry in my opposite side pocket...
It happened twice that one of the card did not even work after it was reprogrammed. In total, we spent about an hour waiting front of the reception for the cards. The apartment was not that clean, it was okay but the toilets had marks on them, some of the shelfs had thick dust cover and not at the least in the fridge some black dust/mould balls were rolling around when it was opened.
We should have checked out at 10:30, when we moved our luggage to the door to leave the apartment we heard somebody knocking on the door at 10:32, without waiting just opened the door. I guess they wanted to kick us out, but since we were moving with the luggages they did not say a word. I find it strange that they were so keen to start cleaning in time, since it did not reflect the cleanliness of the place.

Good little self-catering apartment overlooking the prom to watch the ferries come in & out. Shops literally round the corner to stock up for the time staying there.
Some of the fixtures starting to look tired (rust on shower rail & bathroom radiator)

Whole apartment was beyond our expectations, it’s amazing for it’s value, had a full kitchen and comfy beds, has a great view and you just don’t see all these in the ad! But the shower was particularly great as you get a warm and strong water during the shower. We recommend the cunard apartments without any hesitation.

Very Large apartment close to ferry, suprisingly spacious and very convenient for ferry. Staff helpful. Only drawback very noisy early morning with clatter of business deliveries around the back

Had to climb a zillion steps to the top (unit 5) with my bags. (Could have done with some help from the owner because I am 70 years young.) But it was worth it. Very spacious, two bed rooms two bathrooms, excellent well-equipped kitchen lounge and dining room. Like many UK facilities, no air-con so on a hot night it was a decision between a hot room and the noise from the all-night seagull wars. Bed was squeaky and the mattress was a bit old.
Parking needs to be managed. Overnight is fine (if you can find a park) but between 0800 and 1800 they use a parking disk system which means you can not park for more than two hours and must move out of the zone. We managed well because we were out looking around for most of our stay.
BUT.... overall, this is a great place to stay. Thoroughly recommend it.
