Nice stay and cool vibe. However, rooms were much smaller than expected and had no storage for clothing other than 3 hangers for short hanging above safe. No shelves or drawers. Barely enough room to open suitcases. Staff nice, but could have used concierge.

Our stay at the Hoxton Paris was disappointing. The courtyard and restaurants are certainly a draw, but the room was highly uncomfortable and housekeeping was deeply lacking. We stayed in the largest room type, thinking it would offer the best experience, but this was the worst hotel we've stayed in in years. The bed, which was a king but with queen pillows (so odd) felt old and too broken in, towels were stained, and the room smelled like an ash tray every day. Housekeeping, which is by request only, barely tidies, and didn't even replace essentials (toilet paper, tissue, fresh mugs) -- we had to go down to the front desk every night to ask for these. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. Definitely not worth the price tag.

The service was very minimal and room was good but not very functional / for the price, was expecting a lot more.

Great vibe

Very hip crowd. Rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. Restaurant was convenient and very good! Would definitely come back.

My stay was very comfortable and the staff attentive and pleasant. The courtyard is lovely.

Liked: patio and garden areas; bed was really comfortable with super quality bedding; quiet room with great air conditioning; friendly staff
Could be better: bathroom design, nowhere to put anything; robes and slippers - neither available; hanging space - really tiny/short so unable to hang a dress; no concierge made getting a taxi a challenge

The Hoxton was such an adorable hotel, nestled into the textile district in Paris. Adorable rooms, lobby and restaurant area and perfect walking distance to trains and sites! Very safe.
4.5
Hotel was nice enough. The check in experience was off. Our room was taken after we asked for an early check-in. They ended up giving us a room for half the size because that was all that was available

Terrific

Great hotel lovely staff and a nice vibe. It’s full of young people working off laptops for most of the day and into the evening, we did find it difficult to find a place to sit for an evening drink before dinner. They should create an area for business clients. The food and service was great however for a city that celebrates wine there should be a bottle on the menu that is less than €40, as this is where the pricing starts. Overall great but seemed to be very focused around the business traveler.

Amazing customer service! The hotel was perfect! Atmosphere was modern with a cozy feel!

Always love The Hoxton but this wasn’t my favorite.

I stayed at the Hoxton in Paris for 7 nights and loved my experience. Very lively place and excellent service.

Parisian women. Amazing cafe and bar on property. Will return!

The room was nice. The atmosphere was cold and unfriendly. Couldn’t get served in the restaurant and was ignored for nearly an hour, only wanted a coffee and croissant but left with neither!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and we've wanted to stay here for a while. Check-in was seamless, and they even sent wine & snacks up to our room to celebrate our recent engagement. The room design is really great (the radio playing when you first enter is a nice touch) and the bed was SUPER comfortable. You would not know you're in central Paris from how quiet the rooms are at night! Would definitely stay here again.

Room was too warm and heat couldn’t be lowered
Shower water never more than lukewarm
Bed could have been higher quality
No robes in room

The Hox is located in the hip 2nd arrondissement/Sentier and in close proximity to Montorgueil and Marais. Bonne Nouvelle station adjacent, with easy access to Metro Lines 8/9 to connect you too all points of interest very easily. Hotel staff are helpful, polite, and the downstairs bars were always vibrant and buzzing in the evenings. Rooms are a bit small, but beautiful and cozy. Clothing storage is limited, and while the shower had a door and threshold, it still allowed water to pool outside and in that corner of the bathroom. Minor quibbles for a 5 night stay that was quite enjoyable.

It was beautiful and clean. Location was wonderful. Service was pretty slow and sub-par. Pillows were HORRIBLE.

WOW!!! This hotel is a hidden gem! Stunning lobby and they had several interesting smaller areas to sit and eat or have coffee and croissants. The restaurant and bar was beautiful and the food was outstanding. All the staff spoke English and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The rooms were a little small by American standards, but very clean and modern. The shower was terrific with very good water pressure and a big rain style shower head. Cleaning staff were great and supplied extra towels and coffee for us. When we checked out they organized a taxi for us and a complimentary latte and croissant . I have traveled to Paris many many times but have never felt so at ease, comfortable, and well taken care of. I will always be staying at the Hoxton from now on.

Have stayed here many times and it’s starting to feel very tired and faded. Not worth the price. Service is very poor in all the bars and restaurants. Food and coffee is overpriced and takes a lengthy amount of time to arrive. Staff are more interested in being seen than taking orders. There was vomit in the Rivie restaurant restrooms. Our room was lacking in basic amenities and smelled of sewage. Water and teabags are not replaced and the room was not cleaned when requested. Won’t stay again.

Stay was amazing. Room was great but prefer more natural light. The restaurant is very convenient but it does get busy so expect a little bit of a wait. Super convenient walking distance to many of the attractions and shopping in Paris.
4.5
Horribly loud. Unacceptable for a hotel. Sounds like you are sleeping in a club even during the week. This is after requesting a nice room for over a week stay.
4.5
We liked everything about the hotel. Staff were very nice and professional! Room was clean and roomy!
4.5
Quite and beautiful bedroom but very very very noisy lobby, lounge, terrace, bar and restaurant. Very loud music like a night club. Reception is efficient but lacks the welcoming touch. Front desk staff poorly dressed. Restaurant food and service not up to the hotel category.

It is a great place to stay in Paris.

Cool, modern hotel in a great location. Great speak-easy bar

Stunning hotel with great vibes. Will definitely return next time I’m in Paris. Our room was lovely and spacious, and we had a lovely bathtub.

Great aestethic and suuuuuper comfy rooms but it's definitely a social place first, hotel second...
Didn't feel that hotel guests were prioritised over others and service was often quite slow. The policy of no room turndown unless requested was also not explained when we checked in, which considering the price we paid to stay there was quite shocking. The showers are also designed in a way that your bathroom floor is very wet after use, so you really need that turndown service to prevent walking on a wet floor all day.
Tendency to close off areas in the terrace or not open the second terrace when everywhere was full was also far less than ideal - didn't feel like guest comfort was considered and felt a little alienating despite you paying considerably more to be there than those nursing a coffee for four hours and taking up lots of space. With no seats spare, the option of opening up the second terrace to allow guests the comfort of a seated drink wasn't even a considered option - again, social hub first, hotel second.
We booked as a honeymoon, including this as a comment when we made the booking and, obviously not expecting a red carpet, but there wasn't even an acknowledgement at check-in or throughout our stay. Feels like a very simple, personal touch that could have been included to make guests feel special - we even get birthday emails from other Paris hotels we stay at 2 years ago...
A pity but it fell rather below expectations for the price point...
