There was an open attic in the room. They refused to give me a refund because I washed my hands when I came into the room, before noticing the attic.
I reserved their most expensive room at 6pm, arrived at 6:30pm, and left by 7pm. So they did not lose any business over me, and they had 4 other identical rooms vacant, and more cheaper rooms.

Modern amenities. Pleasant decor. Some traffic noise. Friendly manager gave discount due to stay near surgery center (1 block). TV sound did not work and radio could not set time.

Really Bad Place! My computer and phone were hacked within 1 hour of me leaving there. DO NOT STAY HERE! I wanted to leave leave the first day, owner said I had to stay 2 nights... ( I payed for 7 nights). Then as I packed my truck and waited for my refund receipt the police showed up. He lied and said I would not leave his property. The police could see I was upstanding citizen and there was no problem. Thank You Mountain View PD!..The wife is just as psycho. Stay Away! Room had a microwave, fridge, ac unit all original from the 70's. The counters clean but the floor was FILTHY! Really bad. I used there towels to mop the floor. Towels were super ruff and dirt stained. Shower curtain stained and dirty... No secondary door lock either and when I woke from the first night my door was unlocked! Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews too... I wish I did!

Pleasant stay, kind of noisy due to the busy street but the staff was friendly. Located next to downtown Mountain View so food options are plentiful.

Not so good- No hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes.

The microwave was nasty inside. Furniture was dusty. Way too small for the price. Disappointed.

SMALL SMALL SMALL ROOMS. Shower head at my chest - shower stall only 4 inches wider then me. Could not give a detailed receipt. $350 for a $50 room. Best way to describe it is a spruced up Bates mote.

When I arrived the owner was very rude to me, saying that he only had a room with two beds and would I please ensure that I only used one of them! then the next night, when I had to go and get my room key re-set, his wife tried to make out that I had only paid for one night when I had paid for three. Very expensive for low quality accommodation.

basic hotel - only bed tv fridge microwave work - towels have holes and black spots and old, just 1 pillow, no breakfast, bath accessorie minimal. very costly compared to other hotels in the neighborhood.

Its a bare bones budget motel, so adjust your expectations. Its expensive given the area and the high demand for rooms.
Room was clean, bed could use an extra blanket (it was minimal and a bit cool). Bathroom soap was impossible to open from a rather tough plastic bag.
Rooms next to El Camino will have lots of noise from the traffic, which is constant, even at night.

The listing showed check-in ending at 11pm, I got a call at 9pm informing me that check-in was ending at 10pm told them this wasnt what the site was and wouldnt be able to make it. So they tell me that they are going to give my room to someone else. They did, even though I paid for it services were not delivered.

Its as nice as a place called Budge Hotel could be. Its very old, and the rooms are small, but its clean and nothings broken.

Tiny, tiny room. Great for in & out, but the WiFi didn't work. I had to piggy back onto the motel next door, it was dirty behind the bathroom door and the refrigerator did not work. Not worth the $180 we paid. The only virtues were that it was close to my job, it was quiet, the water pressure in the shower was great and no stairs..it was all one level.

It is the most inexpensive motel in the area and you can usually get a room on late notice. Most of the rooms are tiny but pretty clean. The aroma in the lobby is a turn off and if the rooms had that smell I wouldn't stay but that seems to be confined to their little lobby. It looks funky from the street, a little like going back to the 1950's, which may be when this was built. The rooms closer to the back are better. If you book spring the extra few bucks and get a room with 2 beds as they are a good bit bigger. Their regular rooms are about 10x10 plus a small bathroom and vanity area. They do provide a small refrigerator microwave iron. they have Wifi and decent cable TV.

If this place simply invested 1000 bucks to improve each room, ratings would go up and they could charge more. The room smelled musty.... shampoo the carpets and get rid of the blanket and comforter which look like they are from the 70s. Ditto the microwave. The coffee maker in room 115 was dirty inside and nicely incrusted with visible dust on the outside. Young guy at checkin was nice.

It was a really bad place to stay, cig burns in the sheets. Small rooms that looked like a motel where bad things happen. Luckily its walking distance to Castro St.

NEVER, NEVER stay here!!! This has been the worst ever experience I have encountered with a motel...ABUSIVE, unprofessional and a nasty encounters!!! This is literal the hotel of horrors...even Bates Motel from Orson Wellls movie would be a better experience..You have been warned!!!

The motel is recently redone and everything is very clean and nice. There is a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and an iron and board. Easy access. Quarters are a little snug, but the bed was great. Oh, and theres a TV. For the money, I dont think you could beat them.

Lovely motel. Boutique type. No pets allowed. I choose pet friendly in my search, but did not consider this filter when recommended facilities. Had to get a $100.00 cash deposit to stay. Good thing since all was booked in area for a convention. Travelocity needs to recognize the filters a client takes the time to include. Second time

DON'T STAY IN ROOM 102, it's next to sewage system! I repeat, it's next to the sewage system! On our first night, we we're given room 102. The room smelt really bad. We we're given another room that night. The next morning, we saw the hotel owners open the little room next to room 102 and saw the sewage system backed-up!! When they relied we saw the little room, they closed the door right away. The next few days, we noticed our personal belongs moved. Nothing went missing but my book bog items we're shift. We later realized the owners looked through our personal items. We told them and responded "They had too." We stayed at another hotel afterwards.

I thought I made comments as to my experience but just in case you did not receive them I will make them again. The gentleman was rude, challenging and downright nasty. I was securing a room for one of my staff members who could not get home due to a mudslide on a major artery back to her home. When we got to the hotel he refused to give her the room unless she could show that her ID and the credit card were in the same name. Because we have a company credit card to pay for such expenses (unfortunately, for security reasons, the card is not in my name either). When I told the gentleman that I was the administrator and responsible for approving expenditures he was still not inclined to rent the room (even though we had paid Expedia). I ended up putting the charge on my personal credit card (which is not a big deal because I will expense it).
