A great budget friendly place to stay. The staff was awesome and the rooms clean. I will definitely stay again if in Rayong. Also, a great location.

When customers go out, their keyfobs are left in a box on the counter, where practically anyone can touch and use. We chose to carry our room key with us when we went out. And I felt 'PLEASE CLEAN THE ROOM/DON'T DISTURB' plate on the doorknob would be very useful for communicatiing. Otherwise, it was a nice enough stay, with even a breakfast service at this price range.

The room looks like an old apartment. Family owned. Friendly and welcoming staff.Excellent location, just few minutes walk to Tesco lotus, to the Starlight night market (every Tuesday only), to the public market, and to the bus terminal station 1. Large room, tv with cable channels, hot water, free unlimited coffee and bread with jams and butter for breakfast. Strong wifi connection. They have ref, 2 bottles of water, and soap and shampoo.Weak aircon. Lift/elevator was not working but they helped us carry our luggages to the second floor. No coffee making supplies.

Apon arrivel big bus drops me at central mall , not central hotel, I go in to callAnd get directions, am calling from phone store my phone battery had died.Tanya answerer the phone in office , I explained what had happened and sheCame in here own car and picked me up.I didnt ask ,she just said she would, now thats great service.
