We stayed 4 nights in a “honeymoon suite” that included a jacuzzi in the room. LED lights on the wall that didn’t include a remote. When plugged in I’m sure they had a shortage in them because they were 2 different colors then eventually started making this humming noise and all different colors started flashing. Hot tub was dirty had to get cleaning supplies from front desk and clean it myself. After filling and getting in shortly after there was water all over the floor so the hot tub was leaking somewhere. 4 nights and no one came to change bed or offer clean towels or anything. For the price I highly would say choose somewhere else..

I have never had a bad experience while staying here. The satff is always nice and respectable, and the rooms are always clean. Literally everything is in walking distance, food, grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, etc. My family and really enjoyed our stay here.

The pictures make it look updated or newish, and it isn’t. My room was dirty and immediately brought it to their attention. They moved me to a much better room. I honestly don’t feel it’s worth the price I paid.

The check in and check out process was seamless and easy. The bedroom are a little out dated, with some of the flooring not fully together and they have tape securing the holes in the floor, beds and pillows were comfy

The guy at the desk was so nice! He deserves a raise. The hallway to the room smelled bad but the room was not affected by the smell. The room was good enough for what I needed.

The place reeked of cigarettes so badly when we first entered and we hoped it would subside but it never did. There are stains on the ceilings and the walls from cigarette smoke. Immediately when we got home we had to put everything straight into the laundry to get washed because anything in the room smells horrible now. Also, we could not change the temperature of the shower, so we did not shower. And when we went to check-out in the morning, no one was there. After waiting a while, a man finally came to help us and he told us that we could've just left the key card in the window slot.. this was confusing because there was a sign up that said "We will be back in 5 minutes, please wait. Sorry for the inconvenience" - nothing about leaving the key card there if you need to check out. I knew that the place would not be great given the low ratings, but I was not prepared for how bad it actually was. It was cheaper than other places in the area which is why we chose it but I wish we had just bit the bullet and gotten a more expensive place.

When we arrived just before 10, the lobby was locked. We had to stand in the foyer communicating through a window with a small opening like a bank in a shady area of town. The area seemed safe literally until you walked up to the hotel. The man who checked us in was not friendly nor welcoming. The carpet in the hallways was filthy. The room looked better but there was hair in the shower, the floors were sticky and there was garbage on the floor. One thin blanket per bed so it was quite cold. Also the door coming into the hallway from outside slammed shut with a bang every time someone came in. Terrible experience! Don't stay here!
