Check in and check out very smooth and staff were friendly and welcoming. Amazing hotel, breakfast was good. Rooftop, swimming pool must visit amazing views. Lovely atmosphere throughout. Hotel is about 20min walk to downtown which was lovely walk.

Everything you would expect from 5* - discrete and impeccable service, lovely rooftop pool and bar, decent breakfast. No more than 20 min walk to Petronas Towers - only minus, restaurant only open for evening meal Fri and Sat but plenty of options nearby.

The hotel was OK, but it shouldnt be advertised as 5 star, the sink is in the bedroom, the breakfast is worst than a 4 star hotel and also very complicated way of serving it. The coffee cups are bigger than the coffee machine usage. Breakfast staff comes to your table to ask you which room you arefrom, it makes u uncomfortable in front of people. There was no one at the desk at ghe breakfast place. Needs a lot of improvement to charge this high and be a 5 star.

Fantastic hotel in a nice part of KL. Lots of good restaurants nearby, we went to Black and White which was practically next door and Heritage Pizza, try Gavel for a craft beer beforehand. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, particularly Bokal at the breakfast buffet. Nice pool on the roof, get there early for the sun loungers though.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had, this Hotel was incredible, friendly and helpful staff (24/7), excellent location, close to market, restaurants on same street. And best of all THE POOL VIEW, ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Friendly and Polite Staff Clean Room and the Hotel overall is well-maintained Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. The coffee machine was a treat! TV channels aren't great...but we were not there to watch TV! The Pool was small but clean. It's attached to the Bar that served small bites. For a city hotel, it was good enough. The Gym - very well-kept and clean. The only disappointing thing was dinner. We had booked dinner for 2 nights and only found out later that the menu for the 2 nights was the same shared platter for 2. So we decided to forego the 2nd night.

Lovely stay, upgraded to a room with a view of the KL tower. The sink is outside the bathroom in the main room. Nice rooftop pool with a limited drinks selection. Staff and service was excellent. Breakfast got a bit samey, more options needed.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Worth what I paid for. Two things needs to be improved, swimming pool hours need to be extended and cleaning of the pool needs to be improved. Also TV channels very limited.

The staff are very friendly. I hear noises coming from the hallway in the evening. However, the entire hotel is quiet. Some of the towels were dirty, but it was understandable.

Good Location near eating places and subway station( Dan Wangi) . Nice roof top pool and bar with view of KL Tower. Great service from staff and lady manager. Would highly recommend .

Very pleasant staff and comfortable rooms . The Hotel had a cosy rooftop infinity swimming pool/ bar on the 23rd floor with a great view of KL tower and tall buildings around it that made it so cool to just sit there and chill ! Also the surrounding area have many shophouses turned into interesting eateries and close to subway station ..

Bed was very comfortable as well as the room, light switches were confusing. Restauant was underwhelming compared with the local restaurants. You had to remind staff of services requested but I think due to English language barrier is all. They told us we had a nice car to the airport and it was a very dirty taxi, also said we could put it on our room then day of we needed currency which we needed to have him stop for. Pool area was excellent and so relaxing, nice gym.

Great location in KL. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance that are clean, modern and varied. The rooms modern, spacious and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. We actually walked to the Petronas towers from the hotel which was fun. Overall, great place to stay in KL. Highly recommended.

Many restaurants in area, lots of noise also due to some kind of disco. Don't expect 5-star service, it would be more realistic to market it as 4-star, compared with other hotels i stayed in KL. Although rooms are interestingly furnished, they could be maintained better, i.e. stains on couch, dust and leftovers from previous inhabitants. Mostly due to the noise from outside, noise from private pool party on saturday night, and given the fact it doesn't cater with 5-star standard as advertised, i would not stay here again.

Our first time at Stripes having stayed at a range of other hotels in KL and would highly recommend. Great service, spacious rooms (with the upgrade to have a tub) and good breakfast. Service was excellent and speedy. Also location was great, lots of good eateries nearby and walking distance to Pavilion etc. enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, The only things to improve would be to sweep the water by the poolside steps as it got quite slippery throughout the day or have more grip mats for the area Breakfast - would be useful to move the egg station as the queue blocks access to the other buffet items around it But these are minor feedback points the place is fab and good value for money!

We had a bad experience at the airport and felt very sad on our way to the hotel but forgot about it upon arrival. The staff was so friendly and pleasant. The hotel was very clean, modern, and close to the city center. We will stay again.

I didn't like that when I asked for a room with bathtub that it is a higher rate than what you paid with Expedia. It seems to me that they treat Expedia customers as a second class customers
