Best place we have ever been. We will be back in the summer!

I wish they had a restaurant. Everything else was fantastic

Upon arrival we noticed the garage had never been taken out from the previous guests. The ceiling tiles were old and had water stains. The vent on the ceiling had dirt all around it. The worst was the filthy carpeting. I was told they would come and get the garbage right away but they never did. I finally had to go to the front desk as the batteries in the tv remote did not work. The manager was at the desk. He was very friendly and explained that he wanted to ensure we woukd have a good stay. He then offered to upgrade us to a larger suite and reduce the price of our stay. Im not sure how the reduction of price works when paying through Travelocity though. The larger suite was bettee than the first but the carpet was still beyond acceptable. The rooms are outdated and lacking in simple maintenance. The resort has so much potential if they invested the updates needed and cleaned appropriately.

The hotel receptionist was not approachable and rude at check in and especially when we checked out. The game rooms pool table had plastic eggs stuck in the pockets making it inoperable. We informed the rude hotel receptionist and her comment was its service is outsourced. No darts to play darts as well. Every floors vending machine was out of order. The hotel receptionists coment was you need to use cash. We tried that several times with no results. Her next comment was the machines are outsourced. Very unprofessional. On a good note, the room was nice and spacious with a side view of the lake. Overall rating 7.

Very nice

The sunset view off the lake was spectacular!! The pool, property, unit and exterior was clean. I would definitely return!

Suites 301 was top notch , suite 303 had a door lock problem , the door wouldn’t latch . Suites 301 and 303 were decorated perfectly, had toaster oven and grill which were perfect . Suite 327 was mediocre looking , the recliner was broken , no remote for the upstairs TV .

Jets did not work in hot tub, staff had minimal to no customer service skills… but room itself was clean & quiet.

Gorgeous view of Lake Delavan. Two big pools one outside and one inside which were heated. Place is spotless and well taken care of.

I am completely in love with this place!! Our condo was beautiful and it exceeded my expectations! I even went on to book another weekend here. I would recommend this property, hands down! A definite 5⭐️ resort!

I loved staying at Delavan Lake Resort. The rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing. I willl definately be back.

We have stayed at this property before and didnt like the room much but we decided to give it another try and this room is gorgeous, very clean and have all the kitchen supplies we need

the pool sounded like someone was running back and forth in the unit above us. this was all day and night.

It was very clean and staff was great! The only downside was our room was very dated, things were broken, bathroom towel rack was half out of wall, laminate tiles in kitchen were very dirty and need replacing. For the price, it was a little more expensive for what you got, if our room was updated, the price would’ve been fine

We overall loved the layout and space of the resort. Both pools were well maintained and we were happy the arcade was decent although pool table remained jammed with our coins. The location is close to Williams bay beach and Lake Geneva. It was nice to return to a quiet and quaint place after hustle n bustle. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We were unhappy with the condition of the main sofa. Visible dirt/stains were there as well on the ancient carpet. We must've gotten an outdated room as we saw other units with gleaming hardwood floors and updated fixtures. Room 327 needs updates if the resort wishes to get consident good reviews. New sofa and flooring in main area is a must. I also would recommend more knives (3) and leaving guests a sponge/broom to tidy up. These improvements would make this place really shine.

Everything was great. Only issue was w the TV in the room. It was very confusing to navigate.

Our first trip here for a family reunion - met all our expectations!

It was underwhelming. The outdoor pool was dirty (and we came to swim), the "beach" had no access into the water just a patch of sand and the common areas were somewhat outdated. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was sizeable and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. If i had to stay there again i would but will consider other options

I cannot say enough about the staff! We were celebrating a family get together and family wedding. The staff met our every need, were beyond friendly and helpful. And not just 1 or 2.....everyone single one we encountered made us feel welcomed and special. Made a great weekend even better!

Pros: awesome location so close to the lake, impressive view, amazing sunset, beautiful grounds, lots of space in the suite, great pillows, very quiet. Cons: had to pay for billiards in the game room, grout in shower was in pink, furnishings dinged up.

Very easy checking friendly staff very knowledgeable around the area and recommended a good restaurant to order in from. You will be back for sure in the summer

Second time in this room but different owners now. Remodel was beautiful and updated. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not functional. Desk had no one to come check it out.

Nice suite and quite nights

Didn’t like the fact that I was unable to get the heat lowered in the room no matter how far I turned the thermostat down!

The room we stayed in was wonderful. 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace was very nice. The only thing we didn't like about the property was when the are at full capacity, there is no additional parking

We enjoyed the facility, room was spacious and kitchen area was stocked with items to use the young lady was very helpful on check in and trying to fix problems we incurred the first room had no heat after 2hours we were moved this room was fine but some items seen better day blinds were missing peices letting in light at night and a large gap under door we had to shove a towel in the lower cabinet doors were falling off in the kitchen and lots of stains on bedroom carpet some maintenance items that need to be addressed because it is a really nice facility but the lack of up keep makes it less appealing had photos but it isn't letting me upload them was offered a third room after a review was posted but it was another 2hours later and we had already had on pjs getting ready for New Years Eve

The property is very nice. Only few problems were in reasort: 1) it was cold in pool area and jacuzzi was out of order for whatever reason, 2) The TV didn't work in bedroom in room 231, 3) the game room has to be clean and the pool table also. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Hopefully the management will look over the travelers concerns! We visited your property couple times and hope to see improvements next time.
