Never was able to get anyone on the phone. Entrance to hotel blocked and had to go to another hotel.

I felt safe as a solo female traveler. So much to do in the area.

This is the second Fairfield Suites by Marriott weve stayed in the past month and both were a disappointment! I thought Marriott was a good hotel especially for the price we paid, but i guess we need to go to a cheaper hotel for better accommodations. The room was dirty and worn out.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location to venues.

First off the hotel was beautiful and very nice. I booked through hotels.com and was told to pay at property. When we got to the hotel which was a hour before the event. Which is why we stayed so close due to timing. The front desk told me I didn’t have a reservation. I pulled out my phone and showed them all of my emails and confirmation. They told me that hotels.com ran my card and it was declined. I explained to them my card was declined because I missed placed and I locked it. Either way that doesn’t matter because my card shouldn’t have been ran until check in because my confirmation says pay at property. She proceeded to tell me that’s something they due when they have big events in town. She told me they only had one room available to due to cancellation and it was 150 dollars more to book. This was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. I usually like to book with hotels.com but I won’t be doing this again.

Enjoyed a one night stay. Convenience of walkability to the Spectrum Center is why I chose the SpringHill Suites. We walked to the concert & d didnt have to worry about getting back out in the traffic. The Spectrum Center is literally right across the street from the hotel. The room was very clean & the bed was quite comfortable. Free breakfast was very good with lots of hot & cold choices. My husband & I had planned to try the bar on the property but unfortunately after the concert we were too late to catch it open. We plan to give it a try on our next stay. $42 for valet parking but for convenience, I guess that was ok. We were very happy with our stay.

The parking charge is outrageous. If you drive there it's $40 per night. How else was I suppose to get to the hotel

Hotel was nice, good amenities, great location. Room need quite a bit of TLC...ripped wallpaper, missing tile in bathroom, soap/shampoo dispenser not attached to wall, laminate damaged at frig/mic cabinet, desktop chipped and scarred.

Great stay for a couple of nights, right downtown and easily walkable to places. Very pleasant checking in, valet is pricey at 40.00 a night, but convenient. Wish housekeeping would have made up our room, but with the “green initiative” that didn’t quite happen. Breakfast was good with enough room to eat.

The property was excellent and very clean. The breakfast was really good!

This stay was ok, rather not have had room on the side of a parking lot. Room was ok, last stay was perfect. No big complaints, cause I love the location and check in/out staff always pleasant!

There were pink stains on the table and one of the towels in the bathroom. And since housekeeping wasn’t offered based on the time frame of our stay, we had to keep it and request more from the front desk instead of just getting fresh replacements. The AC wasn’t working in the breakfast area; I’m pretty sure that was a recent issue but it was noticed.

The bed is so comfortable! The bathroom was amazing, it's the little things for a girl planning to explore the city to have comfort. Didn't like the fact of not knowing the parking price and situation before hand but it worked out in the end.

It’s nothing special, but not bad at all. Maybe they should lower their prices.

Did not like the price for parking. Was there for 2 days and used towels were not changed.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times the bathroom was not cleaned. There were hairs all over the floor in the bathroom and the shower walls. Additionally, I found some weird food stains on the desk that weren’t cleaned. Do not stay here if you want something clean!

Customer service was top notch! From kitchen, valets cleaning staff all the way to the front desk! Sasha was extremely helpful and courteous! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I was traveling with my elderly mother and she loved her stay as much as I did.

Terrible parking services, the clerks managing the parking system are hard to access and give wrong information.

It was easy walking to many restaurants and it was a clean hotel with a nice contemporary breakfast, however the valet costs 40 dollars a night ( typical for that area) and when we were leaving in the morning there was no valet person to get our car and we waited 35 minutes. Finally the lady behind the counter was able to retrieve our keys so my husband to get the car.

The room was great but could’ve used a little repair. Found another guests Cheetos empty bag on the bottom of the nightstand and the desk had several burn marks and nicks.
