Allowed us to check in early. Absolutely fantastic staff. Room was spacious and well appointed in a prime position only metres from Rotterdam Centraal Station.

bed sheet has some stains, they changed after I pointed out. Staff are very friendly. Room is spacious. The location is great. Washer and dryer in each floor are huge plus.

This hotel is just perfect! The rooms are modern with a fresh feel, and all of the basic amenities for cooking are provided. There's a laundry service (which we didn't use as we were only there for 3 nights) and a 24 hour gym as part of the booking which is a bonus. The mini mart by the desk is handy but pricey as you'd expect. There's no need to use it though because there's a supermarket about a 3 mins walk away. The hotel's right opposite the central station so it's super easy to find, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank them very much for their food recommendations which we asked for one evening :) Because you're in the centre you can walk to anything, or take a tram from right outside. I couldn't recommend this place more highly if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable option where you're happy to do a bit of cooking or prepping for your food.

Tyra at the front desk was difficult to deal with over small issues. The air conditioning was marginal in its ability to comfortably cool the rooms. The hotel is attractive and in a great location and the corner room was spacious.

Very good location right across the street from the central train station. Very walkable to the Erasmus Bridge, has many good eating options near. Casinos also very near if you want to venture there. Room was very nice, had 2 rooms separated by a hall by the bathroom, but no bedroom door. Air conditioned however the thermostat and cooling vent are located in the living area with no bedroom vents and no fan ——so you are dependent ??? For circulating the cool to the bedroom. Was cool enough weather when we were there, not sure how it would be in warmer conditions Or in the winter.

It was TERRIBLE by all means. Bed linens were disguising , smelled and spots all over , not fresh. Misquotes in the suite bitten kids in faces . Alarm sounded at 2 am and we all went down , it was false alarm and I learnt from others it did happen a couple of nights before. We stayed a couple of nights and it was the WORST in my 25 years of traveling….don't be fooled by what I think made up reviews by people of interest in this property.. the WORST.

We had a pleasant stay at Premiere Suites. The suite is spacious and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen, I saw that it has the basic things. There is a laundry room in each floor with 3 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent is also provided. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very well organized and the staff was very kind and friendly. All staff continued to ask if we needed anything and if we enjoyed our stay. They were also very friendly and patient with my two children. The hotel was conveniently located five minutes from the Rotterdam Centraal Train Station and five minutes from a grocery store. We also had an amazing view of downtown Rotterdam! I will certainly stay here on my next trip to Rotterdam. I could tell that management treats the staff well here because they appeared to enjoy their jobs.

We did a BeNeLux trip with my husband, and this hotel was by far our favorite! The suits were very spacious. Easy to reach most places in the city by foot or bike. Laundry room was the only let down: was very hot, and clothes was not drying in the dryer, but it was free and an unexpected bonus anyway. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby has great coffee and tea selection too. Would definitively recommend this place to friends.

This hotel is amazing ❤️ I stayed in Rotterdam for a few days but was at a different hotel at one point that was nice but I so wish I would’ve picked the premier suite hotel first. They are so welcoming and nice, I had Laura check me and she was super sweet which I appreciated & loved being in a foreign country & all. The lobby is so comfortable and inviting and the rooms were perfect, it was like having your own apartment than a actual hotel it gave home comfortable vibes. It was so comfortable and clean. I really loved that they had a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, utensils, plates, cups it was nothing like I’ve experienced before! The space was great big closet with hairdryer and ironing board very eco-friendly I had the best time there and will definitely book with them for sure again, I highly recommend it !!!

The room is spacious and clean. Property is where all tenants need keycard to access elevators and front door is locked at night. Wonderful coffee machine complementary which is one thing I enjoy every morning there. Train station is right across the street.

We were urgently looking for somewhere to stay as we were not comfortable at our previous stay. Premier Suite Rotterdam exceeded our expectations! Our view was beautiful, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and having access to the free laundry room made the one night stay the best we've had so far. The staff were extremely friendly and was even contactable via whatsapp! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. They were short staffed but the staff they had was very friendly. We put the sign out our door for garbage pickup and it never happened, almost every day there was an issue with the parking ticket, and they just didn’t seem to have enough people to keep up with the clientele.
