What a wonderful hotel. The only negative is a king bed room really isn’t a king bed but two twin beds pushed almost together, there is still a gap between them. The hotel is very fancy and beautiful! I would not hesitate to stay there!

Great location, helpful & friendly staff, clean, large and well appointed room. Would stay here again without hesitation. The only negative, and we experienced it each day we were there was the extremely poor service in the lobby bar. In the 3 days we stayed at the hotel, we sat in the bar 10-15 minutes without once being waited on, despite it not being overly busy. On all 3 occasions, we got up and left without ever placing an order. This very good hotel can and should be able to improve this one defect that we experienced. Perhaps better training and/or another waitstaff member would resolve what is a very solvable problem.

The property was clean and safe. The staff was very accommodating. The conciergerie particular Francisco was the best at that position we have ever had.

Solid hotel (as it should be for the price), quite comfortable. Neighborhood is nice but not the closest to downtown.

A high-end hotel with a classy resto on-site. I look forward to staying here again.

Lovely hotel, great decor and room was fantastic. Big comfy bed, great wardrobe space and lovely marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
The place is let down by staff that look down their nose at you and certainly feel superior for some reason?
To be specific this is mainly reception staff as the door men and breakfast staff were very professional.

The most unimpressive 5 star hotel and experience. For what appears on the outside to be a very exclusive hotel, on the inside it is anything but that.I booked for a junior suite for two nights and was extremely disappointed. It is just a standard room. There was only 1 side table leaving nowhere to put water for during the night. I let the reception know but they weren't concerned. I even spoke to a woman on check out who I assume was the manager and she fobbed me off saying that nobody else complained about the rooms. The breakfast wasn't good and the service in general is really lacking. I wouldn't stay again even if it was free...

Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast and average service (front desk and concierge). The spa is outstanding and so is the external swimming pool. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

Disappointing for a « leading hotel of the world »- at check in no one mentioned the welcome drinks offered so we went to the bar but had to pay in the end for our drinks because it was the « wrong » bar apparently - came back to our room at 4pm and cleaning hadn’t been done - had to ask for it - swimming pool is never under the sun except maybe from 12-2pm- we had to go to our room with our luggages on our own - no help / service - room was supposed to have a view - but city view was just the opposite building of the street and on the 6th floor only
