Property was in an easily accessible location. Room was nice and clean, bed and shower were great. Nice breakfast as well.
There was the pet cockatoo that kept us company outside of his cage and just pooped on the floor as we were eating in the breakfast space. Unsanitary!
Perhaps due to the name I was expecting a more hotel like environment when in fact these are rooms in a house. Did not have a “suite” feel at all. Patio was also communal and you have to exit the front door of your room to access it.

Well appointed rooms in a great location. The value of this property remains the proprietor who offers a personalised vacation experience. Would recommend to others. Thank you.

The host Drazan was extremely welcoming and helpful also a very interesting character with an interesting view of what a hotel or accommodation should look and feel like it can be challenging with the stairs and may not be for anyone who is not steady on their feet. The location was good and easy to get into central Zagreb with a tram line nearby we loved the check in and a welcoming drink and meeting Koko the parrot also our quirky room which was akin to staying in a museum

Nice hotel/apartment (for an independent stay i.e. there isnt a concierge on duty) close enough to downtown Zagreb using the tram. Its also only 30 mins drive from the airport. A short walk from the hotel is a stop for 2 above ground trams that can take you into town in less than 10 mins. Or if you got the time a 30 minute walk.

Nice little hotel. The owner is the desk clerk, the airport shuttle driver, the breakfast cook, the tour guide, you name it.

It is 5 tram stops from the main tourist attractions and with restaurants, shops nearby. The room (ground floor and nearest to entrance) we stayed has frequent and loud cracking noises created by the air-conditioner. There is a bus service to the airport nearby that cost only 4 Kuna.

We had a suite of two bedrooms - and two bathrooms. Very roomy, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was individually prepared for us for an additional 8 euros each. We had a car, which ordinarily would have cost us 10 euros a day in their parking lot. However, Sunday street parking is free and we were driving to the airport quite early Monday thereby avoiding the 7:00 am curfew. We left the car at Anastasia as there is a tram stop nearby, and a short ride got us into the main square - our starting point for some great sightseeing. Dont miss the Museum of Broken Relationships...But dont have a late check-in. We arrived around 9:00 pm and it was somewhat complicated. Okay if youre a local/European, but you will need to make a non-wifi phone call. However, once connected everything went very smoothly.

This is a very nice place to stay, mainly because the owner, Drazen, is absolutely interested in making everything work perfectly for his guests. Nice apartments, very good beds, nice area very close to city center by trolley. I recommend the place.

Our apartment was nice and cosy. Lovely and comfortable bedding. Massive bathroom and good size kitchen.
The owner was kind and accommodative and he provided us with a map around the city. It was also lovely to meet Coco, the parrot.
The downside was the noise outside as there was roadworks during the day...I guess this place is calm and quiet without the roadworks.
I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

The rooms are new and nicely furnished. the owner is always kind and available to give recommendations and suggestions to make your stay in Zagreb the best possible. He also offers guided tours in town on board of funky three-wheeled vehicles. Breakfast is excellent.

This was our first stop and really just intended to be a place fo rest after 11+ hours of travel, we were delighted to be greeted by a host with fabulous english and an even better attitude. As a former tour guide he was extremely knowledgeable and very forthcoming with local advice. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and perhaps most importantly exactly as advertised. There was also private parking available for 10 Euro a day which was much preferrable to the metered parking on the street.

It was a perfect stay, beds very comfortable room was big, check in was very fast, you ring the bell and it was all settled in a couple of minutes, almost in front of the hotel you have a tram 4 stops in city centre and close to the hotel you have plavi 9 restaurant, i can surrely recommend this restaurant, my next stay in Zagreb will be again in this hotel!

This property is not a hotel, but rather an apartment. The unit was comfortable, with air conditioning, clean, and easy accessibility to public transportation to the old city as well to the bus to the airport, which is very cheap. there is a McDonald´s nearby, in case you decline to take the offer for breakfast from the owner, you´ll have to make your own coffee, and he´ll bring the rest from a menu he´ll show you. The area feels safe.

A very nice crew . We had a great reception, stayed in a very comfortable apartment with all necessary items. Nearby all the touristic points and good restaurants. I certainly recommend it!

Every thing turn out very good but on the beginning a note on the welcome boarding said that the host is not available, please call me by phone. We dont have local cell phone. The note created some anxiety. We enter the room and the cleaning lady show us around and things turn out very good.

Location not as central. As I expected but a good tram connection

This property has a very unusual check in system. It is in the open courtyard at a door to nowhere. We were made to stand in the rain waiting for someone to turn up. After knocking on several doors looking for someone. ( our ground floor door was knocked on 3 times during our stay for the same reason) Quirky maybe, but not during a rain storm.
Once we were greeted everything was very good. Staff and room facilities were very good.

We loved our stay here. The room was great and very private, we had our own entrance and terrace. It was very clean and eclectically furnished. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes away (by bus) from the city centre. It's close to public transportation so you can be downtown in no time. There are grocery stores around which is great because we had a kitchen in our room and were able to make quick snacks and such. There are also quite a few restaurants within minutes of this hotel so everything you want is at your fingertips.
The owner was great and very friendly. He gave us a lot of tips on what to see around the city. We rented the little white car (that you see in photos) and he drove us around Zagreb. It really gave us a good sense of the city, really enjoyed the mini tour and I recommend it! It's quite the experience.
If I return to Zagreb I would definitely come back this hotel.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a mix between old and new décor....everything anyone would need for a short visit. The owner was nice and helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The location of the apartment was ideal, within a short walk to the city center.
