Very nice hotel. Clean, bed was comfy, pillows great! Bathroom was very roomy and lots of walking room in the bedroom area. There is a mall nearby and it seemed hotel was close to main roads/interstate. Breakfast was not bad…typical free breakfast fare. Only complaint was noise in the morning! We were on 2nd floor, every time toilet flushed or shower was turned on on any of the upper floors we heard EVERYTHING!! If you’re an early riser it’s fine…we aren’t!

I gave this hotel a 3-star rating mainly because of one employee. He was a shuttle bus driver. He literally yelled at us for drinking too much water, and the reason was that he had to refill the water dispenser in the lobby. I asked him if refilling water dispenser was in his job description, he reluctantly said yes. I then asked him if the water was there for the guests to drink, not a decoration, he also had to say yes. The "heated" argument lasted for about 20 minutes, ruining everyone's vacation moods. Other than this rude bus driver, the hotel was a nice place to stay. The front desk ladies were nice, the breakfast had many choices, the environment was quiet and safe, and there was a big mall nearby. I could have given it a 4- star rating if it weren't for the bus driver.

Perfect location for a layover. Not far from the airport. The staff was great, they offered to give us a different room just for issues with the TV remote they found and were proactive about fixing it. Just shows how the staff goes far beyond to accommodate and make your stay stress-free.

My family loved staying here. Room was clean and spacious, had an amazing huge luggage rack that I had never seen before. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning and cute small little gym. Was great.

Very nice place to stay, convenient to the airport, great airport shuttle service. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, thin mattress and only felt springs, no cushion or comfort.

The hotel had a weird smell and we had hair from previous guest on bathroom floor and in the tub. Beds were nice and seemed clean. Called front desk a couple of times and no answer. When we went down their was a line checking in and only one girl at the desk.

The gurenteed check-in time was 4 pm, we arrived at the hotel front desk at 3:55, asked for check-in. However, the front desk told us the room was not ready and they needed 15 mins. So we waited, it was till 5pm we were informed that the room is finally ready… We were not alone, a bunch of other families were waiting too. Two points: 1) if you can’t have your hotel ready by 4pm, don’t guarantee it; 2) tell us the truth of how long you need to make our room ready, if you need 1 hour, say 1 hour, so we will go feed ourselves first and come back, instead of just waiting.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Shuttle available to go to airport, mall, light rail station, etc. You just have to request at the front desk and the wait may be a bit long since there is only one shuttle and it’s first come first serve. Nevertheless, it’s a convenient way to get around. You can easily reach downtown by taking the light rail.

Very clean, nice property. We chose Holiday Inn Express- Tukwila because of the free breakfast, free parking and pool and proximity to light rail. Very close to mall, places to eat, and Light Rail Tukwila station. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.
