Room was very pretty and comfortable, very modern. The property manager was amazing. Very accompanying with us. Room was very clean and love that there was a washer and dryer. The view of the beach was great.

Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The communication with the staff is excellent . we did not have to check in when we came in. We were contacted by email and text which was very convenient. The view is absolutely amazing from the room. The rooms are spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It would have been a great plus if the pool was also open but I think they are working on it. The hotel itself looked empty for the most part. On the whole we had a great time. Will definetly come stay again.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED ...THE POOL WAS CLOSED. Upon talking to the locals, It has been closed for at least 2 years. The air conditioning on the roof of the building next door was so loud you could hardly hear the ocean. The suite was beautiful and clean. The building itself was a bit crumbly.

This was very nice 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. It was right on the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was checking in and only cause it was the day we were traveling. Had lay over and had to arrange for check in, would have been easier before the trip started. Every thing else was great. Thank you.

We loved our stay here! This is the first rental that we’ve done here in PR and we absolutely loved it! The view from the balcony was breathtaking; the accommodations were clean and convenient; the area nearby was easy to walk with great dining options and easy shopping (we picked up a bottle of wine for our room). My sister and I both loved this location! Right on the beach next door to Fairmont El San Juan which is twice the price!

We had a lovely time at this property! It was spacious, clean, and very modern. The location is extremely convenient and we felt safe getting around at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked great. We also enjoyed the huge TVs in every room. The beach access is also great! We all recommend this suite.

Our stay was great, the bed were comfortable. The apartment was clean and the private beach access was great. One thing that I did not like was that the private beach access closed early at 7pm. Aside from that everything else was great.

The property is located in a good area. We didn't have to spend a lot of money on Ubers because everything was in walking distance from the condo. One of the things that I love most about the property is the easy beach access! The property also had a bar & cafe that severals great drinks & food. A lot of the water sports activities like jet skis, parasailing & the banana boat ride was right there near the property too.

Our family of 4, two adults two teens, really enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment. The kitchen is small, but has a sink, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Lovely balcony from which you can see and hear the ocean. Helpful staff, nice coffee shop, beautiful beach. Keep in mind you do need to rent beach umbrellas and chairs, but it's not expensive for a full day's use. The hotel lobby is very clean. The hallways are a little beat up, but that's no big deal. Easy walk to pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants.

We had THE best time here! It's a perfect location and spot. I brought 3 of my closest girlfriends for a 5 day girls' trip and it was so well situated. The pool and bar there were great, the beach it perfect and quiet as well which is nice. There are little cabanas you can get drinks or go jet skiing, etc. and the water was perfect. The host is great to communicate and the place is even better in person. We loved that it had 2 full bathrooms, a very welcomed surprise! Right down the road is a market and a CVS and if you want/need more groceries there's a larger store just around the corner. We walked to dinner at beautiful resorts nextdoor most nights and it was super safe and easy. The food next door is AWESOME! We also were able to easily get ubers to Old San Juan and other areas around the area. Airport is 7 minutes away, it's all so easy!

On hotels.com where we rented the room, they did not tell us it let us know that we needed a ref number and not a hotels.com confirmation Number. And hotels.com did not provide us with a room number. So we had some trouble checking in. They could not find my reservation. After 45 minutiae we called hotels.com they did not have a room number and we finally got a hold of the owner who gave us a room number. It was not an easy check in process

When we walked into our Presidential Suite, we couldn't have been happier to be spending the week there. The view of the beach was breathtaking and included sunset views as well as skyline views. The room decor was very tasteful and modern and it was sparkling clean. Everything we needed for light cooking was available as well as coffee maker and tea kettle. It was nice to have the laundry right inside the entryway so we could drop our towels into the machine after a day on the beach. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand and I'm sure some other reviewers have probably mentioned that beach and pool access both close at 6pm. So if you're looking to take a sunset stroll on the beach, you will have to walk down the main road and over a few blocks to get there and back. And if you want to go in the pool or jacuzzi, you'll have to do it before 6pm. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Great communication regarding check-in and check-out, parking, etc. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to stay here again.

The location of the property is in walking distance to many bars and eateries. Walmart is 10 minutes away and CVS is 3 minutes away. Old San Juan is 10-15 minutes away. The airport is 5-10 minutes away. The property owner is only a text or phone call away. He responds quickly, within minutes. The apartment is very clean with a side view of the beach from the balcony. The only issue we had during our stay was with the wifi. One minute you're connected and then you're not. We will definitely look for this property whenever we return.

Very clean and comfortable room. COVID restrictions were a bit inconvenient. Pool reservations and no food/drink service at pool. The building itself is older, a few of the Uber drivers mentioned it being one the first tall buildings in the area. The outside does reflect the age. All in all it met our needs.

This property was very clean and beautiful . Right on the beach and the owner has great open line of communication and gets right back to you. I will be staying here again . The washer and dryer is a plus especially with the beach and kids ....no need to travel back home with sandy dirty clothes .

Upon arriving I found out that the pool was closed bar was closed and the restaurant was closed. All amenities that were included in price I paid. The only thing offered was $100. Also we didn’t have a working fridge for 4 out of 7 days. A defective cooler was provided only after I suggested it. There was hair and beach sand in the bed when we first pulled sheets back first night. Mold in ceiling we cleaned off. A complementary dinner was offered we never received it. Beautiful beach and view, but room was not the one pictured on Expedia website. The whole experience was horrible from lack of communication to false advertising of property. Right next to the place is hotel San Juan pool lit up and people swimming as we watched from our room but they claimed due to covid facilities were closed but come to find out by staff they aren’t reopening it until December. The only reason our vacation was made memorable was because we turned all our bad experiences and turned them into a nice vacation no thanks to anyone at Expedia or the people that own this unit. Oh and by the way, get a new cleaning lady.. We left that place better then how we received it. Anyone really contemplating renting this unit by these mismanaged owners as well as management who were incompetent in resolving any of my issues rather yet was told by owner on first day “if we didn’t like it we can leave” should run. I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism or lack thereof for just common decency.

Excellent and consistent communication from this Super Host! Kept us informed every step of the way. The unit was very easy to find, super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything needed was provided and then some! This is a perfect unit to have for weeks or months at a time. A full assortment of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and even a toaster were included! The large washer/dryer was near silent and there were even supplies for laundry! The luxury of this unit is top-notch. Upgraded dimming lighting controls (The light above the stove and sink has a little sensor under the cabinet, pass your hand across it and the lights turn on or off), a fresh, modern interior design, and the ocean beach view make this one of the best units I've been in! Parking was great too. Straight into the *free* parking garage, up one ramp, make a left, middle parking spot. From there, a short walk up a ramp, go through 2 doors, and you're at the check-in desk and elevators. I could write much more... but I'll sum it up with a 5-Star rating across the board! If you are looking for a unit in this area, this is the one!

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, great ocean view, large balcony, nice bed. Everything you need is there: cooking facilities, air conditioning, TV with large number of movies, washer/drier, fridge, great coffee at the cafeteria in the lobby, refurbished swimming pool area, garage space for your car. We would not call this accommodation 'PRESIDENTIAL SUITE', it is a large studio apartment (50m2). Also WiFi is not very reliable and the building itself needs some repairs.

HOSTPR was an extremely hospitable host! The modern design of the unit was inviting and when we were not at the beach or the pool, we were entertained by all of the TV viewing options available (Netflix, Hulu, etc. as well as easy WIFI access). My family and I had such a delightful time while in Puerto Rico and really enjoyed ourselves.

The place was comfortable and cozy. Very clean and modern. I like the fact that I was able to wash my clothes. The best part was the amazing view it was priceless. I would definitely rent again.
