Nice, quiet, clean. Literally 1min walk to the beach. Nice large area for cooking, large fridge and freezer. Restaurant is next door, 7-11 2/2 blk away. Great prices!!!!

Carousel did exactly what it needed to do. It was a clean, safe, simple place to use as a “base camp” for quick beach access, as well as access to restaurants and other attractions in the vicinity. We were there for a wedding, and the bride needed hands on support at short notice. This location was perfect for going up and down the area quickly. And the sunsets were easy to see!

The staff that we encountered was very nice. And it was an easy walk to beach and restaurants. All in all it was ok for the price, beds could have been more comfortable. We won’t be returning there as we like a place with an ocean view.

The room was perfect for two people, if you don’t spend a lot of time in the room you’re good! It was on the smaller side but perfect for us. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Wonderful!!! A hidden gem. Super clean and has a kitchen equipped with everything needed!!! Close to beach and they have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Owner Judy ensures that guests are happy with their stay. Will be back!!

It's an old motel and it's very apparent, but it's very clean. Communication with management is very good. The motel is located very close to a main road which makes it very noisy. It is difficult/impossible to keep the windows open because of the traffic noise. Parking spaces are limited in number and size. The location is really very close to the beach. WiFi was very fast and reliable. In general, this is a low-end accommodation. If this is what you're looking for, you'll be pleased.

We loved staying at the Carousel Motel! It is clean, quiet and perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, laundry mat and Del Bello Park. The room is spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette came in very handy.

Carousel was exactly as described and as shown in photos. The kitchenette and BBQ came in really handy to have easy meals in the room or on the garden patio. The location was perfect - 1min walk to the (extremely clean) beach and away from crowds/high-rises. Manager was on-site (big plus), answered questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The room was so cool, I wish we could have spent more time there. Had everything we needed!

The word motel usually gives a "low standard vibe" however while the outside appears "dated" the room was cleaner than most 4 and 5 star hotels. The location is amazing. Walk to the beach or walk across the street to the intercoastal and drop a fishing line. Some great restaurants nearby that are not chains and if you want you can cook at the room. They have pots and pans, dishes, etc. The one downside is the parking. It is tight. We will definitely keep this place in our books as a place to stay again in the future.

When we booked our stay, we thought it was directly on the beach from the pictures on the site. Alas, it was not on the beach, but there was beach access nearby. They also happily provide beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We also borrowed their wagon to haul everything to the beach. There is also no pool. The rooms were spotless, the service friendly and responsive.

This was our second time staying at the carousel. We loved it there. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Very close beach access. Very close to shopping and dining, many options within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

I checked in and the fridge was caked with ice in the freezer. It dripped water all over my food in the fridge. Needs to be defrosted. Upon check out, the manager through all my food away. When I left in the morning I packed everything but my laptop and my food. The office was closed. I called to ask for a detailed invoice for my stay, not just a credit card slip. When I arrived my food was thrown in the garbage bins buy select pieces were missing. Suggesting the manager picked through and kept some. She said she thought I had left and forgot my laptop. I had the key, I phoned after she was awake and she had my phone number too. Fighting going on in some suite too.

This older motel has charm. I especially liked the courtyard, set back and totally private from the street and other buildings. The room was clean, nicely laid out, restful decor. My only complaint would be that way too much light comes into the room at night. Morning coffee, restaurants, are in very easy walking distance, and the main street has many pedestrian cross-over lanes. The main feature of the property though is its beach accessibility. While not technically "on the beach" (saving you tons of cash), it is literally just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little motel for the money. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. To be honest our room could use some upgrading, but like I said it was a good bargain compared to other pricier hotels. We didn't expect it to be a Hilton. Several excellent little restaurants within walking distance, and of course the beautiful beach was about a 2 minute walk away.

The first time me and my fiance were there he was really nice even answers to stay longer that was back beginning 2021 so we booked it the end of 2021 January of 2022 this time her attitude was rude the second night we were there she said we were screaming at each other and that wasn't true by the way a professional Hotel if you are making a lot of noise they would call you on the phone don't come up to your car late at night and say it nasty to you my title was called beware a room 9 because camera corner of the pole is pointing if in your room and half going to the office by the office there's another camera pointing directly at room 9 are the third camera there that's point in towards the other rooms if you stay in room nine she'll know exactly what time you shut your lights off what time you walk in what time you walk out anytime you go to sleep what owner of a hotel does that today guest last thing I had to say if you have a family I'm begging you do not rent that family room the owner lives upstairs a room 9 and the family room
