It was so comfortable and beautiful moment in my memory at The Coleridge hotel during stay.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful to me.
I thank them and highly recommend !

The room was renovated and has an unforgetable charm. The hotel itself is located in quite district but close to all tourist destinations in Valleta and the best for me as well to the main bus station with connections to entire Malta. Stuff was very friendly, always helpful. One small minut is the soundproof maltese balcony which is not ideal and you here everything whats going on outside.

Great location, everywhere in Valletta seemed to be no further than a 10 minute walk away and many great restaurants were just minutes away.
amazing hotel as well, the hotel team were so friendly and knowledgeable.
Would stay here again.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel with great history and centrally located. The staff is incredibly helpful. I would have stayed longer but it was booked for the weekend!

The Coleridge is a lovely boutique hotel. Our room, Christabel, was actually two rooms. A small anteroom contained the television and room to sit, which lead to a large shower room with a waterfall shower and hand spray.
The bedroom was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with a small balcony area.

Our room was stylishly decorated and spacious. The Coleridge is conveniently located in the heart of Villetta. The staff is most helpful and friendly. There is a cozy basement breakfast area, but please note this is not a full-service hotel with 24-hour service. There is no lobby and the elevator stops between floors, so some lugging of suitcases up a few stairs is required. The hotel's owners and staff are eager to help and insisted on handling the suitcases on our arrival. They also were most helpful in providing us an overview of the area and great recommendation for a spa. If you're looking for a central place with spacious accommodations, you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a full-service hotel with room service, restaurant and public areas, this is not it. It is more like an upscale guest house that can provide personal service as there are only a few guests at any time in the building. The Coleridge also arranged for us a taxi to meet us at the port and another to bring us to the airport on our departure. Overall, it was a most pleasant experience,

Very charming hotel with extremely personable and friendly staff.

The main asset are the staff, they will do everything for you, any issue that we had they fix straight away, gave good recommendations and assistance, the room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent, and everything was spotless clean,
If there is one thing that they can improve is that the room is very dark, maybe to add a strong light in the middle and another one inside the cupboard

Everything was perfect, the manager Maja is kind and helpful for suggesting points of interest. Hotel is located in historical centre, very close to major attractions, clean, quiet and beautifully restored with antiquities. We stayed in October 2022 and had the largest suite Hatley (duplex with independent entrance). We loved Malta, such an enchanting old city, definitely worth visiting again!

I absolutely love the Coleridge Hotel. It is located on a side street in the heart of Valletta. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable, a huge tastefully decorated suite, the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was tasty. The service was OUTSTANDING. Maja and her team were immediately responsive to our every need. They gave us great direction on how to get around the island and what to see. They were always extremely pleasant and kind. I can't speak highly enough about them. I cannot recommend the Coleridge any higher. If you intend to go to Malta, and by the way, you must, do yourself a favor and stay at the Coleridge.

I was very disappointed with the Coleridge as when I arrived I was told there was no bar/restaurant because of Covid which I would’ve understood and was happy to have breakfast at the cafe 6minute walk away from the hotel but on the first morning when looking for the Star Cafe

Was nothing like advertised. Supposed to be a king bed. It wasn’t. Supposed to have airport shuttle. We had to book our own taxi. Supposed to have some free mini bar items. Did not. Supposed to have welcome drinks. Did not. Even though we arrived during listed front desk hours, we had to stand outside and wait for someone to show up after calling them. It’s listed they have breakfast in their restaurant. While breakfast was included, we had to walk half a mile to get it. Don’t book the Erskine room as it has no windows and has a very musty smell (very old building). One day while we were gone someone came in our room, made coffee, made a mess in the sink and left. We were told they were testing the coffee machines, but they could have just asked as we had used it that morning. Seemed a bit sketchy.

Wonderful small boutique hotel in great location. Charming and huge room - great bathroom/shower/towels - wonderful and comfortable bed. Nothing but positive about it!

We were disappointed with our stay at the Coleridge. The hotel is in a great location and the room (Stanhope) was lovely, but the level of service was poor for a boutique hotel. It's managed by another hotel and staff split there time between them, but there was very little staff presence at The Coleridge. When we asked them to book a taxi for us from the airport they even booked it to go to the wrong hotel! Breakfast was no longer being served at the hotel because of Covid, which is fine, but they didn't tell us this until after we booked (it should be on the website). This would have affected our decision to book breakfast. Breakfast was nice but it was at a cafe five minute walk away, and was a choice of three set menus, rather than a buffet. The worst experience, however, was our first day when they contacted us to say that payment for the room had been declined and to visit them (at the other hotel) at our earliest convenience. This caused a lot of anxiety and we rung our bank, who said that payment had already been taken and that the reason it was declined was because they had tried to charge us twice, which brought us over our limit. I was angry that they interrupted the first day of our honeymoon to sort payment and that communication between staff was so poor that two people had both tried to charge us. They made no gesture to make amends for this, even when we told them it was our honeymoon, and we were left very disappointed with the experience.

Although small it was well equipped & the staff very friendly and helpful. There were little extra touches, welcome drink, prosecco with breakfast, nothing too much trouble, also very comfortable & in excellent situation to enjoy Valetta.

The overall ambience and age of the property was good being a small boutique hotel. It was furnished in a high standard. But that being said I would have liked to see a couple of minor additional things. More lighting in the room particularly the bathroom and
a magnified makeup mirror neither of which would have detracted from the style of the hotel

Great location. Breakfast was great and made to order. Nicely designed, new hotel. With the windows facing on an internal courtyard, could get a little noisy.

The individual attention from the consierge was great (I dont know how they deal with 2 groups of guests coming in at the same time). The breakfast was silver service. And the room was amazing. The only gripes I can come up with are that the TV was in the sitting area so I couldnt watch it while lying in bed, the newly laid floor creaked sometimes, and the street didnt have the best access - narrow and downhill from the city centre.
